    First and last care contact I have with this care center. This was the absolute worst contact with primary care I have ever had. The receptionist was very rude, interrupted me when I spoke and was very curt in tone. I called because I needed to take an over-the-counter medicine where it is clearly stated on the package insert that I need to consult a doctor before starting the treatment for various reasons/symptoms that I have. However, the receptionist thought I should contact another healthcare provider as she did not believe that responsibility falls on primary care, which it absolutely does. Something that I also had confirmed later that day when I was in contact with 1177. The receptionist finally reluctantly said that she could book a video call with a doctor later that day but that I "will not be satisfied" with the doctor as she "doesn't can do that". Who says so? Why do you have incompetent doctors on site? But anyway... thanks for the honesty because it was unfortunately true. The doctor called me (normal phone call) approx. 5 minutes after me and the receptionist hung up (2 hours before the appointment) and didn't even introduce himself as a doctor but just asked me why I sought care. After I asked some questions, I understood that it was the doctor who had apparently got a "gap in the schedule". The doctor had the phone on speaker so I could hear my own voice and besides, I could barely hear her as she was so far from the phone. Asked if she could pick up the phone instead and talk to me and come closer to the phone, but apparently she couldn't. Once again explained my situation as the receptionist's medical note was 3 words (I only saw afterwards) but the doctor did not understand what I said or meant. She talked around the situation and didn't answer my very simple question, but her solution was to just write a prescription. I did not want any prescription medicine, which I explained, but my question was whether I could use the non-prescription medicine based on my symptoms and the fact that I have just had surgery. Didn't feel that we were getting anywhere in the conversation and finally said that I thank you for the conversation but that we will not go any further, whereupon the doctor took offense and questioned that I wanted to hang up. Explained that she didn't listen to what I said and that I don't want prescription medicine and then we hung up. I now see that she wrote in my medical record that I am operated on for something completely different from what I said, that she did not understand at all why I called and then it says that she will "write a prescription" for the over-the-counter medicine that I have already bought ( which was not even the drug she said she would write a prescription for when we spoke). She also writes in the journal that we had video calls, which is also not true. Totally unacceptable treatment and felt like she just wanted things to look good on paper without listening or even considering patient safety, my needs or my best interests. After the conversation, I listed myself at a new health center fast as f*n. Also called 1177 and was told that I absolutely should not start any treatment at all for the symptoms I have before seeing a doctor and that I need to see a doctor physically within 24 hours. Something that the doctor at Vårberg's health center didn't even suggest, but only wanted to give me medicine for. 1177 also informed me that it is the health center's responsibility to provide me with care for the concerns I have and no other care body's responsibility, so if I had not stood up when I spoke to the receptionist I would not have even received any medical contact at all, even though the contact proved to be under all criticism. I do not recommend this medical center to anyone.

    Totally useless incompetent staff who refuse to help you if it gets too difficult. Ordered aids more than 2 months ago but received nothing delivered. Calling them back to have it explained that they don't see any order, choose to re-order but still there is a delay without any delivery. Call a 3rd time and force them to prove they are placing the order but then they hang up. Will report this behavior!

    Today, my 17-year-old daughter was to take a blood test at the health center. She didn't have anything with her, but came there herself at 8 in the morning (a referral was available for sampling since the doctor's visit the week before). Then they say she must have a guardian with her. She calls me and I'm about to drop my youngest son off at school but then drives past the health center and says it's ok that she can take samples for me. ---Do I have to stay here? Because I'm going to a lecture in half an hour, I ask the receptionist. It's ok for her to take blood samples for me, you get permission. Is it OK? -Yes, the staff answers. Then I go. After 10 minutes, the daughter calls and then the sampler says that she must have a guardian with her and play. Then she calls home to her brother, who takes a picture of her passport and sends her the picture on Viber. Despite that, she (the sampler) wants the guardian to be there. I get on the phone with the receptionist and remind her what we agreed on. Despite that, the daughter was not allowed to take a blood test. Are the rules really that rigid? What happened to taking the patient into account (also applies to minors)? She had to wait a whole hour there unnecessarily. The daughter turns 18 tomorrow. It is wrong to refuse her to take blood tests. Children must be able to take blood samples without guardian approval, etc.

    Worst health center. Don't go here. Worst treatment and incredibly incompetent doctor who should not be allowed to keep his ID.

    Bad care center because the staff who work at the care center are racist whores. You get an appointment at the health center very easily, but they are very careless with everything and don't even want to listen to your problems. I strongly recommend going to a health center other than Vårberg's Vårdcentral.

    Stockholm's absolute worst care center. Really bad treatment by the nurses at the reception/lab. The doctor did not introduce himself when you entered the room. They were sloppy with the sampling and running around confused because no one had any idea if the samples were even taken. My partner only speaks English and even when she says she doesn't understand Swedish, they continue to speak Swedish with her, with the exception of the doctor. She said that she will only call if there is something abnormal on the blood tests. A day later, the partner misses a call from the doctor and we are immediately concerned about what was not normal on the tests, when she quickly calls back a nurse says that the doctor needs to talk to her about the test results and that she should call back before 1pm. When it's after 4pm and we still haven't been called, I call and say that we're worried and want to know what's wrong. The nurse then says that all the samples are normal. Terribly irresponsible to scare us like that. First and definitely last time there. Run the other way.

    The premises are not the best. However, the staff is worthy of attention. Always nice treatment. Always a friendly smile. Good doctors and nurses who listen, take time to explain, make sure to take the necessary samples. Even though they have a lot to do, they convey a sense of calm and you feel safe that they do not rush through a visit but are knowledgeable and personal with the patient's best interests in focus. We must take care of this health center. It is not like others. There is a warmth here that you rarely find in other care centers Absolutely recommend it.
