The bread for breakfast was perfect! The receptionist very souriante and welcoming. Free parking so a plus for people coming with their voiture.

The room was modern and cleaned but the bin in the bathroom was half full when we checked in. The reception staff was extremely kind. The breakfast extremely bad(I had better in cheaper hotels)

The rooms were amazing. Great bathroom and beds, extremely friendly staff. They let us use the conference room for 3 hours even after we already checked out of the room. I would highly recommend to stay here.

Pros:For a new hotel, the experience was 10/10 and the service from staff were amazing. Okay location with stores just behind the hotel so you're able to get essentials. 24 hr petrol station down the road also. Free parking for those driving in. The hotel has a cafe/bar and a restaurant which is very convenient and provides good food and drinks. Cons: Location was not close to any places or sites, you will need to get a taxi to get around as a bit out of the way with fares averaging 10 euros to get to the coastline. No kettle in the room, so had to buy coffee everytime from downstairs which was 1.50 euros.

Staff was very friendly. Room was very clean and equipements were new. Booking the room through phone was helpful and easy. Nice breakfast is served in hotel. I just left hotel and we really liked it :)

This is a beautiful, modern hotel with lovely rooms however, the reception staff were the highlight. They were so welcoming and helpful and really made my stay that much better. The beds are comfy and the housekeeping is immaculate. Would stay here again.

It's a very nice new hotel in the industrial part of Split, Solin. A good location if you want to explore the landscape near Split. The rooms are very spacios and modern decorated. The service is very good, ladies on the reception very kind and helpfull. The breakfast was ok, I didn't like the croasans and the coffee was so so. Everything else was perfect.

New hotel, extremely clean and comfortable. Anna, the receptionist, was extremely welcoming, nice and helpful. She helped us with great recommendations for the city. We've even extended our stay with one more night. The breakfast isn't great and could have been improved. There are no vegetables and very limited variety. The location is outside the city and there is no good way to access it without a car so keep that in mind. The parking at the hotel is free of charge. There are multiple supermarkets around the hotel - we recommend drive few minutes to Tommy Hypermarket for groceries. We definitely recommend the hotel for visiting Split and the area around by car.

Very bad hotel in Split. Unfortunatelly the situation is nor only the hotel fault but also the promotor booking/priceline fault. Booking is putting bad bad worse performance in Croatia like in other countries!!! Need a bettet alternative but now unfortunately there is not!

Not very atractive location and breakfest too but relative good vibes.

Very nice hotel and friendly staff. They speak English and helped me without hesitation. When I had to stay some hours longer a late check-out was no problem. I can only recommend the hotel Batuda in Split.

It’s a very nice, new, modern and quiet hotel with lots of parking. Friendly staff at the reception. Around the hotel you can find DM and Eurospin grocery store. However a few improvements could be done: - the breakfast is not very impressing - the room could use an extra garbage can (currently there is just one small one in the bathroom) - no warm water in the sink (room 207)

The room is very clean. And the hotel is new . Location is good Free parking and near a shopping market. Breakfast is very basic no variety of option but it's ok Highly recommended!

Very nice hotel. 9 minutes far away by car from the center. Has parking, breakfast, restaurant, bar, good bed and everything is new! The staff is super friendly and helpful. We stayed for 1 night but as we enjoyed our stay, we booked the second night!
