Worst experience ever. The hotel has strict rules like a military school . Hot water is only available from 7am-10am and evening 7pm-10pm. So do not check in late no extra facilities will be provided post that. The quality of food and water is bad . Also they turn off the lights by 10.30pm even if your are sitting and eating food. Also you have to pick up your own plates after eating ( this is told to be done under the pretext of self service and this hotel is a 3 star hotel). Your luggage will be kept unattended outside the lift . The staff won't inform you about it and you yourself will have to get it .The lights of the lobby are turned off @10.30pm , so you will have to find the way yourself as it is dark . Since central heating is only available till 10pm electric blanket is the only source for warmth and it takes time . Also they do not provide kettles and hot water for kids post 12 is a problem. Overall worst stay ever. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone .

1. The hotel stay was amazing. 2. The rooms were well heated, and did not feel cold at all. It was very warm. 3. The food here was amazing. Dinner had rice, chappati, sabji, chicken gravy, kheer for dessert. Breakfast has chole bhature, bread, boiled egg, omelet, butter and jam, tea, milk, kellogs. 4. Service was top notch. 5. Centre in the city, Dal Lake and gardens are a few kms away. 6. The soap and shampoo given was amazing, good smelling.

Hotel is very cozy location. Not ideal for a holiday home. The staff is bit arrogant. Food have no option but only bread and butter boiled eggs and corn flakes in daily breakfast. Dinner is also limited. I would not prefer to stay again here. There is no play area for childrens. Rooms have sharp edges inside. Be careful if you have kids with you.

Good staff. Safe and good food. Can be great but overall you will not complain. Rooms are clean including washrooms.

The hotel is very beautiful and the special thing is that all the staff here are very support team specially thanks to Umer,Aatiq,Raut and the food here is also very good. You were very good to me because I have two children and both of them lived on milk and the food here is very good. Hotel used to provide milk along with accommodation, did not charge even ₹ 1 for it, Thanks to Shining Star Holidays

I Stayed complete one week at City Grace Hotel with Family. Overall found d hotel is Good to stay in future too Pantry Cafeteria/ serving boy is good , hotel manager Mr Rauf Ahmad also co operative. Out of 5 I will Rate 4 marks to this hotel.

Our rooms heater malfunctions even though they sevices it few times over our stay.. we booked two rooms one room had nice heating and our room was super cold and we had to get two bedsheets.. Rooms were nice and had all amenities like wifi, water heater, the food was amazing they served both veg and non veg.

All the staff were very kind to us. The interior design, the lift facility, the room service were up to the mark.The quality of food was 'Lajawab'.As a bengali tourist I just expected any fish item and vegetable dish in dinner. Otherwise it was beyond my expectations. Thank you CITY GRACE.

When you are in Srinagar must visit this hotel very nice infrastructure good service tasty food supportive staff location of hotel also centralised. And review not completed without mentioning the name of Mr. RAUF THE RECEPTIONIST of City grace no words for his support throughout stay you are lucky if he had duty when you are in hotel I never seen so much soft spoken receptionist through out the country

Stayed in this hotel from 4th June to 8th June 2022 (4 nights) with 24 family members (8 rooms) Good things : 1. Hotel is placed in nice location 2. Designed nicely, cozy rooms, Lift available 3. Mr. Rauf is a good man, he takes care of the Tourists 4. Hotel is disciplined, timings and everything is followed nicely 5. Food is between Good and Great, but one improvement required mentioned below Bit costly if you have unplanned Lunch here 6. Meeting room/Celebration area is very good Improvement area : 1. Food variety can be improved, there are only selected items daily. Boiled eggs and Omlet are on request but they create issue sometimes. Hotel management shall look into this since many tourists had this issue during our stay. These items are basics of any hotels apart from Bread Jam Butter 2. Hot water sometimes is an issue. I faced issue on 2 days from my 4 day stay. Operator forgot to switch on Heater so hot water was delayed by 40 minutes on 1 day 3. Staff can be more friendly and helpful. As per my stay I would rate OK Rest all is 👍

We had 3 night stay includijh breakfast. Overall experience was very good except Room sizes are small. But rooms are wellequipped with room heater and all other facilities. Staff is very attentive.

I went there in winter (minus degrees everyday) and stayed for 2 nights. The heater in the rooms works very well. You'll feel home if you're from any of the hottest places in the world. You got a weighing machine at the entrance to check your luggage weight if you're leaving for an airport. Drinking water: You got a water doctor on every floor near stairs and you get hot water 24 hours. Hot water is available 24 hours in the wash rooms as well. They may have a terrace garden in future (seems to be in progress work). Room service is excellent. They'll respond to your queries very quickly.

The hotel is in a very good location. The hotel was very nicely decorated. The reception area and dining area were beautifully decorated. All staff behavior is very good and polite. Food quality was very good. If I ever go to Srinagar again, I will stay at City Grace Hotel 😊

If u will face any issue or medical condition they will not help u , they will let u die but will not do anything , my friends helped me to take to the hospital , hotel manager said they can’t help. I was crying at the reception for more than 2 hours due to stomach pain , my friends reached out multiple times to the person sleeping in side the reception and he said he can’t do any thing. Somehow my friend search the ambulance number then they took me to the hospital. All the fault belongs to the person who was sleeping in side the reception. The manager fought with our driver as well and said to him that it’s not their responsibilty , it is company (chasing horizon) or driver responsibility.

This hotel is awesome. Rooms, hotel ambience and food are also very good. Recommend atleast one night stay here when anyone will come Srinagar (Kashmir).

What an excellent service we had in hotel.really appreciating service is superb,food is delicious staff is cool,the receptionist manager asrar and Waseem are helpful and friendly.honestly the romm service and fayaz waiter is champion..everyone is amicable love it

Overall services of Hotel City Grace, Srinagar is satisfactory. All the staff of this Hotel are co_operative and well-behaved. Their sense of Hospitality is unique. I wish their every success in future.

Located in the heart of Srinagar city, it is a good hotel with clean rooms and good toilet facilities. Only thing, the rooms are a little small in size and the variety of dishes in the breakfast and dinner are limited.

Hotel City Grace is a good hotel. Rooms are very comfortable, spacious. Interior is beautiful. Washrooms are clean. Far from Dal lake. Electric bed is there. Room heater is also there. An auto will charge you Rs.100 if you want to go to Dal Lake. Buffet breakfast has only 2 options like Poha & toast bread or puri chhole and toast bread. Buffet dinner was good. Dinner timing is 8.15 pm to 9.15 pm for veg & non veg dinner time starts from 9.20 pm. Breakfast timing 8 am to 10. Hot water timing 7-10 am & pm both but dont expect very hot water; you will get lukewarm water. There is elevator also. Some staff people were not cooperative. Giving 3 stars just for the rooms & interior. I would like to add one incident- My check out bill was Rs.70 (Mineral water & Tea) I gave Rs.500 note to the receptionist, he returned me Rs.400 (He should have returned Rs.430). And he started to talk with another guy standing next to him. I waited for a moment to receive remaining Rs.30. Then I asked him to return Rs.30. Then he gave me Rs.20 note to me and continued talking to that man. It was so pathetic moment that I had to ask my change money. I let him keep remaining Rs.10. (He had a good amount of change money in his drawer). God bless him with Rs.10 !!!

They made sure our experience was a good one. Staff is friendly. If you want to stay in the Srinagar city which is not anywhere near dal lake you can go for this place hotel. The deluxe rooms are okayish. We got the suit so it was spacious. They have central heating too.

The hotel was nice and rooms were clean, but a little small. Service was not up to the mark. Even though many inconvenience were brought to their attention,they just said they will make it right and that was it. No further follow up or necessary things were done. Food was good , people were nice.

We visited Kashmir on 8 th October 2023 most of our stay was planned in this hotel. Really a nice homely ambience, very warm gestures, they provided us with amazing coffee, and food choices. Felt like a second home. Especially the receptionist Mr Rouf was very kind , along with the people serving food , I’m sorry can’t remember their names,two nice guys! And seriously, kudos ! You must visit their hotel ! They’re fabulous!
