Go here at least 2/3 times a week just love everything about it the food☕🍰🍵🍽 staff😀 and service is the best around by far and I will always continue to give my business to this fantastic local business instead of any others - we really good appreciate everything you've gone through to stay in business in these most difficult of times

The best Eggs Benedict I have found so far! This had become a regular breakfast spot for my friends and I. Fantastic coffee and exceptional staff.

Had an interesting experience dining here today, we grabbed approx 7 of the small sized napkins to eat with our meals (there were 3 of us) & when our first plate of food was delivered the waitress asked "why do you have so many of our napkins?"...When I explained we needed them she rudely grabbed half of the napkins back off the table & walked away. I found this extremely rude & even if she personally felt that we had used too many she could have taken them back when the table was cleared after we finished our meal! Poor service & honestly in all the eating establishments I've been to, this has never happened. The food was not bad for the price but with staff or management like this, you may want to get some customer service training tips as we won't be back again!

I went for breakfast with my daughter and we ordered a veggie breakfast with fried eggs. The eggs were undercooked, felt like they just broke them on the stove and quickly removed it. Had to leave them on the plate. Mushrooms were overcooked and left water on the plate. The coffee tasted okay but was very cold even when I asked for extra hot. Not coming back.

Food is good ,the speed of bringing food from the kitchen is good. However, the Asian girl who served doesn't speak, doesn't smile and has no manners. Very bad service. I think she needs to be train in costumer service skills.

I have ordered a medium coffee and I end up with a small one. When I asked questions about the size they started to raise their voice at me. Quite frankly, people like this should not be run a business. They've apologise or offended to replace my coffee or anything.

There were so many staff but were busy chatting to each other and was oblivious to me. One of them even just stared at me while I wait to be helped. Then they proceeded to help someone who just walked in. I just walked out and will never try to buy something here

I use to love coming here, not sure if there is a new chef? But have been disappointed lately. My usual is an eggs Benedict with bacon and the last few times the egg has been hard, no seasoning on the chips and the bacon like cardboard.

Good value with a toasted cheese and tomato sandwich and a bottled water for about $7. Downside is the cheese was the plastic American cheese slice.

Came here for my birthday breakfast. Between the 5 adults and 3 kids, we had our food all of 10-15 minutes after we ordered, including drinks. The food was hot, and delicious! The prices are great, especially for the size of the meals! The service is also amazing. I went to go find salt and pepper and the lovely server insisted he get it for me. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. We live about 30 minutes away and will 100% be returning again. Thank you Jack's Cafe 💕

Very pleasantly surprised at good breakfast and good price (had breakfast veggie A and cappuccino) did not expect such a good brekky in food court.. will definitely come again. Tossing up between 4 and 5 stars but my experience today was 5 stars.

Dropped in to get a muffin as the bakery was closed down. They heated the muffin for me without warning which was okay but not what I asked for. After cutting open the muffin to cool I found only one chocolate chip in the chocolate chip muffin, see photo.

often have their breakfast. always a good sized helping. value. maybe the cook changes sometimes. water on plate with scrambled eggs sometimes. young girl at the register never smiles but maybe shy. at least she is working and giving it a go.

Coffee and food was fresh and delicious, staff were friendly and serve very quick, price is fair. Highly recommend to anyone who want a coffee and food in food court.

My family and I had father’s breakfast at Jacks Cafe. I had the open grilled chicken avocado and cheese and my husband had the basic breakfast and we ordered two chia lattes and a flat white. Everything was delicious. The bread was soft and crispy at the top(not hard) the chicken was soft and tender and tasty without any overpowering taste. The salad was fresh and not drowned in dressing. The drinks were all the right temperature and presentation was great. Thank you Jacks Cafe Team and Brad for the recommendation. Sometimes trying a new cafe is daunting as you don’t want to be disappointed or dissatisfied but I highly recommend this cafe. Amazing ❤️❤️

I just had a cake and tea early in the morning. Tea and cake were great. Service was on point. Seating is pretty much "nice food-court" level.

You want a traditional food experience; come to this place at Sunnybank Hills. Very satisfying especially their breakfast & lunch menus. Thanks guys for sticking around.

Stood at front counter for 10 minutes before being served and then waited a further 10-15 for my son's milkshake that tasted like plain milk instead of chocolate

One word! AMAZING! Come here every week for breakfast. The food is amazing and the price is even better! Would choose Jack’s Cafe over Coffee Club. You get a extra large serving for the price you pay. And their burgers taste like homemade burgers! Would definitely recommend and continue to go to Jacks Cafe on a weekly basis!

Cheap & Delicious

Had an awesome lunch here today! The staff were very friendly and my food and coffee arrived quickly. I ordered a small cappuccino and an open chicken, avo and cheese melt with chips. The food came quick, was a generous serve and was very very tasty. As was the coffee. I don’t live super close to this mall but I will be sure to stop by Jacks for at least a coffee next time I am there.
