What a wonderful experience we had at Subway Moorooka. The staff were very friendly and professional, and a joy to deal with. The food was delicious and top notch. Also loved the store’s cleanliness and the decor. Thank you for an amazing experience. You should all be very proud.

I normally can't finish a foot long. VERY DISAPOINTED in the build of mine. Toasted perfectly, as you can't really fail that. ALTHOUGH all salad ingredients were EXTREMELY LIGHT ON. It really had just a very small sprinkle of salad, you could still see the roll before it was folded! Even asking "for a little more", then getting 2 VERY small pinches of salad 'extra'.., I felt guilty to ask again. How much does a carrot cost?? A lettuce??? Understandably if you were doing it with olives... Was the most skinniest foot long I've ever. To be honest, I'd get more filling at the Auschwitz Concentration Camp...

This store screams a welcoming and pleasant environment. I was very happy with my scrumptious sandwich. The employees (specifically my server Abi) showed great enthusiasm in their work and great subway artistry. They were very efficient ,and still upheld the making of a quality sandwich. I cannot wait to go back again. By far the best subway in the world.

Really disappointed when obvious corners being cut when sandwich fillings literally only on the middle 6 inches of a foot long. And when I said something got an eye roll. Don't bother.

Couldn't have felt any less welcome today at this Subway affiliate. Came 3 days ago and the lady servingvme then was really nice. Today, not so much. Extremely disappointing.

Store empty, just me and my partner waiting to be served, watching two staff slowly making online orders while we appeared to be invisible. Excruciating experience, had I not promised another household member I was coming home with Subway, would have walked out. First and likely last visit to this store...

Poor girl was on her own, 30 minutes from close, with 5 or 6 customers waiting including Uber, doordash etc waiting with NO access to computer systems or eftpos. Zero support for her on a busy Sunday. Not good enough management.

Friendly staff, clean shop and probably the best looking Subway I've ever had. It actually looked like the photos you see in-store. I wish I took a photo.

I ordered subway an online 2 times have really bad experience, first time I received the wrap which was totally messy and wasn’t able to eat and today I received the gluten free wrap but they didn’t heat the patty which was totally cold. Very Disappointed , will never order a subway again from there. Both time I wasted my money

Ordered 3 platters for Melb Cup day. Platters were ready, fresh and even though I ordered a 12 pack cookie platter, they gave me the larger one at no extra cost. Staff super friendly and generous with portions. Highly recommend them and will definitely order from again.

Smallest filling in a wrap I've had - if I owned one of these places, I'd make a point to staff not to give people any reason to go somewhere else - there are so many Subway restaurants to choose from...
