This is by far the best villas I have ever been to.... Just when you enter your abode.. The view of that beautiful blue adriatic sea and islands far away is absolutely mesmerizing.... With the beach accessible 24/7, super helpful staff and reception, be sure you will enjoy here to full.... And special feature from this place... In just one night sitting in balcony enjoying... I could see 3 shooting stars.. Thats 3 wishes granted😊... So a great place to stay indeed with value add👍

Completely misleading advertising and photos. Villa?! What a joke! Vacation slum lords more like. After checking in and seeing the room we paid for we left immediately with me in tears. I had to stand on the barren curb with no phone service and locate a more suitable location. The management was rude and unhelpful. We were charged in full and are currently disputing the charges. The unit is dark and cavernous and moldy with a view of nothing at all. It is also in middle of no where. No shops, restaurants bars ... nothing.

The photos do not look at all like the reality. For that price you could get a lot better! Also very loud building

We first spend 2 nights in a regular room and then 10 nights in an apartment. The apartment was clean, spacious and close to the beach. A few min walk downstairs. Quiet and safe neighborhood with camera surveillance. 20-25min walk to center, 5min with car. If you like busier beaches you can find them on both sides. (Bacvice on one side and Znjan on the other.) Friendly host and good communication. Easy self check-in. Comfortable bed, lots of pillows and blankets in case you need extra. I’d really recommend this apartment and would def book it again.

Excellent sea view . Not far from old town ( Uber costs 25 kuna for one way trip ) . Very luxurious apartments. Would come again and highly recommend it for the price ...

Great apartments overlooking the sea. Easy walk to restaurants and into the town centre for the more adventurous. The rooms, building and car parks are kept very clean by the staff who are helpful and curtious.

Ottimo per chi non voglia stare nel caos e pratico per chi viaggia in auto.

Super helpful staff they answer the phone immediately want to offer help as much as they can. The biggest drawback in their bed sheets that needed to be cleaned properly I asked them to do so they only put a new sheet at the end of the bed. I had a room with very small space I highly recommend the sea view or bugger one.

Nice appt, but beware of helicopter pad next door which can be very loud at night time

Nice apartments. We booked the appartments for two nights. It's 10 mins from the split old Town . Once you reach the main road, every bus departs from there go to old Town. It's 3 mins walk to the beach. The girls at the reception are super nice and kind, they will help you answering questions on tours and also what places to visit near by. I'll give it a 5 star if they had AC in bedroom too.
