This
is,
by
far,
the
worst
pharmacy
I
have
ever
dealt
with
-
and
being
someone
with
Multiple
Sclerosis
and
Hemicrania
Continua
I've
dealt
with
my
share.
In
the
dozen
or
so
interactions
I've
had
here,
not
one
has
been
positive,
whereas,
I
can't
recall
having
a
single
notable
negative
experience
in
the
more
than
100
interactions
with
my
previous
pharmacy.
They
are
the
only
pharmacy
I've
ever
encountered
incapable
of
receiving
e-prescriptions
and
seem
to
remain
dependent
on
fax
-
which
they
too
rarely
reliably
'receive'.
Every
fulfillment
requires
a
back
and
forth
of
at
least
two
or
three
calls
to
both
themselves
and
my
doctor.
They
are
more
often
than
not
rude,
act
nonchalant
about
issues
that
are
serious
to
the
customer,
and
make
very
little
effort
to
act
like
an
establishment
that
requires
your
business
to
remain
operational
-
which
they
seem
to
have
forgotten
they
are.
They
continually
refuse
to
refill
one
of
my
prescriptions
until
I've
entirely
run
out
as
a
note
on
the
file
states
"only
refill
every
30
days",
leaving
me
with
no
buffer
were
I
unable
to
coordinate
for
it
to
be
picked
up
immediately.
I've
gone
as
far
as
having
my
doctor
change
the
note
to
"every
28
days"
as
the
pharmacy
takes
everything
verbatim
with
no
practical
decision-making
skills
of
their
own.
That
said,
the
situation
that
set
me
over
the
edge,
and
the
one
that
has
me
here
writing
a
long-winded
review
rather
than
just
changing
pharmacies
is
as
follows..
After
the
(expected)
back
and
forth
to
simply
get
them
to
acknowledge
receipt
of
my
prescription,
they
told
me
(at
~noon)
that
it
would
"be
ready
by
6
pm".
Upon
going
in
to
pick
it
up
7
pm,
I
was
told
that
they
didn't,
in
fact,
fill
it
as
it
was
"missing
the
(?)
number
on
the
prescription".
This
being
a
sensitive
prescription
that
my
GP
manually
refills
on
a
monthly
basis
and
that
the
pharmacy
acknowledged
routine
monthly
receipt
of.
When
I
asked
why
they
hadn't
informed
me
7
hours
prior,
they
said
they
"faxed
my
doctor",
rather
than
doing
their
due
diligence
by
simply
calling
myself
or
my
doctor
to
sort
it
out
forthwith,
prior
to
leaving
it
until
too
late
in
the
day.
One
step
further,
had
they
just
called
my
doctor,
she
could
have
>verbally<
reissued
the
prescription
as
per
subsection
56(1)
of
the
CDSA.
But
no
-
they
consider
sending
a
fax
(?!),
neglecting
to
update
the
customer,
and
forgetting
about
it
sufficient.
The
pharmacy
assistant
then
spoke
to
the
pharmacist
and
and
came
back
saying
it'd
be
"ready
in
about
15
minutes."
Upon
my
return,
I
was
told
the
same
story
as
before,
by
the
same
assistant,
as
though
she
hadn't
just
told
me
it'd
be
ready
in
15
minutes
not
15
minutes
prior.
I
then
asked
if
the
pharmacist
could
fill
a
couple
of
tablets
while
the
issue
got
resolved,
an
option
my
previous
pharmacist
offered
-
with
the
same
Rx
-
telling
me
an
"emergency
dose
is
standard
practice
when
needed".
They
outright
refused
saying
it'd
be
"breaking
the
law".
I
asked
both
assistants
if
I
could
speak
to
the
pharmacist
directly
to
which
my
request
was
ignored.
Two
days
later
(on
Xmas
Eve)
I
received
a
voicemail
saying
my
"prescription
(was)
ready".
Upon
getting
home,
I
found
the
bottle
contained
only
5
pills
with
"OWING
25"
on
the
label.
There
was
no
mention
of
this
prior
to
or
at
the
time
of
picked
up.
As
a
Senior
Safety
&
Compliance
Manager
for
a
multi-National
company,
I
applaud
them
on
their
strict
enforcement
of
regulations,
whether
entirely
understood
or
not.
As
a
former
trainer
of
one
of
the
most
highly
reviewed
home
service
companies
in
North
America,
I
would
not
have
allowed
a
single
person
I've
dealt
with
there
to
ever
interact
with
a
customer.

DOES
NOT
deserve
your
service
despite
acting
entitled
to
it.
If
you're
new
to
the
area,
there
is
a
PharmaChoice
directly
across
the
street,
a
Pharmasave
kitty
corner,
and
four
additional
pharmacies
within
a
1
km
radius.
Do

deal
with
ANYONE
else.
