Stayed for four nights at this compact property. Positive aspects include spacious rooms in a central city location. However, drawbacks include unappetizing food, sluggish service. The wash room had a curtain malfunction compromising privacy. We checked if we could use the theatre facility at the property but never recieved a response .Suited more for business purposes with minimal scenic views. Overall, not impressive for this price ; I wouldn't choose it at this price for a personal visit.

One of the best hotels in Srinagar, infrastructure-wise. Too close to the main road because of which, a little noisy location. Food over here is okay, not that fancy. Staff is courteous, reception and lobby is excellently maintained. Dining area is also quite nice. Chandeliers are quite beautiful… Overall, this hotel is quite good….

If you're a driver by profession don't prefer this third class hotel. Worst staff I have ever seen in any hotel in kashmir. Being a driver i was not allowed to use bathroom, parking space, I was there with my guests for 3 days. I was not allowed to sleep in my cab I had to book room at 11 pm. It took me two hours to book a room... My advice to all the people who are and will read this comment there are many hotels in srinagar choose wisely

This is a great, reliable hotel to stay in Srinagar. Do not expect a resort in a peaceful setting as this is a business hotel on the main road with all all the modern trappings and service levels of a star hotel. Check in and check out were super quick. We were upgraded to a bigger room - really spacious , beautiful but with no views to speak of. The food spread at the restaurant was quite good but not super delicious. Restaurant service was top class. The staff are super friendly and eager to meet your needs. Mubashir needs a special mention with his extraordinary service with a smile at all times. Overall a pleasant stay. Great room. Good amenities. On a busy main road.

We had a very comfortable stay and felt at home at Four Points. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was also up to standard and had all the amenities needed. In a place like Srinagar which is not quite developed yet, Four Points is a gem. I had food poisoning (not from the hotel) on the 3rd day. The hotel staff had been very caring and attentive. They offered assistance to take me to the hospital and also provided me with food that was supposed to help me recover. I felt taken care of. Highly recommend this hotel!

The location of the hotel isn't great despite being on the main road. However, the rooms make up for it. The rooms are clean, big, and spacious. The bathrooms have soap shampoo dispensers which is great for the environment. The hotel has a restaurant where you can get different cuisines. The food is average, the staff at the reception is very kind and helpful. Overall a good place to stay at in Srinagar

Overpriced, bad management and far from local attractions. Get a cheaper hotel near dal lake, you will be satisfied. They are also manipulating and doing fake reviews online. I booked directly and made a complaint on their website directly also after check out, but they didn't send a link to me to put a review on Marriott bonvoy site.

Good, clean and cost effective. It is good as a launch pad for the area. Also there’s almost nothing to do in the hotel. The front desk is nice and helpful but often caught up with groups! The restaurant and the service thereof is definitely average. One brig hit spot I discovered late was their beautiful gym on the 5th floor. Less for the equipment though it was decently appointed but the view was stunning! Another motivation to hit the gym. Enjoy.

This hotel needs to work on service. The location is somewhat always from main tourist attractions. But the main problem is the restaurant, the food and quality they serve is pathetic. Being a marriott chain people expect better dining, but unfortunately both taste, choice and quality is not good while the rates are 5 Star. Please work on your dining

Excellent service by the humble and kind staff. They ensured our stay was plesant and memorable. Food was fantastic. Breakfast menu could use some more variety, but overall the experience was absolutely worth it.

Enjoyed stay at four points. Stay was pleasant experience and the staff is courteous and cooperative. The restaurant has descent breakfast spread and satisfactory on the buffet for dinner. However, the staff at the restaurant was very helpful and understanding and always ready to help and serve. Chef was always ready to make fresh. Kuddos to him and his team. I would give 5 stars if the location of the hotel was better as it is on the road and no vegetation around.

It was a great experience staying at Four points. The staff was friendly and cordial. They ensured we have the best stay experience. The rooms were very well maintained. We initially booked for 2 days and then extended for 5 days because of the best experience from the staff right from security, reception and the restaurant. Have to specially thank Nasir and Fayaz for taking extra efforts and going above and beyond to serve our four year old son. He just loved the place and staff and never wanted to leave. Great work team!

This Hotel is recommended. Initially had a small issue, but the way they addressed it was very professional. The Ast. Housekeeping Manager Altaf was very helpful. Overall, their Meals etc are standard too. Easy to get Autos anytime outside gate. They have a Kids area, Mini theatre, and a good Gym. i suggest they setup a Massage / Spa inhouse as it would be very good for the travelers . Cheers

We had a great experience at the Sheraton. The staff was extremely helpful. They helped us get checked in to our room earlier than planned, had someone come to the hotel to set up foreign sim service, and overall gave us great recommendations on what to do in Srinagar. Our room was clean and well appointed. We also got an upgrade for our room. Would recommend this hotel 10/10 for anyone visiting Srinagar

Had an amazing stay here. We stayed at the suite with a Jacuzzi and loved the whole experience. The staff including the chef were very polite and friendly. The breakfast and dinner spreads were great too. Only issue we had with the dinner buffet was a lot of people for a-la-Carte were in the same dining area and we weren't getting enough attention whenever we had to order anything.

Many thanks to the excellent services and politeness of the reception staff I have to name them Hanan, Tabasum, Saymeh and Ejaz. They really made our stay wounderfull.. If come to Srinagar again the 4 points will be my first choice.. Management need to work on upgrading rooms utilities.

From the time of reservation to our check out, the process was seamless. The transportation arrangement that they provided also was top-class. The courteous staff, amazing food and beautiful ambience made our Kashmir visit even more pleasantly memorable!

My kids and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. We were upgraded to executive suite and it was amazing. Rook service to hotel staff to restaurant service was great. The Four Points by Sheraton was our choice of stay during our trip to Srinagar, and we really loved our time there. It's a nice quaint place with comfortable rooms, nice food and most importantly, extremely warm and helpful staff. We were upgraded on arrival to a larger room with a beautiful view of the mountains. The room was very well furnished with all key accessories. The standout was the large painting, and the sweetest apples that we have had, which were replenished each day of our stay. The Eatery served very nice food, with some local fare as well. Even though the Lounge was not working, the team ensured that we were offered the choicest of snacks every evening. A key highlight of the place is the grandeur across the lobby, and the restaurant. Though the hotel is nit very large, it does resemble a Sheraton Grand more than a Four Points. All other amenities such as a kids play area and fitness center are present and well maintained. The hotel is within the cantonment, and almost all the places to vist within Srinagar are close by. It is also extremely safe (for people who may be wondering about safety in Kashmir). By the way, we found the whole of Kashmir to be equally safe, with extremely friendly and helpful people. The concierge arranged for very helpful drivers for our travel, which meant that our first time in Srinagar has left us craving for more.

I had a great experience staying here recently. My son fell sick when we arrived at the hotel and the help that we received from the hotel staff, especially Mr. Abbas, was beyond my expectations. They arranged for transportation to the nearest hospital (Paras), helping with the registration process, initial triaging etc. and picking us up after my son was discharged.

Excellent hotel in Srinagar. very very helpful staff. the food is very good and The Chef is very helpful in providing dishes of your choice. rooms are clean and well maintained. lifts are working properly. everything is fine except that the backend processes need some improvement. you should check your advance payments are well adjusted before hand. Another disadvantage, if it is of important to you, is that the hotel does not have a bar

Terrible. You'll get good hospitality in local hotels. Highly unprofessional and untrained staffs. Will not recommend this place. There's no zero stars. Had to forcefully give one star. We doubted even if it's Marriott hotel. Supervisor was continuously saying sorry. But we actually wanted good service and not sorry from the staffs. Management should wakeup now to make things better.

Lovely small chic hotel. Stayed in 2012 - Shakeel from housekeeping was amazing, hospitable and helpful throughout our stay. Kaiser was also great and kept checking in to see if we needed something. Faizal from breakfast was great as he tended to all our needs and helped us a lot. The room was great - liked the wooden touch

I went to Four Points in January 2023. Had the time of my life! My first trip to Kashmir was everything I ever imagined and more. Other than the brilliant food and service, the people were the absolute best. Fayaz and Reihaan (our servers) and the manager of the eatery were the most cordial people I've ever met. Moreover, Omar- the head of the front desk was the sweetest person. He made sure to get everything we needed on time and even gave us very pretty souvenirs. My parents had both their birthdays during our stay and it was so beautiful! Other than the mentioned people, the security, housekeeping and chefs made our stay a hundred times better. Lastly, before we left for the airport, Fayaz made sure to pack sandwiches and desserts for us. 100/10 totally recommended!

This place was beautiful, had a very nice ambience, good food, great location and above all amazing staff. We had the fortune of meeting Shahid at the restaurant and he was absolutely such a delightful host. He took every effort to not only make our stay a comfortable one but also went above and beyond in extending his hospitality in a uniquely Kashmiri way. Words cannot describe the level of customer service at Four Points by Sheraton Srinagar! I stayed here with my family in 2019. I don't think I could get this level of customer service anywhere else in the world. I fell ill, and the hotel staff took AMAZING care of me. The manager on duty would come check and see if I needed anything every few hours, the Chef from the restaurant came up to my room to ask what he could make me to eat; he would make ANYTHING I wanted. The front desk staff offered to get me some medicine from a nearby pharmacy. I cannot express enough gratitude for the staff, I cannot wait to come back again. My heart was so full after staying here.

Rooms are spacious and excellent. Property is well maintained. Front desk staff is extremely efficient, pleasant and helpful. Just wished they had a room with balcony other than that it's a perfect place to stay.

Absolutely wonderful experience at this beautiful place. My sister and I had a great time staying here. Staff was very helpful and friendly. I enjoyed the cuisine served here. I would highly recommend to all visiting Kashmir.

Location is perfect. Near to Children's Hospital in Sonwar. Rooms are good and clean. Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful, special appreciation for Sajad from the Hotel staff. Food was tasty. One can get Auto from the Road and Cabs from the Cab association beside the Children's hospital.

The rooms, service and food is awesome. The food is amongst the best I had in Srinagar. There suite is very spacious and we really enjoyed our stay there. Location is not that great as you do not really feel from within the room that you are in a place as awesome as Srinagar. Further, it looks like they are not comfortable with allowing parking of a cab from Jammu inside their premises. I started with a rating of 5 and reduced it to 4 because of this. Our driver was not allowed to park inside the premises on the night that we reached. The next evening when we asked why are there no facilities for the drivers, the guy at the reception informed us that parking is allowed as well as washroom facilities for the driver. We asked why was our driver nit provided the facilities, the guy at the reception asked - "Sir, I hope your driver is local" to which we said no he is from Jammu. There was kind of a really hard look on the guys face for a moment after which he said he will look into it. Our driver had already moved to a place he was staying at alternatively and so we didn't pick up the issue on the last night of the stay
