    For a 3 star rooms are really nice and cozy well equipped with warm water and heater which is a must for a place like Kashmir. Bed is soft and comforting. Food is available within the premises and in buffet format. Very tasty home made like food which is not heavy and oily like restaurant food. Service is great. The staff is very warm and welcoming. Location is good, everything is available nearby.

    Rooms are below average in terms of size and furnishing. Service is pathetic. They don't even provide an electric kettle to make tea. Restaurant is dysfunctional and most of the menu items are not served. You can't even order tea/coffee before 7:30 in the morning. The breakfast and dinner buffet is borderline inedible. Chef doesn't know how to cook. Intercom also didn't work in our room. Basic things like soap and shampoo were missing when we checked in. Worst part is that there is no lift and food is only served on the top floor. Tourists coming with family or elderly people should avoid this hotel at all costs. Only good thing about the hotel was the cafe across the street that served us decent pizza when we couldn't stand the dinner buffet.

    Looks like renovation is ongoing. Wifi signal is not available in the rooms. TV was not recharged until we requested. Food was okay. Overall not a very good stay. The lift was not working. Rooms were very dirty and lot of cockroaches were in the room :(

    I was a little skeptical looking at Negative reviews on Google but I was actually amazed with the hospitality of this hotel, seems like some people had some 5 star level expectations, as per me this was a good quality 3-4 star hotel We stayed in K2 inn for 2 nights 3days with Breakfast and Dinner package , Family with an infant. My reviews is as below- 1. Room - Super spacious rooms, comfortable bed, clean linens, hygienic bathrooms with toiletries 2. Staff Courteousness - Super humble and helpful staff, they provided us with quick service whenever we asked for Anything from room service , they provided us electric kettle as well for baby hot water needs. 3. Food - Very tasty food both In Breakfast and Dinner. 4. Value for money - Very much value hotel 🏨 Piece of advice for hotel for further improvements- Please keep updating buffet food menu everyday to keep the excitement high πŸ˜€ . Great job overall K2 Inn team, i would recommend this hotel to whosoever comes to visit Srinagar with Family or as couple/friends.

    Rooms were not clean and there was dust everywhere and I had to ask explicitly. Some common things like matress outside bathroom was missing, no water bottle provided, AC temperature and on off you cannot control, electric kettle for warm water not provided, no warm water available in tap till 7.30 in morning, we had to ask all these things. Beds are noisy and not warm. Dinner room is small that people cannot move around with ease. People at reception don't answer your call on morning even though sleeping next to phone. Hotel location was good as you can get local transport near by easily. I don't recommend this hotel to anyone.

    No Wi-Fi NO Lift thought it was good hotel by overall reviews but hotel is only worth 500-800 per night. No toiletries were kept in washroom. Even room was not clean in two days stay.

    An average hotel. No dish for soap, no moisturizer provided. Toilet paper was very dirty. Lights are on and off. Difficult to manage the room heating which is from AC. Will never visit this hotel again.

    Dear sir, I am having much better maturity as you said about to bahave. One thing i would like to clear that we reached at your place exactly on 8.40 pm. Which is not late. We requested your reception staff that as we are having kids with us it will take time to get fresh. We exactly reached your dine area at 9.40 which is again not late as your food time is 8 to 10. All this incident was happened at 10.18pm. your people are lying all about timings. I can prove everything as everything was happening before one of your guest having his food with his family. When we reached there were really some food items were finished. After our request everything was refilled. The matter is when we asked for some food items each time your staff replied that it was finished. Our kids demanded for glasses to drink water that fellow replied that we don't even have glasses to provide. We still requested him that how can you say directly about not having glasses. Then he replied very rudely what he can do when we don't have. After then we got angry to receive such reply. As for as talk with owner, our travel coordinator has taken call in conference with a person who replied very rudely. I thought he must be the owner. Dear sir, Whenever a person travels with his family and friends he expects some good service at tourist places. It is not at all exceptable to receive denies from hotels services. We were 11 people who were suppose to have food at dinner. As we checked in at 8.40pm and exact number of people will having food was clear then how come food and things were finished. We are well educated and belonging to respective families. Please confirm from your reception people whether we misbehaved with them. People come to your place expecting to receive nice hospitality. Don't believe in only one side of truth when you are not in presence. Please clear misunderstanding that your people have explained to you. I apologise if I behaved dominantly but we pay for the services and we shall expect to receive in best way.

    We stayed here for all the time we were in Srinagar the staff is extremely warm and welcoming. Rooms were really spacious,decent enough and equipped with electric blankets for cold and also hot water for shower. The wifi is good enough. The accessibility to the hotel is really good. Walkable distance from zero bridge. We enjoyed staying here. The service was really good.

    Hotel rooms are not clean especially the washrooms. Foods were ok compared to other hotels. Don’t fall into the photos shown. The rooms provided to us (7 rooms) were totally different from these photos.

    No lift facilities. Hotel staff are helping to bring the luggage to the room. Difficult for elders to climb in steps. Food and service is good. Cleanliness is to be improved.

    Very average hotel. Courtesy Yatra.com, I landed in this hotel. Location is inside a lane even locals don't understand. Charges are not less. I had a very good experience at hotel Downtown near Azad filling station during my previous visit at lesser price compared to K2 Inn

    Hopeless.. Breakfast and Dinner reminded me of my hostel mess Service was very average Room cleaning and other stuff was also very poor. Wifi was only available at the counter Eg. they didnot even bother to keep water glass, bottle in the room. We had bulk booking and they provided us rooms at different floors.

    Rooms are not clean. No toiletries. Wifi is there, but it is not available inside the room. You have to sit in the lobby to use the wifi. Breakfast was pathetic but dinner was good. They starts breakfast by 8.30 only. So if you are planning to travel early you may need to skip the breakfast or you have to wait till 8.30 and then you have to fight with others to get something to eat. For both BF ans well as dinner you need to wait in the queue to get food as they makes it in very less quantity. Hot water was not coming properly and after complaining many times they asked me to hand over the bucket from bathroom and they filled it with hot water. Rooms are not exactly same as in the pictures. I think these pictures are taken during the initial days of the hotel. I don't know how this hotel comes under 3 star category.

    It's nice hotel in respect of rooms and staff service, but you will be disappointed with breakfast and dinner. If you are planning for stay here during Srinagar trip, you will be frustrated with kitchen after 1 day. They provide mainly Bread-butter and Maggie in breakfast. Hotel rooms are good and staff is very nice to serve you.
