As a first-time online shopper I was very impressed when I opened the package that was recently delivered to my door less than a week after I had placed my order. Along with my purchase there was a handwritten “thank you” note from Tessa (stylishly decorated with a ribbon), an unexpected gift of earrings and a face mask in reversible black and white. These lovely and thoughtful additions to my order are indicative of their attention to detail and respect for their clientele. I am very grateful. And, lastly, I am pleased with the clothing itself: a pair of linen pants and a top. Thank you, Lousje & Bean! I wish you continued success.

Best videos ever! Not only do these ladies make amazing videos, they also make amazing fashion items! They are so very talented but they also sell creations from other amazing designers! I really love their mother and daughter gig, plus dogs! They are very natural down to earth people! I have purchased many items from their beautiful shop and I’ve never been disappointed! The prices are very reasonable but the quality keeps me coming back! When I moved to the area 7 years ago, I was in search of unique boutiques that gave me the look of fashionista but at a reasonable price! This shop, then situated in the downtown core of St. Catherine’s was a diamond in the rough! My sister in Ottawa shops here but strictly only online! A simple call to the shop to discuss sizing and the deal is made! You never wait long for your delivery to arrive and the wrapping of your shipment is always so cute with a lovely handwritten thank you note included! Occasionally you may even receive a special little touch of love! I really appreciate when they include those, it brightens my day! Make your day by visiting this shop! I stumbled upon this fabulous boutique online while searching for Up! Pants. What an amazing selection of fabulous clothes. I received my pants beautifully wrapped and with a handwritten note thanking me for my purchase. A personal touch is always so appreciated, especially these days when everything is so automated and impersonal. I will certainly order from them again.

I have been an on-line customer for over a year and was pretty satisfied with their service until last week when I placed an order for a necklace and when I went to check out, there was an additional $15 SHIPPING CHARGE which I never had to pay on any of my previous orders. I did not place the order and sent an e-mail as the store hardly ever answers their phone and asked for some help to have the shipping charge removed. I received an e-mail back advising me that there was a NEW POLICY for shipping and it was in the shipping details of the website. I went back to the website and there IS NO SUCH INFORMATION about any new policy. I did not place the order and found the necklace elsewhere with free shipping. It is unfair to customers to say one thing, and post something different on your website. It is deceiving and not right. To date the shipping information is still the same not saying anything about a new policy. As a matter of fact it states that shipping is FREE IN CANADA for specific times of delivery . CUSTOMERS BE CAREFUL WHEN YOU CHECK OUT FOR THESE EXTRA SHIPPING COSTS. As of today DEC 8, 2021 the store has now updated their website about the shipping I guess my review had some impact yet my shipping charge was $15 and the NEW POLICY says $10 not quite sure how you can do business this way but at least customers are now well informed.

I have bought different pieces over the years at craft shows - my only complaint is the L&B don't have a store in Toronto! Great, funky clothes.

I ordered a few C'est Moi items from Lousje & Bean, and they came beautiful packaged with a lovely hand written note. I love C'est Moi but have a hard time finding sellers in Toronto, so I will definitely be ordering from them again! Thank you!
