Food
was
good,
service
was
okay,
but
what
really
made
the
experience
negative
was
that
the
restaurant
had
this
sign
on
every
table
stating
a
promo
that
they
had
going
on
for
the
month
(that
only
states
what
you
have
to
order
to
get
the
deal).
We
ordered
2
entrees,
the
pickles,
a
flatbread,
more
to
go,
and
tipped
20%
on
the
full
bill.
Once
paying
,
we
realized
we
didn’t
get
the
promo
and
the
server
told
us
that
actually
we
would
have
to
ask
specifically
for
it
before
ordering,
yet
there’s
nothing
on
the
sign
stating
that.
We
called
the
manager
today
and
they
dismissed
the
situation
and
told
us
to
call
corporate
if
we
want
a
resolution.
Very
poor
way
to
handle
your
business,
it
really
wouldn’t
be
too
hard
to
put
“Just
mention
it
to
your
server!”
on
the
sign.
We
spent
over
$150
total
for
3
adults
and
a
child,
a
good
server
would’ve
mentioned
the
promo
initially
to
add
to
her
total
tab
and
we
probably
would’ve
ordered
more
and
given
her
an
even
larger
tip.
Disappointing
experience.
