Pathetic attitude of staff towards their clints..... The hotel is 15 km. Far away from the main city & at the time of booking they told us that it's located near main city....... We booked amarnath ji yatra through star trip & had a poor experience.... Our dinner was included in our package, when we were entered at their 3rd class restaurant around 9.30 pm they told us that the dinner is closed, after so many requests they provide us tomato sauce & some chapati that dogs can't eat.... Also.... *Mineral water was not available there *coffee is not available there *hot milk is not available there *lunch is not available there after2 pm *no power backup available Plz don't go their to spoil ur vacation

Not good at all poor services provided there. Rooms design is old fashion. Services are not good there manager is arrogant and staff is good but the food is bad. *place is beautiful gupt ganga Ishber nishat sringar. * prices are very high. * not good quality services provided

23rd june,2019 - 28th june,2019 It was such a poor hotel. Hotel zahgeer continental, srinagar which is situated near dal lake. *The food which they gave was not worth of Rs100/-. *Rooms were not at all cleaned and the bathroom also. *After complaining also, they didnt clean and the balcony was also full of dust. *Blanket was full of dust and when i asked for extra one, they denied. *The phone was not working and it was mentioned that there is free wifi, but they denied and said there was technical issues. We stayed for 5 days and the phone was not in a working condition neither the wifi password they gave. *Never ever i will suggest anyone to go and stay in that hotel. If we are paying , we should get a good hotel with all the facilities. *so, its better to choose a good hotel apart from this hotel. * The staffs were well mannered but the manager is such a rude person. *Gyzer was also not working then they allotted us another room and they said for bathing purpose , i can use that room and for staying in that old room. What kind of manners is that. We were not staying that hotel with out paying. We paid how much they asked.. Disgusting behaviour of the manager. Such an unpleasant environment.
