I came with sore throat and fever. But doctor asked me to self quarantine without giving me any referral letter/supporting documents. I was absent from work for 2 days and with no supporting documents, it is considered unpaid leave. Thank God I can't remember the doctor's name, otherwise I would have mentioned it here. This is upsetting. Why would you asked me and insist me on undergoing full quarantine when it was unnecessary. I am being a good samaritan by following your orders. It turns out that they can't even issue letter or at least cover MC for the 2 days that I have been absence. Thank you for nothing.

Very unprofessional, doctor just LISTEN to me for what illness I have, never check, never check my fever temperature, never do anything then just give me the medicine like that. I only got flu, cough, sore throat but they give me muscle kind of medicine? And the medicine is more than 100bucks just for flu, and sore throats and cough. Total: RM190 Rm80 for the RTK test, RM110 for medicine.

I have nothing to say much about this clinic other than it is more about filling their pockets with money. I came in with flu and cough and they prescribed me with a flu med n a mouthwash. I wonders what is their doctors qualification and how can a antiseptic mouthwash relieve my cough.

Doctors here are unprofessional and the hygiene of this clinic is poor. They did not use a new blade for incision, in fact they recycled it. Dr Hxx Yxxxx is so unskilled and incompetent of treating patients which have caused further complications. Please avoid this clinic at all cost. Furthermore it’s overpriced.

Dr Subthra is a very friendly and caring doctor. She will explain your illness diagnose patiently. So far the nurses there are quite friendly too. Keep up with the good job👍🏻

I had a cotton earbud stuck inside my ear. To pull out a earbud need RM90. Anyone can tell me is this a fair price or unfair price? I know times are hard now but is too expensive. Btw not even 1min done already.

I always have good experiences here. Been here many times since growing up in usj and never had a bad experience once. Recently came for a very bad high fever and sore throat infection, the indian lady doctor was very friendly and clear on my diagnosis. Answered all my questions and listened well to my concerns of the symptoms i suffered. She carries herself with confidence of a professional that made me instantly felt relieved that i will definitely get better soon. Staff is friendly and helpful. Returned few days later to edit the receipt so my mother can claim from her company, and the staff did it right away. Thanks!

I called 15 times back to back and no one picked up but the line goes to "busy" every single time. I don't know if there are nurses attending at the reception at all.

The doctor just gave a whole bunch of expensive medicines for each and every thing, which is totally wrong. You must hire good doctors and teach them proper manners to listen to a patient properly. The doctors sometimes are quite rude too. Kindly look into these issues. Will never recommend anyone to visit this Taipan Clinic.

I went for 2nd consultation for my skin fungal infection which is known as ringworm (but has nothing to do with worms). The Dr asked the nurses if there is any 'cacing' medicines and they literally gave me a deworm medication.. I told them that I do not have worms (parasites) and I need antifungal medicines since the infections are on my skin. But the nurses assured that the deworm is the right medicine for skin infection and rashes. I refused to take the medicines. Went to another clinic and the other doctor prescribed an actual antifungal medicines. If the management of this clinic reading this message. Please hire a proper doctor. He just listened to the nurse and gave me a deworm medicine for no reason at all. The service is extremely poor. What if I didn't know bout it and just ate the medicine. And I keep coming back to your clinic for the treatment. Very unprofessional.

After visiting multiple clinics for a week that only gave me antibiotics and simple medication due to a persistent “flu”, I visited Mediviron and consulted with Dr Subhatra. She managed to help me understand why I was sick and I finally got better after so long. I recommended for my father to go there when he had a headache and body aches for 3 days (negative Covid results), and Dr Subhatra managed to find out what his illness was and he seeked immediate help

Bad service ever. I don't know how even the doctor get certified. The doctor won't even check on me while I'm telling her my sickness. I end up with worse condition because the doctor won't even to care to give service. Such a waste of time coming here. The staff also yelling on their problems to each other like it was their on house but not a clinic. I had to take another day off because of my worse condition and go to the other clinic to take another medicine.

Terrible service. There was no one at all stationed at the front desk area. I waited 10 mins, no choice but to walk inside and caught the nurse playing phone behind the cash counter. Also, to wait for the doctor was also a torture because I have waited for 30 mins (still waiting while I’m leaving this review) maybe the doctor had a difficult patient to handle I’m not sure what’s the hold up. Hope you can improve further on your service.

Brought my son to this clinic at night on 6th June 2023 due to fever for few days & Dr.Saravanan attended to him and confirmed dengue positive (mild). Bill was rm165 with antibiotics for 3 days due to throat inflammation. Request to repeat dengue test on 8th June and charged rm45. On 14th my son brought a form to fill up by Dr to claim from insurance and was told the charges is rm80. It seems it's the pic Dr.Subathra's policy. Totally ridiculous and I have recorded the calls. Informed the staff will report to KKM

Used to be good. NEw stupid doctor laugh when I told him I took medication n cannot breathe n had bad reaction due to my asthma. He laughed. Then continued to prescribed me an antibiotic that u told him did work on me when he last prescribe me it. Told him I can't sleep coz itchy sore throat and cough and got no medication at all for that. Was forced to pay 75 ringgit for worst service of doctor of my life and a medication that I as I expected did not work. Now 5 am I up all coughing n vomiting even after going clinic. What a waste of money

I am very impressed by the staffs here. Especially a special shout out to Dr Subha. Always willing to go that extra mile to explain in detail and full of smiles and laughter that are infectious. Just hearing her laugh helps in the healing process. The world needs more Dr Subha's.

My dad Kong Kwoi Cheng, past away on 18th January 2018. We went to see Subang Taipan Mediviron about a week ago before he past away in PPUM. My father body has been weakening from almost 10 days, when i brought him to see the doctor in Mediviron, The doctor just gave him some antibiotic and fever medicine. 3 days after my father getting worse, i brought him into the PPUM on 16th January 2018, he past away in 36 hours due to kidney failure. My Mum Chin Nyuk Kim, we went to Subang Taipan Mediviron see the doctor on 19th August 2023 due to my mum fell down and her index finger was cut by the trash bin and swollen very serious. Morning 19th August i brought her to see the doctor on 19th Aug 2023. The doctor saw how serious was the index finger swollen, and they gave my mum antibiotic and some pain killer, and advice my mum to return if dont see any progress after 5 days. Sunday 20th August morning, i dont see any improvement from my mum index finger, and we seek for second opinion from another doctor and clinic. The doctor saw the swollen finger immediately said my mum need to admit hospital, the antibiotic wont help for this. Night time we finally admiited to PPUM after series of checking. The doctor told my mum its too late. now this index finger need to be cutoff. And we hopefully bacteria is not spreading to the other fingers of the whole palm need to be cutoff. i am very dissapointed to subang taipan mediviron as my both parents went to seek your doctor advice, but they never check properly and give us the proper advice, but keep giving us Antibiotic. I, myself, came to see subang mediviron few times, i realized that your doctor LOVES to give antibiotic to me, even my fever just 37.1 Celsius. i blame myself on my mum incident, which i never learnt from my dad case during 2018. i will rate you 5 stars, but WE will never return again.

This place is the worst clinic I had ever step foot in. Its unsanitary and the doctor forces diagnosis on people and forces people to take medication that clearly does not follow our condition. Ridiculous. And they didn't even allow us the prescription for us to head out to get the medicine. They said it wasn't allowed and forced me to explain why I didnf want the medicine.

I always got scared when taking an injection. I’ve spoke out to doctor during my blood test. Dr Subhatra has done a good job and overcome my fears against this and wasn’t pain when injecting. definitely will come back for health consultation with the same doctor 👩‍⚕️

I have gone to Klinik Mediviron Taipan this year after one of my colleague recommended it to me, since the Klinik I went gave me quite a lot medicines like Prednisolone, Cefuroxime to treat my skin allergy, which have too much side effects in my opinion. While in Klinik Mediviron I received different treatment by Doctor Subhatra, who is very friendly and patient. Instead of hormonal medicine, here I received creams and pills for itchy, after a few months all my skin allergy has gone. Thanks to Klinik Mediviron Taipan for its trustworthy and friendly treatment.

Your experience will highly depend on the doctor you get and the time you come, came today at around 8pm, apparently to the doctor, if a parent is sick, kid and wife no need be in the room, I find this extremely unacceptable, as a child or wife you would be worried, furthermore upon entrance to the room the doctor can open grumble about so many people in the room, you have three chairs there in the room one for the patient and two for their family or others. If your not happy here fine, but don't be rude to us who are concern about the people we bring. Heck if it wasn't for the location people would not bother showing up here. Apparently this doctor is here sat and Mon evenings. Avoid at these times if possible

Doctors here are generally very helpful, be it normal consulting hours or otherwise. Special mention to Dr. Subha with her sunny disposition. Never fails to cheer on every visit.

Dr. Subhatra is a new doctor at this clinic. Diagnoses correctly and prescribes proper medication that cures quickly. A friendly and humble doctor, most importantly, a reliable doctor. I did a full blood test and got my results the very next day. They are fast, efficient, and open 24 hours everyday.

The lady doctor that I saw was really bad. I was sick and was holding a tissue, upon entering the clinic, I threw the tissue in the bin near the doctor and she told me not to throw there but to a bin which is further away from her. If she’s so afraid of germs, she should not be a doctor!!

Don’t even want to give a star at all!! I brought my very sick younger brother over one time because it was the only clinic around us that was opened late at night. And the nurses were so rude and mean! When he finally got to see the doctor, his temperature measured was 40 degrees celcius but the doctor refused him an MC. Like what even?! Bear in mind it was nearing midnight already. The worst!

Midnight shift Super lousy doctor. I said i had a fever. He did not even bother to check my temperature. I asked him how is my temperature. He just uttered out 37-39degree Celsius without using any tools to check. Then i queried with his answer. He answered with some volume on his voice that it is very normal la fever, fever normally around 37-39degree Celsius. And the attitude when he answer this was really bad. No smile, not friendly at all, frowning face. I will never never never ever come again this clinic.
