I visited the hotel to see my friends from Mumbai. The hotel has excellent location, with well maintained premises. The staff at the reception are disciplined, and courteous.

See we went in June here and stayed for 2 days location is perfect for Dal lake. Also have dinner and breakfast option but we only took rooms. Rooms were cozy and blankets were good. Toilets were good too. Hot water comes from 6-9 am and 2 hours in evening. I would say just go for it you will face no problems.

The location was cool and great but the reception person always had no for any question he was not helpful .they should have been more courteous.

Location is great, 1min walk if you want to stay close to the main area (Dal lake) Rooms are average for the price.

This hotel is located near Dal lake ghaat no-9. Location is the biggest advantage. Rest other things are average. Hotel staff is co-operative but basic things like dental kit etc is not provided here. Overall decent budget hotel.

Rooms are good and well maintained. Hotel is not directly opposite to The lake but serves as a good option to stay in a peaceful area.

Very good hotel, good staff, very good location. We r stay on 28th to 30th march 2023.

Pros- The location and the room was pretty good as well. Cons- The staff. They were very dismissive. Asked for a pillow but had to go without one for 3 days, asked for a chilli during dinner but didn't get any. The manager is all talk and that's all there is to him. The restaurant is horrible. Beware ,the plates are super dirty, also I got sick from the food. Oh and the first floor is probably only for big tour parties so they'll just lie to you and give you a room on the ground floor.

Nice stay liked the rooms. For family prefer ground floor with blanket heater n geyser. Latif bhai is grt very cooperative n also guide us properly. He is a genuine person. Just little bit inside of ghat no 9 Rest all r good like the stay.

Hot water supply on 2nd floor only after 7am. Even if you request to make it 1/2 an hour earlier but staff and manager didn't do. Didn't give water heater or electric blanket and when asked they said they only give in December Jan which is not the cases with other hotels around. Only sweet talks, they mostly refuse your requirements. I would not like to go to this place again hence I don't recommend.

Excellent location with reasonably cost effective rates. Owner is very kind so as staff. Rooms are good and big enough. Food is reasonably good. Overall very good experience.

The rooms are good if you get the front one ,back rooms r OK its children's friendly it has garden were kids can play n most important dal lake is on walking distance,staff r good

I had a very bad experience with this hotel. I booked two rooms for two nights around 25 days before my trip via make my trip, I got a confirmation mail from mmt. I also called at the reception of pine Grove to confirm my booking. Just before one day of my stay at the hotel, some one from hotel called me to inform that I can get rooms only for one night, for other nights, they had already booked their rooms for someone else. The hotel person told me that he had informed the make my trip well in advance,but according to mmt, they received no such communication. At the eleventh hour, I was hardly able to find any good room at reasonable location and cost. Highly disappointed with hotel, please be careful while booking in this hotel, they can cancel your booking and may give to someone who is ready to pay more.

It's really very good hotel with own resturant, it has wifi facility, hot water supply. Walking distance 2 minutes from ghat no 9 (Dal lake). Room boys are really nice and very good communication skill .

It was a great stay in pine Grove, friendly staff, clean rooms with all facilities. Breakfast time 8 and dinner time 9 pm; morning tea/coffee after 7 am. Very near dal lake ghat no 10

This hotel is at walking distance from Dal lake. Rooms are very well maintained and all beds are with heating facility. They are giving very good service in all terms. They only serve Veg. Foods taste and quality is very good .

Except food service( which we didn’t tried and can’t rate), hotel was very very good, staff is courteous, rooms are big enough. Manager Latif is well behaved, very welcoming and shows professionalism. Very near to Dal Lake, between Ghat 9 n Ghat 10. Will like to visit again in future also. Totally Recommended.
