Sorry to say but the experience I had on 6th June 6.30pm was horrible. The front office staff should be working at a butcher shop rather than in health care. Rude, impatient and have no compassion, sympathy or kindness towards patients. Closing time being 8pm, they stopped taking patients well before 6.30pm, reason - "have to clean up before 8pm" great! Patients come there with a health problem, you don't even listen to them and speak rudely. There was just 1 patient in the lobby and they said "full capacity"? Even if you can't take in patients you have to show sympathy and care....that is what a health care professional is trained for. Hope the management could think of training their staff for showing empathy towards patients. If you don't take in patients after 6/6.30pm, you need to mention it on your website or official page and stop misleading people that your available till 8pm and Wasting their time.

I was denied service and medically discriminated against today. As the mask mandates are lifted, and unable to sport a mask due to a health condition, I was treated like a criminal. I did not go there sick but for eczema. The staff was cruel and went as far as shutting the glass partition on my face. Is this even legal? To deny socialized medicine to a Canadian citizen? Not one of them had an N95 mask on while they see sick patients. Go there if you want a free Covid test since they test you for a headache and send you to your car, other than that….I wouldn’t trust these people with my health, as they are clearly not very knowledgeable and are anti-science. 0 stars

Really unpleasant experience. I went in with my daughter because she had a fever all night. The receptionist told me they unfortunately can't do anything without a negative covid test. For a 2 year old? There was absolutely no remorse towards a worried parent and a sick child. Was just given some virtual clinic number I can call. Very sad... I hope the right person reads this. And may karma catch up to you while everyone is struggling and suffering during these times. Very sad the state of what health care has come down to for a child!

When I first started using this clinic it was good, but the clinic is now absolutely garbage. They no longer treat anyone under 16; when this new rule came into place they never informed me (my son was a patient). They've recently stopped renewing any prescriptions via phone or fax and their "virtual clinic" refuses to treat me because the walk-in is open. I had to come all the way to the clinic for a refill of a very important medication, I've been waiting for half an hour because the doctor is late. So I'm taking time out of my day just for them to send in a prescription for a medication I have been taking and reordering through the pharmacy for 3 years.

If you are bringing a child under 12 years old, it's best to not wait the 10 minutes for the receptionist to finally greet you and tell you they dont see children. Their window literally says " family " clinic. I asked for a reason and she just said because we don't. That's upsetting because I had a child with bronchitis that needed a puffer and antibiotics and we ended up waiting 6hrs at the hospital after them giving me an earful about using walk ins vs. Emergency rooms.

I went to the walk in clinic as I don’t have a family doctor, but had a note from my fertility doctor for a basic physical. The Receptionist refused to take me for the physical and said she wouldn’t take me because I wasn’t a patient of the doctor. She clearly didn’t understand that the purpose of the letter was to override that if there was any issues. She was rude, nor attempted to be accommodating by trying to understand my needs as a patient. I left very confused and drove to the clinic down the road where they gladly accepted me!

The PA I saw was extremely rude. As a health practitioner you need to have empathy and compassion for your patients and she does not have any clearly. I’m in severe pain, and so I’m not the most smiley person I’ve been in my life right now. And instead of having empathy and compassion, she was rude to me. On top of that, she gave very brief instructions and then immediately left without allowing me to ask any questions. The type of examination she did for me, I have never done before so I wanted more clarification. When I wasn’t sure, she spoke to me like I was stupid. I don’t care if you’ve been a health practitioner for 25 years or 1 year, having empathy, compassion, and politeness should be mandatory to be a practicing front line worker. Not really sure how she passed her practical exam with the attitude she dishes out to people.

I had an unfortunate experience today with my 8 yr old son who was more than patient waiting to be seen by the doctor at this location. (July 20th, 2022) Thankfully they allowed us to leave while waiting to get into the room (which took 1.5 hrs). As soon as we received a phone call to return, it took us 10 mins (explainable), to get into one of the rooms to wait to be seen by the doctor. Not only did my son experience an anxiety attack, we waited over an hour and 15 mins before I decided enough was enough. The doctor who was present did not realize we were waiting and had gone into other patient rooms who arrived after my son and I had checked in! After consulting the receptionist twice (not to mention after my son hysterically crying), the doctor realized she did not attend to us when she should have. I am more than understanding to certain situations but having to explain to my son to be patient over and over again, I have never experienced such lack of understanding and compassion. Fortunately the doctor gave my son two lolly pops for the “inconvenience”. Will never return.

I have been here a few times after moving from Toronto and not having a doctor yet in Niagara. The woman who is an assistant to the doctor is giving me her opinion instead of basing her care on scientific evidence and is operating out of her scope of practice. I had one ultra sound a few years ago for a frozen shoulder and a surgeon told me to consider surgery but I did rehab through Chiropractor and Physio and healed it to a fully functioning ROM. I have foot pain now and my Chiropractor asked me to get an ultrasound. She told me you can’t get an full body ultrasound every time you hurt? That I should take anti-inflammatory pills and calcium and exercise 30 minutes a day from now on. She said she would give me the requisition for the ultrasound but she didn’t believe in Chiropractor? I don’t recall asking her for her opinion about that. Than she said call your doctor and have a phone consultation with her? She was rude from the moment she walked in. Has no clue how to treat sickness or any injury. Isn’t qualified to give her personal opinion. She said my ligaments are inflamed all over my body? Really? Did she ask me what I was eating? I won’t be returning to this clinic and will look for a real doctor who has empathy and real knowledge maybe shut down your clinic and open a coffee shop instead! If my ligaments are inflamed I need an ultrasound to look at it! Not an opinion on my lifestyle. But because Canada has such a non existent health care after the Liberals got voted in the only way to get an ultrasound is to wait until February because the GNMI are fully booked. Doctors are quitting and nurses and you get better health care in developing countries than here.

Would rate this office negative stars if I could. Walked in there with my 2 year old with a runny nose and they closed the glass in my face and refused us. Myself and my child have been there 2 or 3 other times during covid and were never refused but NOW they are? They are the least compassionate and rudest people I’ve ever met.

Came to this clinic with what I thought was a throat infection and waited 2+ hours (1h in the waiting room and 1h in the Doctor’s office). Doctor did the strep test and it came out negative, waited 30 min for the test results that is only supposed to take 5 mins. Told the doctor it was very painful to swallow, he told me it should go away in 3-5 days. No empathy or compassion towards my pain. Wasted my time. Will never come back. Receptionist was nice.

The despicable human being with purple gauge earrings, and a skull tattoo on her arm, refused my daughter treatment due to a cough yesterday. We have been there 3 other times during COVID, same symptoms and they saw her no problem. We know the cough is asthma related and we needed a stethoscope put to her chest, she refused. There was another baby in the waiting room with a cough who was allowed to be seen so why not us? My asthmatic daughter is 2 you piece of garbage. After my husband called her a despicable human being she proceeded to call the cops. Yes, this despicable person wasted the resources of the police because she was called dispickable (which is facts). Due to the cops being called he obviously had to wait which delayed my child treatment even further. He would of went to another clinic instead of waiting for the police to come and do nothing because nothing happened.... This person should be fired and so should the person who thought it was a good idea to hire her. She should not be a receptionist dealing with the public, especially health care. Ps. I'd 0 star this place if I could ;)

Used to love this clinic. Last time I went I just needed an injection, was sent away two different days (an hour before they closed) because they were at capacity. I just called to try to make an appointment to avoid this happening again and was told I cannot make an appointment, walk ins only, and they accommodate people who are just getting an injection. I said that’s odd because when I came last time you guys sent me away twice; she says oh yeah we reach capacity around 4pm (they close at 8pm) so if you could come before that then you would get in. I said I work; I’m not going to make it before 4pm - and then sit there for god knows how long, just for a simple 3 second injection. Then she informs me they actually changed their hours and they close TWO hours earlier now. When they couldn’t even handle the amount of patients they had before. Won’t be returning here. I really enjoyed the female doctor, she was always friendly and kind. But that isn’t enough to make me want to return. This place needs a serious overhaul. Reviews are horrible.

This place should be seriously audited by the health ministry and shut down for administrative cleansing. First off, the incompetent receptionists have no base line of how to behave in hospitality -let alone society. If the clinic needs help hiring proper people they have many graduates that are jobless waiting to serve thr community. I understand its health realted official work has to be administered but do not treat people Like garbage. Second of all they are practicing some disturbing methods of medicine that are outright questionable. They called my wife saying some vaccines were not administered properly to our 2 year old daughter, and has inefficiency issues. So we apparently need to bring our daughter back to get her re vaccinated for the same thing again. What are you doing with your lives? First time i am hearing of such bull**** in my 24 years in Canada. Are your clinicians empty in the cranial space?

It's frustrating being turned away just three hours before closing time! Not once, twice, but ALWAYS! This contributes to the perpetual busyness and long waiting times at hospitals. Perhaps we all need to contact patient ombudsman! Urgent measures or a shutdown may be necessary to address this issue with this useless clinic!

STAY AWAY!!! These guys could care less about the patients. Wait times are ridiculous. I was one of 5 people there and waited for hours. I finally left the waiting room and asked the person who said he was a doctor why the long wait (he said he was the boss to the receptionist, so he is probably the owner). He was very rude and said that there was only one doctor and that if I couldn't wait for a few minutes, I could just leave, followed by, "We look forward to your NEGATIVE review!" There are many other clinics that will take much better care of you in a prompt fashion. I went to Carlton Medical Centre and was seen by a doctor within 15-20 minutes. Compare the reviews between these clinics and make the right choice. Places like this do not deserve to be in business.

I went in and Sam was working at the time and he was absolutely wonderful. Probably one of the best I’ve seen. He was extremely knowledgeable, and very patient answering all of my questions. Just overall eager to help and very kind and thorough. I came in to address one issue, and he made sure to get every detail and go over everything with me in detail. Absolutely amazing. I left feeling very confident in the information I was given and if I didn’t already have a family doctor, this would be my go-to spot. We need more doctors like this!! Clinic is lucky to have an individual like this working there. Have always had great experiences here. Very impressed and the receptionist was absolutely lovely as well.

Yesterday i brought my 10 month old in because she had a dry cough and very congested chest from mucas. Mind you thisbis not my regulae clinc but it was only one close and open at the time. They told me no we cannot see you as those symptoms are to close to covid but we will schedule a call , they called i explained every issue that my daughter was experiancing and he said just use over the counter medicine we cannot prescribe anything shes too young its a common cold, Me being a mom lookig at my kid i can see she is hurting and having trouble breathing i decide to go to my regular walk in today . The doctor knew from just listening to her breathing then checking her out that she had a infection and needed medicine and also asthma puffers as her breathing was being effected smh now image if i did not follow my gut because i listen to a doctor smh. I am so upset and angry this is crazy parents bring there child in before things get to bad and end up E.R are being told no because it "sounds" like covid. Thats messed in so many ways. I will never go here again.

I just called there and the receptionist couldn’t have been more rude to me wouldn’t even let me finish asking a question. I asked if they take walk ins (with COVID I’m not sure and a lot of walk in clinics have switched to not taking walk ins or dr’s are too busy) and she was so clearly annoyed. I will not be visiting here because if their practice is any reflection of that woman I just spoke to on the phone I would not get the proper help that I need. Train your front desk women in service please! Or find someone who is not miserable!!!

A complete waste of time due to an inefficiently run clinic with staff that take no accountability whatsoever. Don’t go here!!! Had the worst experience yesterday (Sept 12). Needed to get blood work done and have never been to this clinic before so I called that morning asking what their protocol was, if I needed an appt and how late could I get that done till. Staff said no I didn’t need an appt and that they took the last patient at 6:30. Cool. Get there to 1.5hr wait with 2 patients ahead of me as they said there were scheduled appts ahead of me (I could’ve scheduled one on the phone???!). They asked if I had a blood order form and I said I don’t know what that is, just that i need blood work done, so they said no problem. Started filling out form but went up to cancel my spot bc of the wait. Curly haired receptionist was nice and said others were no shows so I’d been seen a lot sooner. Was fine w/ that and even repeatedly got up to close the door to the clinic rooms as most people left it open to which the receptionist thanked me for. Took an hr and 20mins for doctor only for her to ask the stupid questions I filled out on the intake form AND told me they stopped taking blood at 1pm and it was late like I was unreasonable?!? That I would be getting a form to go to life labs tomorrow for blood work!!!!! 🤬Called at 10am no one told me that, neither receptionist told me I wouldn’t actually be getting bloodwork done that day when I debated leaving!! Had they said that I definitely wouldn’t have waited but I wouldn’t have been angry bc I WOULD’VE MADE AN INFORMED DECISION BASED ON HAVING ALL OF THE INFORMATION. When I went back to complain about that the stupid receptionist just talked over me that I needed a blood order form first and “that’s not how it works”. I don’t know how the healthcare system works - that’s your job to inform me, especially when I say I don’t know how it works on the phone and at your clinic. Nowhere along the way did they explain the process. Terrible clinic. I will never return there.

I would reccomend this clinic to anyone needing and wanting quality care. Not only does this clinic accommodate the public by offering extended hours, they provide lab services and walk ins without appointment times. By reading some of the reviews I cannot help but state my pleasant experience. Yes it is a busy place, and yes sometimes you have to wait but think about it, where else can you go without an appointment now a days? For the short wait time I encountered I cannot complain as I am grateful for the options available to me for me. This clinic has many accommodations to provide to the public, including virtual care, and for those who decide to write nasty reviews without thinking about what is available to help them should really reconsider the options available. To Scott Street Medical Clinic and ALL STAFF, you have been truly amazing, keep up the great work and continue to offer the flexible services you have available, as for some of us, it does not go unnoticed. Sincerely, a truly grateful patient, thank you for what you do.

If can avoid it, don’t go here. Wait times are always OVER an hour when there is only 3 people ahead of you. They tell you 10-15 minutes. I came here for a large burn on my leg and the female doctor gave me so much wrong information about how to take care of it and what kind of burn it was. I didn’t think anything she told me was correct so I go into my family doctor and he was shocked at what she had told me. She also did not seem to care very much. Mostly Everyone including receptionists are nice but not a well run clinic at all……..

This place is horrible. The front staff seem to be in over their heads and take no accountability. The asian receptionist is particularly rude, ignorant and honestly.. just plain stupid. She gives you attitude for zero reason. I feel like the few times I've been here i'm being treated like a pest or like I'm stupid. I'm coming to this clinic to seek medical attention and perhaps the empathy that is supposed to come with that. The practitioners have no empathy and want to push you out as soon as possible after you wait for literally 2 hours after being told 20 minutes. I should also mention that their hours of operation are actually whenever they decide to close.. not until 8pm. Don't state that your hours are 8pm and then turn away individuals when they come at 6pm, as this has also happened. Wasting peoples time and gas. Come here if you want a free covid test that you need to take outside in the cold. Thats about all they can handle. If I could rate this place zero stars, I would.

The receptionist and physician were very polite, detailed and friendly. I brought my newborn here as I’m new to the area and was impressed by the thoroughness and cleanliness. They were able to give me a list of local family doctors accepting new patients. Thank you

I love this Walk-in Clinic, the location is convenient and the hours of operation are longer than others in the city - much needed and appreciated. The lovely young receptionist, Samantha, is so kind, patient, friendly and helpful. The Physicians assistant Azmina is calm, friendly and thorough. Only downside is that wait times can be a bit long sometimes, but it’s a popular location and they’re busy!

I've been to this clinic twice so far and have had very positive experiences both times. The front desk staff and Doctors were polite and helpful and I got my issues dealt with. I find the hours of operation much more convenient than the walk-in clinic I was using before. The wait time is long, but that's normal for walk-in clinics. They were very busy both times I was there. Also, both times I went were at peak hours, so I was expecting a wait. I'm planning to keep this as my walk-in clinic. There's a Shoppers right next door, so it's very convenient for getting your prescription. The clinic is clean and professional.

After a month of being very unsuccessful with my own Doctor and the hospital, my Daughter & I were seen by Azmina this evening and she was very kind & thorough. Ensured I understood everything prescribed and why. My Daughter (2y) was a bit irritable with being sick and then having to be examine and Azmine was very gentle and patient with her. I am beyond grateful for finally being heard and having my Daughter treated & diagnosed properly. Brianne - who also works there - was super with my Daughter. Very sweet & friendly and helped make this visit bearable for my little one. I am very impressed & thankful with just how knowledgeable they both were. The cleanliness, professionalism & kindness offered here was truly outstanding! Most definitely 10/10 - I highly recommend!

went in yesterday with pain in my side, was treated for a kidney infection with ciprofloxacin, ended up with an allergic reaction from that medication so i went in again this morning. was brought into a room and waited for 40 minutes without being seen even after mentioning pain beginning in my side again (started like this yesterday morning, ended up in excruciating pain) and experiencing a bad reaction to the meds. was told if i'm uncomfortable, it's fine if i go elsewhere. no apologies or anything! horrible wait, very unprofessional & i could not even reach them by phone this morning so i went ended up having to leave work to be able to get in contact with them. if i could give zero stars, i would!

Went in as the first person at 8am and still waited to see a doctor in the exam room for 45 minutes. First person in and didn’t see a doctor until almost 9. And then it took 30 minutes to wait for them to give and figure out the prescription. There were 2 people in the waiting room when I walked out at 930. It wasnt even busy, the just have zero sense of urgency for sick patients. And now I take my boys this morning to find out they don’t take children under the age of 16 now?!? Why? It’s the only walkin that is open before school hours and now they don’t take kids. A joke of a walk-in clinic. And please don’t respond with the “wait time vary with volume” or “sorry for your experience” as the clinic does to every review. Maybe if you took the time to see the patients instead of responding to google reviews, you’d lessen the wait times. This walkin used to be great and has gone down fast!

IF YOU NEED A WALK IN, DO NOT. GO. HERE. I Never write negative reviews. I Hate being negative, hurting businesses, etc. This place needs an overhaul. I think they have taken on too many patients into the Family Medical Centre, and no longer have capacity for Walk-ins. I walked in at 9:20, covid checked by 9:40, and then sat until 12:00 until I was seen. I watched countless people walk in after me, and be seen (appointments). 3 walk-ins seen in 2 hours seems slow. I listened to reception tell each person that walked in that it would be an additional hour. 1 person in line, 1hour, 2? 2.hours, 3? 3 hours. 4? still 3 hours. I also watched countless people walk in, check in, covid screen and THEN they tell them oh btw, 3 hours.... they were understandably upset. oh BTW, did I mention I was made to do my own Strep Throat Swab??? Seems like there could be an error in testing with that style of practice, because I have NO IDEA how to swab a throat for strep... What if I didnt do it properly, and therefore it turns up negative? Well, then I would potentially enjoy scarlet fever weeks later. Dangerous. Slow. This place stinks.

I am a new resident to St Catharines and a new patient at this clinic. I am so impressed and pleased with the care and concern I receive at each appointment. Mary at reception is so efficient and helpful and I have never had to wait more than 20 mins. Physicians Assistant Azmina is friendly and so knowledgeable. I feel at ease sharing personal health information with her and confident with her recommendations. I would highly recommend this practice.

Used to be a a fast walk in clinic. The only one I would ever go to. I’m not sure if I will be returning due to the wait times I’ve had this past week. There is a family doctor and it seems that their patient appointments are prioritized. I came in with 1 person ahead of me and waited 2 hours to get in and see the doctor for previously ordered lab results. Piggybacking on that comment, I came in at 9 am the day I got the requisitions and didn’t leave until 10:30. I would’ve waited longer had I not said something. I was in the room to see the doctor (assistant) within 5 min. But needed to provide a sample and after that I waited probably an hr before he came back in to tell me I had requisitions at the front desk. I will say that I appreciate the female doctor there has provided my family a great deal of healthcare. She is wonderful, caring and sensitive to your needs. She is very informed and overall a great doctor. After writing this review, I was informed of the shortage of doctors and healthcare staff in the region. I am aware of this but it does not change my review about the wait times, as the patients who would be attending this clinic should still know that they will be waiting a long time to see the doctor/ other healthcare staff.

My experience was awful in so much pain with my back , over 8 months. They accepted me and my family has our family doctor. I woke up in so much pain could hardly walk I keep telling this female doctor something is wrong with me and she keep telling me it only a little arthirst. In less than 4 months I took sick again I when there told her the pain I'm feeling it let me fall to the ground I can't go to work something wrong she gave me 3 sick days and told me I will get better to return work on the monday. I went and see a male doctor he see I could not walk and referred me to do MRI thank God for him my result comes out and they see the pain I'm in. I lost my income because of her my husband have to step in and tell her my wife is sick that's when she gave me 2 weeks off. I'm still not able to walk properly and in so much pain So sad of the treatment received from the health service . No one can tell someone pain and need to know it's your body andyou know if something is wrong. I hope no one else go through this i have to made the decision to to stop work I would not able to walk because of doctor telling foolishness.

I love this place! It's the only walk in clinic I will go to. The doctors are always super friendly and really take the time to explain everything to me. They took my issues seriously and while there's long wait times occasionally, I feel that's to be expected with a walk in clinic and it's only because they are doing thorough assessments with each patient.

This doctor and the staff are nothing but remarkable. Yes, we had to wait a very long time but what people don't realize is that there is one doctor and patients flooding through the doors. The waiting room looks empty but thats because everyone is waiting in their cars, or coming back when their wait time is over. Please be patient with them. The doctor, she is compassionate, empathetic and kind. Also, this nasty virus thats going around is awful and if you can take all necessary precautions to avoid getting it because myself and my family are really suffering. I hope you health and wellness if you are reading this

I went to Scott St as my very great doctor had retired. In the beginning it was good. Short wait times, attentive. Then it went all down hill. I was constantly getting the run around from not only the office but Medicare....horrible horrible foundation. Office staff rude, supplied no information, and so so much red tape. The worst was misdiagnosing, continuously. I recently called to refill a prescription that has been the same...even with them...for years only to find out that now it has to be in person and walk in only. I questioned that only to be informed I was no longer a patient. I signed nothing leaving or even saying I was leaving nor did they inform me that I supposedly did so. Complete unprofessional and unorganized organization/office.

Hi there! My name is Matt and I've been a patient at this clinic for about four years. I have schizophrenia and I'm on methadone for past substance abuse. I normally see Azmina Atif who is a PA at this practice. She SHOULD be able to work as a full MD in this country but because of legal red tape involved in the licensing process, she is in administrative limbo. Her medical knowledge is very apparent and her bedside manner is second to none. I am validated and treated with compassion by all the staff there and I have had some long wait times, but that was my fault. (showing up too late as well as not realizing they were as busy as they were.) In a time where we have a shortage of family doctors and a qualified, willing, educated person who would like to do that, you'd think that they wouldn't stonewall her. I see another doctor who works with the methadone clinic I go to who deals only with methadone and it's side effects and is wonderful. I also see a psychiatrist occasionally who is also wonderful. I'm so happy I found this place and I will continue to go for a long time in the future. I also get testosterone injections and when it can't be done at the methadone clinic, I know I can go to the Scott Street Clinic and get the injection. Thanks for reading my review. - Matthew Richard

If your looking for care for someone under the age of 16 don’t go to this walk-in . I brought my 12 year old in just after 8am when they opened and there were only 2 people in the waiting room but they said they couldn’t see her because they have a new policy that they no longer see anyone under the age of 16. I wish that it would have been listed online so that I didn’t bring my sick child all the way there to be turned away .

Been here a few times and not once have I ever seen a Dr. I called first to see if there was a wait one person in front, got there 10 min later waited for over and hour. Had x rays ordered by a nurse went back hoping to see a Dr nope once again only a nurse to tell me nothing and try to order more x rays. Honestly if you want to see a Dr avoid this place absolutely terrible

Best clinic I’ve bin too, the dr not only took the time to sit down and actually listen but she also sat down and answered a whole bunch of questions that everyone else could not. From bringing my grandmother to my toddler. The receptionist was and drs were absolutely amazing each time !

As always great attentive helpful doctors. The assistant doctor was a great help yesterday, with a referral. Thank you.

I went in Today with my daughter because she had fever last night. The receptionist didnt took the time to grab the OHIP card as soon as i said "FEVER" She told me they unfortunately can't do anything without a negative covid test because my daughter had one covid symptom. The receptionist was coughing and i told her see you have covid because you are coughing you shouldn't be here either. For a 20 months old baby fever could be for so many reasons like Infections (ear, throat, etc) like mine was ear infection no necessary have to be covid.Really we all are struggling with Covid around but that doesn't mean Deny a child a medical care. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE to anyone.

Used to be a very good place with multiple doctors that could see you very quickly because of their shared patient system. Thought this was great until it clearly has become too much for them to handle. I will say getting blood taken is a very quick process if you come at the proper time (probably because there is no doctor involved). Front staff are still great. System is not, I had to wait 4 hours plus 40 min in a patient room to just hear the “unremarkable” results of an ultrasound. Told me the doctor wanted to see me in person to tell them if I was feeling ok (The doctor didn’t even talk to me). I Could have easily told them over a scheduled phone call that I was alright and have a doctor tell me that the results showed nothing. Instead I had to take off a day of work and worry that there was something wrong. Waste of time, and waste of healthcare resources.

😠 This clinic used to be nice and quiet, but since the new doctors came last month, it has changed into a fast food restaurant. They took advantage of the good review score earned from the past doctor, and cared about money more than their patients. They told me I can't do both the immunization form f...

😠 Horrible experience here today. Brought my toddler in with a rash, after waiting a doctors assistant came in to see us, she asked a few questions, didn’t take his temp until I mentioned it, or look in his ears at all. She barely looked at the rash and said it looked like the eczema he has always had...

😠 I have never written a review in my life so the fact that I’m putting my experience out here says a lot about this place. I have never been to a clinic that cares so little about the patients. I have dealt with severe problems regarding my tonsils and other issues and have had to wait almost a year...

👍👍 I had a great experience at the clinic. The staff is friendly and patient: I had a prompt appointment and they were available to answer any questions. This is the first time in my immigration process in which things could be done so efficiently. Doctor Adewale and their team are great at doing their...
