Once arriving we spent about hour in the big area climbing and going down the slides and going on carousel but then noticed the smaller play area and the mock shops. My daughter and us really loved it, playing dress up and making toy pizza. Plenty to keep kids entertained including an outside area with sandpit. Toilet and changing facilities available plus seating and food available too.

Staff were friendly and helpful. There is more than enough to keep children entertained for hours. We stayed for 4 hours (including SEN session) and my son didn't come and sit down once, he throughly enjoyed himself. I travelled from west Yorkshire, mainly to visit this place and I would definitely reccomend it.

Brilliant place to take the kids. Lots going on. There's something for every child. One of the best I have taken my children too. Very busy. I would say pricey considering you have to pay for each adult as well. Security is very reassuring, photos taken of everyone entering and checked before leaving. Overall a very good experience

Spent two hours here and the kids loved it. Many things for all ages all under one roof. Worth a visit certainly. Staff were all very polite and friendly too.

Busy as it was Easter Holidays. Thought the individual play areas (Shop/Cafe/Vets/Lego/Dress up) were fab. Only issue was Service at Food counter! Queue was long the whole time only because the young girls behind counter kept making mistakes and honestly didn't seem to know what they were doing!

Baby area a decent size but no toys or ball pit to play in. Couldn't even stay for lunch as they only sell junk food like sweets, chocolate, burgers and processed meats. Need to sell healthy food for kids they shouldn't be eating overly processed junk it should be fruits veggies and unprocessed meat.

Our daughter's bag was stolen from the kids party welcome area where they hold the shoes and presents. Staff seemed to not give much of a care even though CCTV is situated outside the room so they could easily see who walked out with it. Said they'd look after I asked and left our details but never received a call or email back.

One of the ladies at reception desk has a very rude attitude, she is not polite at all, extremely bad attitude. you should pay more attention when choose your staff, as they should be kind person as long as they work in a kids environment. Probably we will not be back again because of these reason.

Great play centre for kids of all ages. Plenty of space and equipment. Ample seating for parents to sit and also a good cafe for lunch with a good choice of meals.

We had a party here this evening, and our host Miles was absolutely amazing! He was so friendly, happy, helpful and polite. All the kids loved him and he really made the whole experience! It was so lovely to feel like he actually wanted to be there. He was so kind and helpful, and made the whole experience so easy and smooth running. Really would recommend Miles as a host; and I hope we get him for our next party. Thank you so much Miles, you made a great party even better! 😊
