What an Awesome experience. We had the most beautiful wedding and from our 1st viewing Amere made us feel like our Day was her priority. Our guest are in Awe of this beautiful venue that comes with Great service.

Rozendal 401 made sure that our day was absolutely perfect. They went out of their way to accommodate us and no request or question was trouble at all. I would definitely recommend them to anyone wanting a unique and perfect experience

Had a family wedding there,well supervised decor was magic,venue was brilliant,the food was amazing and service was good had a great day.

I attended a wedding... The food was great, but they didn't seem to have enough glassware. We had to finish drinking because they needed the glasses for the dessert course 🤷‍♀️ The venue is cozy. Would recommend for small functions.

I worked as a photographer at 401 Rozendal on many occasions. I photographed the cottages for advertising purposes as well as several weddings. We even managed to do a magazine cover or 2. This means I was a visitor in many seasons, for long periods of time. You can always expect excellent service from the staff of 401. The staff always friendly and helpful. The function venue is really something different. The chapel one of my favorites. Breathtaking views if you get to visit the lookout, right at the top. The road is in a good condition and the owner lives on the property - for that added sense of security. Then of course 401 is known for their prize winning wines as well. It is really worth a visit!

I was the DJ at this venue and it is fantastic. Great food. Friendly staff. Awesome atmosphere. I hope to be back!

The worst wedding preparations experience. The venue coordinator tried her best during the wedding but the damage was already done. They were trying to milk money out of us after full payment and breakage was paid. They even tried to charge us with installed naked hanging lights which was deemed extra according to them and for the removal of the lights if we didn't want to pay for it. Management attitude was rude and they forgot that we were the clients paying them a service. My worst wedding experience, wish I used another venue.

Attended an afternoon function. The decor was magnificent. The scenery and surroundings, well, wow. Food was beautifully presented (& delicious). I couldn't finish my meal. Wine, also very good. As I understand, it was all done by the venue and not outsourced. The ladies bathroom was breathtaking. *The only negative, which is a big negative, is that we (& many other guests) were still seated when the staff started cleaning up the tables and decor. And the venue transformed into something messy and ugly. We got up shortly afterward to leave. While saying our goodbye's, a staff member actually bumped into me twice and didn't walk around me. One of the staff said to me directly that they'd better get everyone out of here, there's a wedding they need prepare for, for the next day (our function was Friday, wedding Saturday). If not for that, an absolute 5 star rating. It's all about how you make your guests feel, after all.

Had an amazing evening here at a family member's wedding. The staff were exceptional friendly, even interacting with the small children, making fires outside and setting up gas heaters due to the slight chill. The venue was stunning and useful with many areas for photos and lounging, even small games like jenga and noughts and crosses for the children. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a stylish but country wedding

The most perfect wedding venue. Set back quite far into the wine farm, perfect mix of old and new. Quite a contemporary building houses a very old barn within it. Exposed brickwork and polished concrete walls make for stunning backdrops for photos.
