This is a newer fast food chicken restaurant. Grandkids love it! The food is very good and was hot when it was served. The chicken fingers are large and tender. The service was very fast and friendly and the restaurant was spotless. Prices are reasonable. Well done!

This review was once 5 star until tonight. I will not be going back. Their chicken is exactly the same. Great tasting goodness. The reason I'm not going back is because I spent 16 dollars on a 4 piece chicken box and a sandwich with a side of fries. Great price but our chicken was if I am lucky half the size. I am no longer getting any value out of my experience.

I got REALLY bad food poisoning here. I've been sick and using the bathroom all morning, and I just now had very bad vomiting. Yes, that's what this photo is. Its mostly clear because I've been drinking water all day. I vomited several times and then dry heaved. It was really painful. I get it, you don't want to make the food. It's easier to make it all at once and let it sit there for hours. The chicken was completely cooked. It had to have sat there for hours or your not washing your hands. I'm sure you think this is funny and you don't care but please realize that this sort of thing puts kids and elderly people in the hospital. I hope you can see my photo, it has my receipt and what just made it difficult for me to breathe. I'll never eat at this or any of your other locations again. I'm also contacting your coropate office to help prevent this from happening again. Edit - I'm 100% calling a lawyer tommorow to see if I'm entitled to compensation. This is ridiculous. I've pulled every muscle in my back and have had 4 vomiting sessions. I could not work all day today.

Friendly service. Just LOVE their chicken fingers and their special dipping sauce! The Crinkle-cut fries are great too. The Texas Toast is buttery and soft. I think their chicken is the best tasting around. It's always piping hot with crispy breading. One of our favorite places!

I had ordered takeout of chicken tenders, fries, Texas toast, 2 cane sauce but they kept forgetting to give the second cane sauce...so would recommend to double check the food order when you get it...

Great chicken strips. Got off the turnpike for our 18 year old grandson. Traveling through 6 states today.

The old hag that has a head of gray hair who takes the order and has you pay, was disgusting. She had an attitude in the beginning and repeated herself with a very nasty tone, even though we heard her. Me and my friend did separate orders and once my friend was done ordering the old woman decided to not say anything and just sat in silence till we just started to say the next order. Once we got to the window to pay, she was very upset that we were using apple pay and proceeded to roll her eyes at us. Woman if you want to have an attitude like that please work at mcdonald’s.

Excellent chicken. Soft and juicy. Served hot French fries very good and hot Coleslaw very good Not a fan of the bread, didn't need it but you can't just order the chicken and fries I would definitely recommend!

I can't say enough that whoever was cooking on Saturday October 7 2023 made sure the tenders were cooked perfect. I have eaten a lot of canes and even at this location and hands down this recent visit was the best. Not only were the tenders crispy and the coating fully intact the fries were perfect. Again thanks to whomever was cooking you deserve recognition for taking pride in your job as not many do anymore!

Always fresh food -- just cashiers are often rude. When paying with cash the same woman always asks, "Do you have 75 cents?" I would then respond, "No, I'm sorry, I don't, but I gave you an extra dollar to tender." She then responds, "You really don't have 75 cents? Why not?"... It was quite unpleasant.

Such a great experience at canes in Strongsville. Was welcomed by Tony who I believe is the manager. I work with people with developmental disabilities so it’s not always easy so find somewhere to sit down and eat with their packed lunches. He welcomed us no problem and heard they had never tried canes and offered them all a platter sample of everything they have to offer. Best customer service experience I’ve had in a very long time. Super satisfied!!

Excellent service the lady at the window and over the intercom had such a happy and energetic attitude. I even asked if that was a prerecorded message on the intercom. The lady said nope she's at the pickup window. I said how can someone be so happy jokingly. Wish all customer service employees had such energetic and happy attitudes. Get to many unhappy CSEs it brings you down at times. The food was excellent also.

The prices are going up and the quality is going down. The French fries were scarce and very mushy, and the chicken was losing its breading and kind of wet like. Everything had to be re-cooked.

I love the chicken basket it was amazing now I have another love too other than Popeyes I will definitely be back to raising Cane chicken I thought they had some awesome food.

The first time I had Raising Cane's in Columbus was the best impression I got from a fast food fried chicken place. Came to this location and did not receive the same experience. Ordered the Chicken sandwich and 3 extra fingers. All chicken was extremely dry. I remember the first time being very succulent, juicy, and tender meat. The fries were very soggy and inedible. Personally not a fan of sandwiches that just throw chicken fingers on it, had I known thats what they did, I wouldnt have ordered it. You'd figure it would be a patty with all the competitive surroundings of chicken sandwiches. The only positive criticism I had was that the servers were friendly.

Cane's specialty is its special sauce and fresh, tender and moist chicken with ight crispy breading. The buttered and grilled texas toast is also delicious, and the crinkle-cut fries are nice and crispy. The sauce is magical. Do yourself a favor and substitute the cole slaw for another piece of toast. The only less than absolutely stellar part of my visit was that the sweet tea is fairly lightly-sweetened - I want to taste the diabetes! Also, a "hidden" menu trick: if you get a combo without the drink, it's $1 less.

I just paid $16 for a Combo! (It was like $8 last month) When asked if they raised their prices the manager said “yes we had to it’s a recession“ like what? Whoever is raising cane needs to put him in a time out. Lol A RECESSION 😂

Canes is always solid. Great service, quick, and the food has a consistent taste. It's more expensive than I remember it being but that's what happens. The box is usually enough to fill me, but go with a caniac if you're really hungry.

Been in love with canes since the day I tried it. I will argue anyone who says Chick-Fila-a sauce is better. This location is always super clean and fresh. Sauce is to die for.

I come here once every two or three weeks and the staff is always friendly and the food is great! Of the many times I’ve been here, they’ve never messed up my order! Would definitely recommend

Only four meals on the menu and they're all around $10, which is fine. Except the portion sizes don't reflect the price and the meals are all the same with a one-time difference. Good quality chicken though.

They do good chicken tenders... Thats it. If a baseball player hit the ball every time but refused to walk around the bases it would not be a home run... And such is this... Chicken and... Nothing else notable. Not coming back without good reason.

For a Chain Fast Food Restaurant it was ok. The Chicken was the only thing I thought was good. The fries were way to soggy and not enough salt. We came here a couple try's to see if it got better, unfortunately been the same every time. Overall I don't mind eating the chicken tenders, here but I would just rather have fast food from else where.

Tried it for the first time. Chicken was moist, but crispy breading got moist in places because of steam in the Styrofoam box (or the moist chicken). Their crinkle fries were tasty and so was was toast. Bonus kicker: The cashier in the drive through noticed my Army Retired hat, and offered to give me a Military Discount! Got to love any business that honors veterans!
