We loved our dinner at Rex's Cuisine. Deliciousness jumping into the mouth. We were in such a hurry to try the Inihaw Platter, I even forgot to take a photo before we got stuck into it. The meals packed a flavour hit and were authentic to taste. Service was quick. Friendly Filipino hospitality can be expected. We will be back to try more meals soon.

First time visit. Very friendly staff and great service. It is Philippine cuisine. BBQ chicken is delicious. We saw other customer ordered fried pork knuckle, it looks amazing, we might come back visit again to try it. The Ube cake is so special, delicious and definitely a must try. Highly recommended restaurant for anyone who wants to try something special.

Who loves Filipino food? Well, after our visit to @rexscuisine I can say that I certainly do! 😍 Located in Acacia Ridge along the Beaudesert Road with lots of parking available, this restaurant is the perfect spot to enjoy some traditional Filipino food in a lovely atmosphere! 🙌 The menu consists of a variety of dishes such as soups, noodles, grilled meats and deep fried items and more! They also have some amazing desserts because you know...there's always room for dessert 🍨 🤩 Here's what we tried 📷: • Sisig (Sizzling diced pork head) • Bulalo (Beef bone marrow soup) • BBQ Pork Skewers • Tilapia (Deep fried fish) The skewers were definitely a hit but if I'm being honest, I enjoyed all of them. The dishes were unique and flavourful, and the portion sizes were great! 😍 The service was amazing - the staff was very friendly and welcoming. Overall we had such an amazing experience! I will be going back for sure and I would definitely recommend checking them out! 🙌

We had the most incredible experience trying traditional Filipino food in the unique and delightful ‘Boodle’ way. From the moment we sat down to the moment we left, every aspect of our meal was nothing short of amazing. The blend of flavours, the vibrant colors, and the rich aromas transported us to the heart of Filipino cuisine. The Boodle way of eating, with its communal and sharing nature, added an extra layer of warmth to the experience. We left with not only satisfied appetites but also a newfound appreciation for Filipino culture and its culinary treasures!! If you’re looking for an unforgettable culinary adventure, we wholeheartedly recommend dining at Rex’s Cuisine, especially through the wonderful Boodle experience.

Was our very first time trying Filipino cuisine. It was a pure treat. So glad we finally decided to try it. Food and service were top tier. Can’t wait to go back. Our bub was gifted a piece of ube cake on our way out which was very nice of them. I’ve had an endless craving for HaloHalo since!!

We have dined here twice. The food is excellent. We ordered the crispy pata, the meat platter for 2, the mechado, ube cake and halo halo to share for dessert. The highlight was the crispy pata and the bbq skewers. The meat was seasoned well and great sauce for the skewers. The mechado was a little on the salty side. Ube cake was a little on the dry side. Halo halo was great to share. Service was friendly and happy to have a chat to us when not busy. Definitely recommended spot for Filipino cuisine. One thing which was disappointing was learning there was a 5% surcharge on weekends when we went to pay the second time. I don't believe this was added the first time and it was not clearly displayed anywhere the second time. Businesses do have a right to charge surcharges and 5% is not overly high but they do need to be properly displayed to avoid confusion.

We ordered a grilled meat platter, halo halo and leche flan on a Thursday night. The restaurant was packed and we were informed it would take about 20 minutes longer. We waited a total of 50 minutes - the meat was tender, juicy and packed full of flavour. We enjoyed the paired sauces which had spicy kick and sweetness. The halo halo was the highlight, the ube icecream was not too sweet and had a strong ube flavour, very unique. Highly recommend

Great location and great atmosphere. Parking available right in front of the restaurant. Lots of seating available. A huge variety of authentic Filipino cuisine available on offer. This place also offers alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages. We ordered dine in and take away dishes. For dine in, we ordered goto, pancit bihon, crispy pata, and turon . We ordered pancit bihon and bicol Express to take home.We had to request the guy to tone down the volume of the radio as it was blasting and hurting our ears. They make you feel welcome and give you an amazing experience with delicious flavoursome dishes, beautiful presentations, a wide food list, and a wonderful dessert. The goto was super delicious 😋. I highly recommend everyone to come down try the food from Rex Cuisine. 💯💯💯 Update: I ordered Bicol Express for take away- quite disappointed it was too fatty, greasy, and bland. My son wouldn't eat it after having a spoonful. The serving is far too little/ for what I paid for.

🧐✨have you tried Filipino cuisine before?! a super underrated cuisine that offers a wide range of dishes that have a mixture of sweet, salty and sour flavours!✨🔥i personally had never tried it before, hence i was so excited and curious when @rexscuisine invited us over to experience Filipino food for the first time and… oh. my. god.🤤🤩 we got✨🍽️: 🍜rex’s palabok 🍲sinigang hipon prawn 🍗chicken inasal 🧀mechado 🍢pork BBQ 🧃calamansi juice 🥭mango shake 💜halo halo Rex himself helped us add on their pork BBQ to our order and wow to think i nearly missed having this on my tastebuds is insane… the SMOKEYness of the pork skewers was like no other!!🤤🔥this on its own was a 5/5, so flavourful, so juicy!🤩same goes for the chicken inasal! this was my second fav of the night, so tender and delicious🥳🔥🍗 their sinigang was soul warming and unique! its sourness reminded me of tom yum except more homey and less intense~🥰✨i’ve never thought about beef brisket with cheese before but🥹🥹why haven’t i had mechado before?! it’s so good! this with rice was *chefs kiss*✨👀 i chose their calamansi juice and *gasp* i wanna drown in this🤤✨i’m from malaysia and it reminded me of a local drink called limau asam boi! i savoured this drink till it’s last drop🥹🥰and the halo halo, which the lovely staff let us know means ‘mix mix’ was really refreshing! my fav part of it was the ube ice cream💜✨ conclusion, i could not recommend @rexscuisine more! what a top tier introduction to Filipino food! as well as a SMACK in the face of how much i’ve been missing out on!🤤🔥🤩make sure you SAVE this post and put them on your must try list!✨🥹

Was dining here on Friday arvo. It was just around 5pm and raining so there was pretty quiet. Ordered Chicken Adobo and steamed rice. My Filipino friend highly recommended this dish to me. Chicken Adobo is the national dish of the Philippines. It must be made with thighs. Never ever substituting with chicken breast. I had a really authentic chicken adobo here. The taste of the dish is a bit salty due to the soy sauce in the cooking. It’s perfect for someone who enjoys strong taste just like me. It was so delicious, so I added one more rice. LOL. However, If you wanna have a lighter taste, it’s better not to try this dish. Authentic Filipino cuisine. Staff are friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.
