the person at counter is super rude (skinny lady).. ride to her teammate.. rude at me.. i believe she can talk nicely but she prefer to be rude. my third time i went to this clinic she still make patient upset..

Nurse staff attitude is very poor. Throw tendrum when I get her to write my name correctly on the medical certificate. No matter how good the doctor is, rating for the clinic service dropped because of the staff arrogant attitude.

Worst service from a clinic I have ever experience. Very bad service from nurse/admin, Ana without wearing a mask. I was the only client in the clinic but she didn’t even bother to entertain me and keep me waiting while I clearly see her busy with her phone. 🤷‍♀️ Doctor there are not very friendly either. Swear I will never go back to that place!

Theres always 2/3 clinics near by (2km away). Dont waste your time going here. The doctor and the receptionist, so rude. As if they are the best in town.

Always a pleasure meeting up with Doctor Aloysious. On the other hand, the clinic needs a more friendlier clinic assistant......unfortunately those two sour faced and extremely rude ladies are bad for the clinics business. Dr Aloysius is one of the kindest doctors, well mannered and enjoys a good chat with patients to make you feel better. Though the clinic is slightly run-down and the receptionist seemed abit stuck-up, my overall experience was good.

Took my boss maid for Fomema check -up and trust me , the receptionist is one of the worst I've ever met . Both the specky & skiny lady's attitude is very poor and rude, no smile on the face , not friendly tone and unfriendly behavior.

I came 3 times in the past, the DOCTOR is plain rude.. I only went because of I only know this clinic is my insurance panel clinic and I needed to do urine test. In the last experience I was scolded by doctor just simply asking why my report says so.. that was few years ago. Then today I went again because my insurance required me to do urine test again. I just handed out insurance form for urine test and came to sound me that it's incomplete without any detailed filled.

One of the best Dr I have met! Very friendly and always give good advice. One time i had a back problem for months.. at times had to even ask people to help me walk, so i went to hospital, and still it did nothing... end of the day he adviced me on some method to improve my back, and it got better and better. Thank you Dr Aloysius!! 👍👍

The price for consultation and medical aid was ok.. but I got questioned for taking mc one day for the next day was kinda let down..

Counter Staff registration and dispensing service poor, attitude poor, staff so rude, she need more training on how behave so nicely and welcoming patients. I'm not recommended get your treatment here, waiting period almost hours wasting your time.

The worst clinic ever. Receptionist has a bad attitude problem. Giving others priority instead of people that has been waiting for so long. 2 thumbs down. Micares should remove this clinic from their Panel

Yesterday I went to check if I got influenza or not since one of my family members got infected with it. The doctor check like normal fever and said it is normal nowadays lot of influenza and virus and so on and got one day MC. I go for another doctor today at another clinic and get a propher test for my influenza A and tested positive got MC for a week. Just imagined if I go to the office today and my colleagues got infected due to this. You need to check thoroughly it’s not like I am saying that I am not sure what kind of illness is this. If a lot of peoples got influenza or virus it should be your responsibilities to tell us how not to spread it more over, not just letting me go and saying it is normal fever. So sad that as a citizen I am more conscious than a doctor.

The worse clinic ever, my advise to everyone please dont come here. The doctor is really rude and cant be trusted for what he advise.
