This restaurant is very nicely decorated but the food is even better. I liked quesadilla very much while salmon steak was perfect. Great coctails and warm and pleasent stuff. Look no further this is the place to go !

Our experience wasn’t quite as good as this rating on Google represents. Two good things were: I love the look of the restaurants and the waiter was friendly. We ordered green tagliatelle with sea food and the chicken yakitori. Both meals were super disappointing as the chicken was super dry didn’t come with a sauce or anything. Rice was pure Plain taste. The tagliatelle was overcooked and tasted like tomato paste, it was served with 2 mussels and 4 shrimps which was all the seafood in the pasta. Sorry but it was very disappointed for the quality.

We really loved this place after a whole morning of walking and exploring. Delicious food, good location (Old town), refreshing ambience and very nice staff.

Cosy place, good menu but way too expensive for the simple food. The salmon was totally bland without spices, even the salt and pepper! The waitress was polite but most of the time she chatted with a friend there.

A lovely new place located on the main street in the very center of Split with amazing and fresh food but most importantly with super refreshing cocktails served by friendly staff. The interior is cosy and inviting, super chill and with great music ☺️. I will definitely come back again and again. I recommend it 100%

A vegan friendly and quirky restaurant situated close to Split old town. Pros: - Good service, Friendly. - Quirky interior with moody lighting. - Some good vegan/vedgetarian options. - Reasonable price. - An upstairs area for larger groups - Live music (covers guitarist) Not so pros: - Long island ice a little on the weak side. - Has the potential to become a little overcrowded. - Nothing mind blowing food wise, just good. All in all. A good option.

Love this place I had my breakfast during my stay in split daily and dinner most of the time it has vegan and meat options the recipes are cooked with art and passions, very clean and food is delicious, the staff are the most friendly people in split I recommend it for sure 10 thumbs up

A fancy touristic place - can be worth it depending on what you are looking for. The octopus tartare tasted just like extra virgin olive oil and capers but the octopus flavour was not there. The salmon was good but nothing really special. Hugo cocktail was not up to par in my opinion. The interior was really well furnished and the staff was nice. Overall the price/quality ratio deserves improvement.

Very impressive! Well served portion with fresh and taste food. We had two advent menus and we are amazed with food for a fair price in the most famous area of Split. Furthermore the staff is very friendly and speak English and Croatia.

Ingredients are fresh, combinations and ideas are awesome and basically you can't miss whatever you order, the perfect amount of crunchy and soft! Definitely coming back here. Great choice for lunch or dinner. Highly recommended!

I had the Baza menu. Just enough food for one person, the pumpkin bruschetta was my favorite part of the meal. I would definitely go back again before I leave Split. Had two glasses of their house favorite red wine 🍷

Beat value meal so far. The club sandwich 🥪 is loaded and the plate comes with a large portion of fries 🍟. Will come back again tomorrow and try another item. This meal will last us all day.

Great food, good sized portions, and great service! Staff is very friendly, the decor is cool and fun, have extra space upstairs for larger groups if needed, but I do wish they had outdoor seating. Menu is a little overpriced but still very good and we all loved our dishes! The sparkling wine the server recommended was also very good. I would eat here again and next time would order the lamb shank as I saw a few people had it and it looked delicious!

We had a great time, tasty food, and the waiting staff was the best we encountered in the Split area on our trip. Shoutout to the waitress who spoke a bit of Dutch!

The service was friendly and quick. The food was just “meh” and I wouldn’t be rushing back for it. Had the tagliatelle. There was a woman at a table near me that seemed to know the staff and kept shouting into the restaurant from outside. Not a great atmosphere with her angry shouting going on.

Absolutely disappointed ☹️ food looks nice on pictures but not tasty at all. All food is too much salty. Vegetable soup was as a pure soup which is not said in menu, it was not fresh already and had acid smell! They deleted it from my bill. And coffee machine doesn’t work already at 8pm because they cleaned it … why? There’s decaffeinated coffee in menu but you can’t order it in the evening because they washed coffee machine already.

I appreciate the variety of vegan melas to choose from. Risotto was well-cooked with a lot of different textures. Club sandwiches were also fine, but nothing extra. Vegan panna cotta 10/10. Also, shout out to the waitress with brown curly hair, who was super nice and did her job very well.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Bazza Food Bar in Split, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The restaurant had a cozy and inviting atmosphere, and the service provided by the waitstaff was exceptional. In particular, I would like to highlight the two amazing waitresses, Laura and Marta, who made our visit even more memorable with their attentiveness and friendly demeanor. When it came to the food, we opted for a plate with noodles, meat, and vegetables, as well as a plate with calamari and gnocchi. Both dishes were absolute delights. The noodles were perfectly cooked and paired beautifully with the tender and flavorful meat and vegetables. The plate with calamari and gnocchi was a true standout, with the calamari being cooked to perfection, tender and succulent, and the gnocchi complementing it perfectly. The attention to detail in the presentation of the dishes was evident, and the flavors were outstanding. Each bite was a delightful explosion of tastes and textures. The portion sizes were generous, ensuring that we left the restaurant feeling satisfied and content.

Stopped in here for dinner. Service was fine, and the food was okay, but unfortunately it was rather tasteless for my liking. Others may find it to their liking. The scene of the restaurant was interesting. Like a combination of a U.S. 50’s cafe with a modern flare. Pricing was okay, but I think it could have been a little less given the smaller food portion quality and quantity amounts. With just a few minor changes, this place could be a regular stop anytime I am in the area.

Wow! The bruschetta is AMAZING. The wok was good, the chicken was nice and the sauce was balanced well. Cocktail was nice and sweet. Service could definetly be faster though. We waited 1.5hours for a wok dish. But damn for a place that looks this amazing. Had such great tasting food. With such a great ambiance and location, the price was really good!

This food bar is absolutely amazing! This is not your ordinary food bar. I really recommend going there. The food is really good, with lots of veggie or vegan options. It's fresh and beautifully served, the music and the waiters make sure you have a good time. I enjoyed it really much. I had severel requests for my order and everything went well. You definitely get the promised good vibes there! Me and my friends left with smiles on our faces and we would come back anytime.

We ate tonight at BAZA with two of my friends. I’m surprised by all of the bad comments that were written recently because let me tell you that our experience there was EXCELLENT!! Our waitresses were so nice and the food was honestly really good! We ordered the vegan wok (picture) and the chicken wok which were both delicious, such as the vegan tacos too (picture)! Special mention for the sweet potatoes fries which were to die for: 10/10 recommended, they were the best fries I’ve ever had!! There is a lot of veggie and vegan options which is really pleasant too! We truly enjoyed spending time there and the three of us agree on recommending this restaurant to anyone visiting Split. Thanks to the staff :))

Breakfast: It was lovely! The portion sizes are good, and the waitresses were very helpful, even taking care of our extra instructions to leave the omelette cooking for longer! It is a bit on the expensive side, although there are more expensive places to eat breakfast, with smaller portion sizes. The interior is nicely decorated. I highly recommend them.

What a pleasant surprise. We decided to eat in this little restaurant downtown Split. First of all the staff was super friendly. We felt very welcome. The restaurant was clean and tidy. Music was relaxed. But the diner was really good. The easiest way to reach BAZA food bar is by foot. No doubt 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️!

The food is correct. Just be aware of the yellow cocktail which is quite acid. The real issue is the waiter who s bored and makes it obvious killing the chilling atmosphere.

A great modern fusion place with excellent fish options, fresh fruit smoothies and a great vibe. Reasonably priced and comfortable, with both indoor and outdoor seating.

An array of good smooth music. They played some traditional Colombian music when I was there and a few other genres. Chicken nuggets are not normally elegant, but here they are home made and the best I have ever had. Friendly staff, great way to spend some time with a small group of 5 for a few hours. Highly recommend!

Same chicken wok in two days, different styles. First one was the best food I had in Split, second one was from a different cook I guess. It would be nice if the style and taste stay the same.

The atmosphere of this bar has been fabulous. They have delicious drinks and great staff! We didn’t get any food but the menu looked delicious. Overall the staff has been super friendly, making it easy to feel comfortable as an American. 10/10 recommend
