    Great tasting chicken sandwiches. Try something different and have the chicken soup. The drive through is speedy and the service was great. This store is located up the block from Costco.

    I ordered breakfast for my family and got there before 10:30 I ended up sitting in line for so long that it kicked my order out. The manager came out and told the girl placing orders that she could come inside and planned on just leaving me there. I called them over and explained I'd been sitting there a while and my order disappeared. He told me I wasn't there before 10:30 that there was another car that was last in line at 10:30 and that he couldn't fill my order because it was now 10:35.. I SAT IN THEIR LINE FOR 8 MINUTES WHILE THEIR SLOW EMPLOYEES WONDERED CARELESSLY AROUND TO EACH CAR JUST TO LEAVE HUNGRY! TERRIBLE AND RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

    Only twice have I ever had a complaint about chicfila and both times were regarding styrofoam cups. This time, there's a chunk missing from my cup! Where's the missing styrofoam? In my drink?! Now I sit at my hotel with no drink with my meal past closing time. Brilliant.

    Terrible experience in the drive through, you wait and wait until you get to a person and then suddenly it's an even worse experience. Not the chik fil a I remember, management incompetent, go to a different location these are not the folks you want making food, I honestly don't believe they possess the IQ required to drop a piece of chicken in the fryer.

    My kids nuggets were dry and the fries were not even warm. The play place was very warm. I had the spicy deluxe sandwich, which was good

    We went at 5pm on a Friday. We will never do that again. We waited in the car line for 10 minutes without moving, so we parked the car and went inside to order. We waited in line inside for another 10 minutes and then waited 5 more for our sandwiches. They only had 1 cashier working and taking orders. We got grilled chicken sandwiches and they were good. The chicken was tender but the wait was way too long for fast food. I am not in a hurry to return.

    I just went to the food truck in Wooster and tell me why my $8 nugget meal looks like this…. I’m just gonna sick to the stand-alone businesses now cause every time I go to this food truck I’m disappointed😕

    Chick-fil-A has always been, and always will be an amazing restaurant, everything was perfect, only reason I said 4 stars for atmosphere, was because of how amazing it was, I just couldn't put 5

    This location seemingly never misses. The food is above par, and the staff is always friendly and very quick. The only point knocked off is that there is always a line even with their double lane drive-through! I guess when the food is just that tastey, it's to be expected, though.

    I stopped here almost every day for a market salad and at least once a week they give me grilled chicken instead of crispy chicken… The receipt has the correct item that I ordered on it but it appears that they like to substitute items without telling their customers. I normally don’t leave reviews unless I feel like it was intentional, and that’s what I feel here.

    Pros- Taste is great. Cons- Chicken doesn't cover the bun any more. Service is geared to drive through, pickup and delivery; inside service is slow because of this. One delivery employee nearly broadsided my parked car in the parking lot. And then acted like I should not be parked in the marked spot in the rear of the lot.

    This is not how you serve waffle fries. You don't ser e potato crumbs and the dregs to customers. When I approached the cashier about the small pieces of fries to let her know my issue. She said that is how it is. I look over at another person's order, there are actual waffle fries in their container. After complaining to another person she made it right. I gave this rating a 4 star because of this instance. Never coming back here as they seem to be ambivalent.

    My wife and I stopped in here at approximately 6:30pm on 10/10/23. We ordered three sandwiches, two fries and an order of Mac and cheese for our 10 month old daughter. When we get to the point to pay, we had the “server” repeat our order back to us to verify since they don’t have screens or receipts up to this point. Of course, our order was incorrect. We correct the “server” and reverified order. Server verified order to be correct at this point. When we receive our order, we were missing one sandwich. It took three different employees to come out to our vehicle over the course of 10 minutes, finally ending with the manager coming out. All three, including the manager looked at us like we were from another world and clearly couldn’t comprehend the issue. Even after offering to pay for their mistake, the manager tells us we would need to get back in line and make a new order….while our daughter is scream crying in the back seat(parents know this struggle). This was the absolute worst service I have received at any chick fil a anywhere and I would never EVER return to this location. To top it off, we get home and realize they just threw a huge block of cheese on top of cold noodles and called it Mac and cheese. And of course, the two sandwiches we did receive were incorrect. This place is just utter confusion. Totally unacceptable. I wish I could add photos of what we received.

    I love Chick-fil-a! I have for so many years but over those many years I have noticed how the prices of everything in the restaurant has gone up drastically too. Though the food is really good, it’s not worth $10-20 for a meal when I could just go to McDonald’s and get the same meal for half of that price.

    Ordered through the mobile app which was easy...arrived to the store and chose I'm here on the app. Waited a few minutes until reviewing a message stating your order is ready at the pickup location.. .when I went to the pickup location my order was not ready in fact it took a few more minutes. I do believe they sent the message to improve their completion times.

    Got a doordash delivery. My fries were ice cold. I don't think it's the delivery driver's fault. I think that the restaurant put the food out too early or gave me cold food. He was actually pretty quick. Only reason I didn't give them a lower rating is because when I go through the drive thru, everything is usually okay. Maybe that's a lesson to be learned.

    Sadly, was shorted on a Mobil order. Food was great, lady who brought it out was friendly and great, wish I would have looked at side of bag and seen the frozen drink was lacking, but was in a hurry, . The app ordering is good, I just hand phone to each person, and then complete order. Would still highly recommend chik fila

    I’ve never had an issue with the temperature of the food before. So, I didn’t think to check it before I left. But, when I got home both sandwiches and fries were ice cold. Almost like they were sitting out all day. Even the mayo tasted sour like it was expired.

    The food is obviously great. However, for some reason they consistently seem to screw up orders. Waited a half hour to get food for two people and left with enough for one. My fault for not checking but I figured since we were the last people left that it wouldn't be screwed up. Not to mention they came out and asked about our order and we confirmed it. Probably should open up a second location since this one is clearly overburdened.

    n cheese. After waiting another 15mins in line…only to get up to the window and they tell us they are out of Mac n cheese while the girl has a smirk on her face. I only ordered a 3pc of chicken tenders and the Mac n cheese… there was a very poor apology and no offer of anything else even after I mentioned that they waited until we got up to the line to tell us…as the girl who took our order walked past us multiple times and never said anything. Needless to say, because I have such a generous partner I had a side dish to my meal tonight other than that, I would just be eating 3pc of chicken.

    Whenever I'm in the mood for a burger that is not made of beef, Chick-fil-A is the way to go! Hands down the best chicken sandwiches! Yes, other fast food joints have chicken sandwiches but in all reality none of them complain to Chick-fil-A the spicy one is simple and very, very, very tasty. What more do I need to say, I highly recommend chick-fil-a!

    Food was decent. Service was not. Waited a half hour for my food in the drive through. I don’t understand why the people behind us were getting the food before us. When we got to the window, the woman explained she didn’t have our order. It’s a drive thru I have to order to get through the line. I think the staff needs to be better trained to handle the day to day tasks.

    This place is really starting to go down hill. Every time I come here the service gets worse which is a shame. After waiting in line for awhile (to be expected) I place my order with Lakiel who was very short. I paid for my food which was a combo and a side of cheese sauce. I get a purchase notification for $30+ dollars. I get the girls attention and ask her if she just charged me $30+ dollars for one combo. She says you ordered three. I corrected her and she told me she’d refund it while being quite short again. I get to the window and Likiel meets me there and ask for my card. She refunds me and I say I kind of think it’s crazy you charged me for three meals. She says have a good day and walks away. I then check my order and I’m missing items. So I tell one of the workers and her attitude now ramps up and says “sorry your order is confusing” and hands me my missing items. Then AS I START TO TALK she says “Have a nice day” and walks back inside. To top it all off my sandwich ended up being wrong. Worst service I’ve received yet.

    Customer service was excellent, food was good! Kid's play area is very small, but LOVE the wall with the different activities they can do. I had an entire group helping me and my boys find things in the picture search.

    Today, it wasn't too busy at this location. Everyone is so polite. The one thought that I did have about my visit was that the sandwich presentation is excellent. It looked just like the picture on the display. Not some smashed sandwich like you'll get at other fast food restraunts.

    Great staff and food with friendly customer service. I don't get to this location very often, but when I do it's never disappointing. The foods is always brought to you in a timely manner after you order and it's also a nice temperature once your do get it. Another great point is the cleanliness of the restaurant and it's restrooms.

    Cheese sauce was not it. And the girl Nicole at the front was very pushy when we were the only ones in line. Not happy being rushed. She needs better customer service because I heard someone else comment on her rushing them!

    This location and it's service has gone down hill. I placed an order online after getting out of the airport ,and a long day of travel only to be stuck waiting for my order along with several others while the staff were joking around laughing. The staff weren't paying attention to the orders and they were ignoring the manager when he was trying to ask them questions about why people weren't getting their drinks with their orders. While waiting they messed up someone's salad, and ended up messing my order up. I was missing fries. I have had several other times where my order was messed up,and after today I had to write a review because the owner of this location needs to get it straightened out.
