I could not rate even 1 star for this property. Very unclean rooms (we took 2 rooms). Spider webs and heaps of dust everywhere in the room. The floors are full of dust and looks not cleaned for months. The bathroom condition was pathetic. The commodes were very dirty. Public toilets are way better. Moreover these guys are using bath towels thrown away from international properties. Ours were from Rosales Plaza, Bogota. Now you can expect the quality of the hotel. Recommendation: Stay away.

Good rooms with proper heater. Service really good. Food quality was also good. Staff cooperative. They have shop as well where you can purchase carpets, men & women clothing.

From the Outside, Jamal Resorts look beautiful anyone who sees it for the first time will be awed. The problem lies on the inside. The rooms are not really clean, there's dust literally everywhere. Water pressure is not guaranteed. The carpets have so much dirt under them, it's appalling. The doors have gaps, so the cold air will definitely get in. The dining hall has no heating and the chairs there are almost at their breaking stage. It's a beautiful place, but if maintained it can be better.

The stay was ok. The food was really spicy and the resort is far from the market so it's difficult to buy necessary things. There's a hospital in front of the resort but it's of no use. My kid got a high fever but when we got no doctor there. But I must say that people of kashmir are really helpful so for them I love the place.

Super Deluxe Room. Food 3/5 Room 2/5 - No extra bed/pillow after paying. No hot water, lights not working. Location 2/5 - It's bit distant from Dal lake and not maintained well. I noticed most of the booking were from travel agencies like Kesari. They may be getting different rooms/rates/treatment hence the reviews. For Direct booking best to avoid. There are better options in Srinagar.

We, a group of six arrived at Srinagar yesterday and are staying at this lovely resort, Jamal resorts. Service is good and the food is very tasty. Overall, enjoying our trip to Paradise on Earth. City has been spruced up for the G20 Summit.

It's not exactly a resort. Can call hotel only. Service is not good. Only food quality is good.

Not like resort , not a 4star property they are not given any services like 4star . Room are very small and not maintain . Don't book from photos . Funny is that , they are given 'Toothpaste' on demand ☹️

Very comfortable stay. Neat and clean property. Staff is polite and courteous. Food, Air conditioning, all were perfect. Mr. Latif at the reception is a very kind host.

Being a travel agent I had to cancel my bookings. My cab driver was from far flung area he had to sleep in his car at least show some sympathy. give them at least corner to sleep

Too quality service. Had booked 4 rooms on 14th dec to 16th dec. One of the best hotel in Srinagar. Food and service was too good. Room heaters excellent will recommend Jamal resort

It's very difficult to stay in rooms during heavy cold. Most of the ACs are very old. AC in heart mode only been used for heating room. There is no separate room heaters or need heaters. My friends family changed 3 rooms to get a room with AC working in heat mode. Other than this one issue, resort is very good. Staffs are very cooperative. On demand food is very fresh and tasty at reasonable price. There is a good space outside for spending some relaxing moments.

Food is not upto the mark. Needs efforts from hotel side to develop taste in their food upto the expectations of the guest coming from different parts of the country.

we were visiting with family srinager jamal resort after a long break of 18 years and could not have chosen a better place to reconnect with the city right from the warm welcome to the check in , to the F & B ,to the rooms, to the overall service to be top quality. just outstanding would strongly recommend to those visiting

Resort is good and clean,food ok but breakfast is limited,nonveg section only boiled egg and one chicken dish every time. The heating system stopped instead of changing the room ,gave us one more blanket . Bottled water is also chargeable. But overall good and comfortable

A good place to have a stay in Srinagar for a quick Kashmir tour. Air conditioned rooms have adequate size and are clean and well maintained. Room services are quick and fast, and the staff is friendly and helpful. There's a carpet showroom here which offers beautiful carpets at competitive prices. The beautiful garden in front of the showroom adds to the shine of the entire place. The location is a bit far away from the actual city, so to go anywhere, we need to catch a local taxi or an auto. Overall a nice experience! 👍

JamalResorts is located on the west side of Dal Lake and very close to Nishat Garden (400 Meters).It is a Very good Resort .A wonderful Location,and peaceful to Relax.Excellent services,Delicious food,big lawns,and an open Restaurant.all credit goes to staff and administration. We stayed from 22 july to 26 July, and couldn't have found a better place in Srinagar. The hospitality was perfect from the reception, to all the waiters. Food was fine. We got sick on our stay, they got medicines for us, even offered to get doctor there ,made khichdi for our sick stomachs. Located near Nishat Garden which is a good thing too. Rooms were excellent too..

Old property with no view, rooms are small in size but cleaned with old looks and furniture. limited options for breakfast and dinner, all hotels are charging higher than the actual rates so any how u have to pay more for each thing. Staff is too good and cooperative, location not good for tourists as u have to face traffic to reach hotel and there is no restaurant near by hotel.

We stayed at Jamal Resorts in May last week, I seen it one of the best Resort in Srinagar. The place is great to eat and the staff is courteous, they served me traditional kehwa, it was very much tasty, they were very kind to accommodate us in a very full occupancy condition,. I recommend all to visit.

Courteous staff. Well maintained resort and excellent service. Away from noise and accessibility is good. Will come again when I visit Srinagar. Best part of my Kashmir trip.
