stayed there for 2 nights this summer and had multiple “interesting” experiences: the air conditioning was not working (it was just throwing out some air, not cold at all), the bathtub of the shower cabin was broken so a lot of water was coming on the floor while showering; cockroaches in the bathroom; one iron for the entire hotel (you would expect a 4 star hotel to have more…); no hot water for a day. and on top of all these, not a single employee cares about the clients, they do not even try to fix any problem, because they do not seem to care :)

No air conditioning in the middle of July. We were told they will turn on the air at 6 pm, which doesn’t make any sense. It’s 7:30 pm now and still no air. Our room is super hot, we can’t even stay in it. We called the owner of the hotel and he hang up the phone. Super rude and super unprofessional.

I recently had the chance to stay at this hotel, and I must say, my experience was far from what I expected based on the supposed 4-star rating. From the moment we stepped into our room, it was evident that the conditions were not up to par. The furniture looked outdated and worn, clearly showing signs of age and neglect. To make matters worse, the room itself felt like a sauna. The lack of proper temperature control made our stay uncomfortable and restless. The cleanliness was also a major letdown. We encountered dusty corners and questionable spots, which definitely didn't meet the standards one would expect from a higher-rated establishment. Our troubles didn't end there. Dealing with the receptionist turned into a frustrating experience. Our reservation, which should have been a seamless process, was muddled up, causing unnecessary stress and confusion. The lack of professionalism on their part was disappointing and soured our mood even further. As if these issues weren't enough, we had to contend with mosquitoes throughout our stay. Not only was this a nuisance, but it also disrupted our sleep and added to our frustration. Furthermore, the water seeping from under the bathtub was an unexpected surprise that left us concerned about the maintenance and upkeep of the facilities. The hotel's location near a noisy road only added to our woes. The constant traffic sounds made it difficult to find any peace and quiet, which is something we had been looking forward to during our stay. In conclusion, my experience at this hotel was far from satisfactory. The condition of the room, lack of cleanliness, reservation mishap, insect presence, water leakage, and the noisy surroundings collectively made this stay quite disappointing. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a comfortable and enjoyable stay. It's important for management to address these issues promptly if they wish to live up to their supposed 4-star status.

The furniture is very old, there was no AC in my room and It was very hot. I had to shower with cold water because there was no hot water. The elevator made some weird sounds like it was going to break any second.

4 stars Hotel?! Hmm, I would definitely contradict that! We asked for a double room, and surprise - get a double room but with 2 single bed not suitable to be approached together, for me and my partner (this is the only available, sorry - they said🙄) Amenities in bathroom are just the basics, plus broken shower. Not to add how "many disfunctions" they've had overall. Very bad experience for us... Cannot say anything about the restaurant - haven't been there.

Air conditioning not working They promised to turn it on in about half hour. False promises

i was shocked, the whole hotel never had air conditioning, the internet didn't work, the carpet was dirty, the bathrooms were terrible. there are lovely hotels around, bypass this one.

Old rooms, the furniture could be improved, the cleaning of the rooms also. The restaurant didn't serve a lot of things after 9:30 pm even if it’s closing at 11, the the waiters are amazing. They tell jokes, they explain and give good advice about food and drinks they serve. We went there 3-4 times only for them, and for the food that really had taste!

Das Hotel hat meiner Meinung nach keine 4 Sterne verdient. Ich war 3 Tage in diesem Hotel. Am ersten Tag waren wir im Restaurant essen. Das Personal ist total unfreundlich. Am 2 Tag haben wir eine 2 Decke gewollt. Er hat 2 mal gesagt er kümmert sich darum. Wir haben 2 Stunden gewartet es kam immer noch nix. Er sagt es ist nicht so einfach eine extra decke zu besorgen. Also bitte du bist in einem 4 Sterne Hotel und kannst keine 2te Decke bekommen das ist wirklich ein sehr schlechter Service. Am gleichen Abend das warme Wasser funktioniert nicht nur kaltes Wasser. An der Rezeption bekamen wir keine Aussage oder eine Lösung er könnte uns dabei nicht helfen. Absolut schlechter Service. Keine 4 Sterne verdient.

Definitely one of the ugliest hotels I've stayed in. The smell in the hotel is bad, the bathroom sink is clogged, the bed totally uncomfortable and many other issues. This hotel deserves at most 1 star. Besides all this, it is also located on the outskirts of town, where on an abandoned road with no access to transportation. I do not recommend staying here, find something better.

"The hot room hotel" -my lasting memory of our stay there. Room temperature was almost too hot, so we opened the windows every few hours. Rooms were large and confortable, although they seemed a bit outdated (the hotel also seems outdated). Good hotel service, big parking, good restaurant food. My room lacked Internet connection which is a big minus for me. Also prices for breakfast were bigger than Booking and website.

Bugs in room and in restroom, common guys you can do it better, very old furniture, nasty carpet, old TV, some smoke smell on the hol way, I will say this is not a hotel is a MOTEL

BEDBUGS! I was bitten and found bedbugs in the bed. Definitely not a 3-4 star hotel. Not even close to a hotel. Very old and dirty, nasty. Mold in the refrigerator. Everything is not working properly: TV, internet, everything is leaking in the bathroom. Cleaning is done very poorly. Most awful of all - the attitude of the staff and the owner. They completely don’t care about your problems. 3 days in a row told reception internet not working, “we will fix”, and never did. Asked to talk to a manager to discuss the bedbugs issue, but he is never on site (or hiding), and never got back to us to talk. Oh yeah, you want a taxi? “Get one yourself”, that is the reception’s answer.

Hotel? Right, maybe 20 years ago it was. Now – more like a cheap motel. Dirty rooms, leaking bathrooms. First room I got was extra hot, I had to sleep with open balcony in the winter. I asked to be changed, the other one was extra cold. With all the blankets, I was still freezing. Do yourself a favor and find another hotel.

It stared "4 stars" but this place will get 3 from the most indulgent person on the planet... The rooms still smell like people were smoking in here a while ago, the AC is useless, it's really close to the road so if u are used to sleep with a window opened, forget it, its very loud outside ( main road ). The shower barely work, low low pressure. The style is nice around here but everything is old and barely stays together... Everything could be looked over if the staff was not so arrogant and impolite, even rude. We booked at a price and when we got here they changed it... The food that's made here was two things: expensive and not even mediocre ... I suggest this place as a last choice...

I am very disappointed with this place!!! It was my favourite hotel to stay when we were going home but this summer I’ve forgot my favourite dress there after we stayed a couple of hours to rest after a wedding and when I called they said they can’t find any red dress. I was so upset!!! I am 100% sure that I left it there in the room. I have spoken with the manager over the phone a couple of times but nothing, my dress has vanished. It was an expensive dress and it was my favourite. Also, we booked this room well in advance, called from london to book the room and surprise, when we got at the hotel they said they cant find any room booked under my name, so luckily they a room left with single beds that we could have it so we can rest for a few hours after we celebrated our friends wedding. The staff/the lady was no professional at all. I am very disappointed! This hotel its not what it was before as we used this hotel so many times before. ATTENTION- BE CAREFUL WITH YOUR STUFF, YOU MIGHT NOT FIND THEM IF YOU LEAVE THEM AT THIS HOTEL!!!

I dont think this hotel deserves 5 stars. Firstly, the receptionists didn't offer us a 'warm welcome', both of them were talking loudly on the phone each time we had to interact with them. Both the room and the bathroom were spacious and clean, but the room had an odd smell (similar to burnt plastic). Each room has a large balcony, which is a plus, but the ashtray we had for cigarettes it already had 2 stubs in it. We had two separate beds and the bedsheets were different, one of them even had a hole in it. Another thing i didn't like was the fact that the closet only had 2 clothes hangers. Two persons and two hangers (oh i see). The hotel is situated next to a national road and our room was facing that side; not very comfortable having to hear all the cars passing by (and also a lot of dogs barking around at night). They also have a restaurant with normal decent prices, but we didn't get to try it.

The outside of the place looked really nice. Inside, however, things were different. Our room was questionably cleaned. They left used cigarettes in the ash tray on the balcony. The bed sheets were mismatched, which wouldn't bother me normally, but they were ripped as well. The location isn't really ideal, the national road is just outside one of the sides of the hotel and it can keep you up all night if you don't close the windows. Also, the room smelt a bit iffy. The reception staff was also quite inattentive. But other than that, it was a pretty okay stay.

Love it! First of all, i expected a much higher price for this 4 star hotel. It is actually affordable. I am surprised by how nice is everybody here! The rooms are clean and airy. The beds are super comfortable and smell very nice. The bathroom was as it should be. The restaurant was also excellent, very delicious and well arranged food! The hotel deserves all its 4 stars! Everything was perfect! I recommend it!

Looks like the personnel have not received their wages for months. At least that is their atitude. The hotel itsself shows sings of deterioration, but could still be considered good value for the money.
