The equestrian statue of Stephen the Great in Suceava is a bronze monument dedicated to the Moldavian voivode Ştefan cel Mare (1457-1504), which was made by the sculptor Iftimie Bârleanu and unveiled in 1977 in the city of Suceava. The statue is located in Sipote-Cetate Park, near Suceava Citadel, in the south-east of the city. The statue is the largest work of its kind in the country, with a total height of 23 meters (including the basement) and can be seen from any central point of the city.

Communist era statue not far from the citadel. There is a steep path to the side that takes you into a valley with nice designated walking paths in parts.
