Total scam worst behaviour they almost attacked our family no service they abused to us and threatened that they are going to beat us

The behavior of the hotel owner or staff is bad and they do not even provide good service.They also attack customers

If you want to stay alive then never go to this hotel.

We were legit scammed by them! We had pre-booked rooms with them and they had told us they have their hotel in gulmarg and when we reached there and tried to communicate, no proper response from their side! And they ended up telling that the hotel is in Srinagar and then no response!

Room cleanliness is not good. Bedsheet, pillows, blankets are not washed clean and unhygienic. Washrooms are not hygienic clean. Staff is supportive and ready to help.

Location is dal lake to Hotel distance 1.5km

Staff is best and down to earth, very quick support and help. Rooms need to be cleaner and heater is required. however staff quickly provided heating blankets.
