An excellent hotel! Stayed for 2 nights. The staff are very courteous and helpful. The rooms are very big and nice. The food was also tasty and exhaustive. I would definitely recommend this hotel to all for a comfortable and nice stay. And thanks to Kashmir Port for arranging our stay here!

We had a couple of days stay at Hotel Zaryab and it was a very pleasant experience. Rooms were quite spacious and well maintained. Very clean and had bed warmers which kept us warm in the cold weather. Staff was very friendly and helpful. They even took extra effort to help us get back to hotel safe. Food was included in our package and was one of the best we had during our Kashmir trip. Overall a very safe and reliable place to stay.

Great place to stay especially if you're in Srinagar as a transit point. The drive there will take you along the most beautiful parts of Dal Lake. The staff are extremely courteous and responsive with great suggestions on where to visit during your time there. The location is a little out of the way, but the service makes up for any shortcomings along this line.

Best choice to stay in Srinagar. Location is near to many prominent places in Srinagar. After staying in multiple hotels in various areas in Kashmir, i would say this is the one l felt more satisfying. Their hospitality and cleanliness were maintained so well and I would highly recommend this to anyone who look for a better stay in Srinagar. Food was good too. We found this as one of the best hotel in Srinagar during our few days stay here. Staff are so generous and helpful with always smiling face. Owner was very kind enough to extend all helping hands for any type of needs of guests. Rooms are extremely clean and comfortable. Food and restaurant services are excellent and beyond expectation. Well, I was recommended to this Hotel by a friend, and I must admit it was well worth it. Rooms are spacious and huge. Bathrooms sparkling clean and hygienic. Tariff I paid for 1st day of July was ₹ 5000 for 3 adults including breakfast buffet. Location isn't bad either, slightly off road for you to find a conveyance. It is a great choice if you have a vehicle with you. Buffet quality is low and pathetic but that was my opinion. Place was well occupied, staff is friendly always smiling and delivering you an experience. There is no need for a view coz you would go to places from here to get views. In my opinion, it's a good choice.

We stayed here for 2 nights with family. The stay was very pleasant and we got way more than we expected. For starters, they provided us with a complimentary room upgrade. The staff was very courteous and went out of their way to prepare special dishes on demand at a really short notice. They even arranged for breakfast at 4:30 AM for us as we had to leave early that morning, which is really beyond expectations. This is really a home away from home and they really make you feel very comfortable and welcome.

This hotel is fabulous. Me, my family and my friends have had a wonderful time while being in the hotel. The rooms are cozy and they are spacious. Hot water is available in all the rooms, and the beds have heaters to keep the bed warm. They serve breakfast, dinner and snacks in the evening. The food was delicious and service was excellent. Located quite close to Dal Lake as well. Would definitely recommend staying here.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Zaryab and I must say it was a truly wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the hotel's cleanliness and the helpfulness of the staff. Junaid and John were exceptionally helpful and friendly. They went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and catered to my needs. From the front desk personnel who promptly assisted with check-in and provided helpful information about the hotel's facilities, to the concierge who offered excellent recommendations for local attractions, their genuine hospitality enhanced my overall stay. I was impressed by their professionalism and willingness to assist with any queries or requests I had during my time at the hotel.

Fantastic stay. The location of the hotel is very near to Dal Lake. The food has variety and taste is amazing. We stayed at the family room. It was very spacious and you can also enjoy a beautiful view from the window. The staff here are very sweet people. It's a must try hotel for sure!

Zaryab is a beautiful hotel with luxurious decor and carefully selected furnishings with high attention to detail. The guestrooms were tastefully decorated with ample space with clean & premium bed and washroom. The Owners & Staff were extremely capable, friendly & cooperative and took care of all our needs. We will surely want to come back and stay at this hotel again.

The hotel is at proximate to dal lake but it is advisable to have an own vehicle to reach the hotel. Staff is very friendly and courteous. Service is real quick. Food is delicious. Central heating is good and they keep it for 6 hrs in the evening which will be decent enough to warm the room even the outside temperature is low. Electric blankets are good too. We got the ground floor rooms, so no view for us. Overall, a decent experience for us and the stay is comfortable.

We visited Srinagar in May 2023 and stayed here for 3 nights. Hotel, restaurant, rooms, bathroom, lobby everything was so clean and well maintained. The lawn in first floor with the mountain view is exceptional, you might want to sit there whole day with a cup of tea and enjoy the view. The food was excellent and it is situation very near to Dal Lake besides Sher-e-kashmir university of agricultural science. The food was very good both breakfast and dinner. Only thing which needs a bit of improvement was the room service. The staff is very slow if something in your room needs a repair. The main problem we faced was the charging points in all the rooms. All the charging points were not working half of the time and they were not able to fix it. This led to issues charging our mobiles. Rest everything is very good.

The hotel is simply wow!!! The rooms are spacious, clean and warm. We took a room on the third floor and it was warm even in -1°C. The hospitality is just next level, even faster than some of the five stars I have stayed in. The food is good... Rooms are spacious, clean. Bed sheet & linen all are good. But I fell lack of maintenance. Bathroom shower handle was broken. Service is average. Very limited option for breakfast and dinner with fixed menu, you can not order food as per your choice. Far away from dal gate. Our stay was good.

Fabulous hotel. Very good rooms adorned with Kashmiri architecture. Staff is very kind and helpful, and take extra efforts to make you comfortable. Loved their simple nature. Food is great. loved the local flavors brought to the cuisine. The staff was very helpful in making us anything specific we needed. Hot water is available in the morning, however the flow reduces during peak morning hours.

On my first trek in Kashmir stayed for a night. Excellent hospitality from the entire staff. Qehwa served as a welcome drink was very good and dinner was very well prepared. The rooms are good and spacious. However while the property says it's a luxury 4 star resort the service is average and not upto that mark. 1 of our rooms also had light problem which was not fixed. Another room where I stayed had a bad bathroom lock where I injured my finger accidentally. Breakfast is average and toaster takes 30 mins to toast one slice bread. Overall average stay. You can definitely find better properties in Srinagar for the same price.

The rooms are good. The heater is said to be central, which is true, but it operates only from 6pm to 12am. They do have an electric blanket though. The breakfast spread was below average.. very limited options. The location is okayish. It's not on the main road, it's somewhere internal. If you're looking for a nice location, this one's not for you. The staff is very polite and helpful, full marks for that. Overall, an average stay ..

Great management. It so happened our very precious thing was left in room. After 7 hours of check out we noticed, to our surprise when called owner Amir he said yes it’s there. What a kind gesture it was personally delivered to us. We loved the clean ambience of hotel. Highly recommendable.

We stayed here for 3 days during Feb 2022 and rooms were very spacious, neat with all necessary requirements. Central heaters and electric blankets were available which was very satisfying during winter cold. Restrooms can be improved more. Couple of times, there were power fluctuations but room hotel employees responded very quickly. Food was super amazing, taste was as if it was home made.
