We went in as a family of four, except the location which is in a small lane, the hotel was really good and neat! The hotel staff were courteous. This is located near prominent establishments like Doordarshan, AIR, etc. Since it was only a night stay, couldn't explore much. The food was limited in its variety, but a decent meal and breakfast! On the whole, enjoyable.

I really would like to praise about valley orchid which has given an Excellent services and The thing which has been noticed that all the staff are available at anytime.. last but not least a person who is working in Food and beverage dept. his name is Owais.. really genuine taking care to all the guest very well and he has very kind nature which is attractive.. This hotel in Srinagar, though a little faraway from the main market, is good. The rooms we were alloted were quite spacious and warm. Hotel staffs were very friendly and helpful. Both breakfast and dinner served here were also great.

Had never expected to be hosted with such a kind, helpful and loving heart by the entire staff of Valley Orchid, especially Waseem bhai. The entire stay at this hotel felt like home and honestly was one of the best experiences in Kashmir. With a lot of fun that me and my family were having, there came a very unforeseen and critical situation wherein one of my family member suffered a fracture to the hip cause of slipping and falling on an Icy rock. Waseem bhai and the entire staff of the hotel made sure to ensure the safety of the patient and helped us all the way through. Would have definitely not been able to keep our composures if it was not for the staff of the hotel, and for that I show my immense gratitude. Thanks a lot for all the help Waseem Bhai. I will always be thankful for the support you and your team provided.

We had a great stay of 6 nights. The rooms, the meals, the hospitality are excellent. Rooms are equipped with dual AC and have all basic amenities. Well behaved staff. Highly recommended.

During our family tour to Kashmir, we started our tour from Srinagar & we stayed in 'Hotel Valley Orchid' for 3 nights. It is situated in Rajbagh, Srinagar. The hotel does not lie on the main road, but it is situated at a very quiet place. Each day after getting tired from the touring around, when we were back at the hotel we felt very nice. Our room was on the second floor. The Room size was big & spacious. Both the room and bathroom were very clean. Fast Wi-Fi facility was available. Hot water facility was available for 24 hours, no problem at all. There is separate parking space for vehicle; you can park your vehicle safely in the parking area. There is a separate restaurant at the ground floor, room service is also available. The hotel staff was very polite & helpful all the time. Specialy owner Mr. Sayyadji is a nice & humble person, he helped me to book a car on rent for our trip. We have enjoyed our 3 days stay here very well. If you want to book a good hotel in economy rate, then 'Hotel Valley Orchid' is a good option for you...go for it!!!

We booked this hotel through shining star holidays in srinagar .it was one of the good hotels in Srinagar and enjoyed our stay there. Rooms are nice and amenities are also upto the mark .Services were always good only little issue with wifi but still ok.Food provided was good and hygiene.
