Very good tea. The pearls are cooked perfectly. The milk is really fresh. Price is very reasonable. The service is very friendly and the shop is neatly decorated. It’s a perfect place for friends to catch up with a nice cup of bubble tea and just chill. Love all the comics and calligraphy and the decorative items. Gives a good vibe to the shop!

the server with shorter hair that served us had terrible customer service! we were after some shaved iced with pearls and pudding and got told pearls were sold out so we pointed at some of the other shaved ice menu items and continued getting told ''sold out!' with an attitude so we just settled for the only item that was apparently in stock which was the 5 mates plates and sat down.. not even two minutes i over hear customers ordering drinks with pearls..

Today, I had a really bad expensive at this shop. I try to order my drink to someone who couldn't speak English. Unfortunately for me, my mandarin is really limited. After 5 minutes they served me something I didn't order. After few minutes with the person in charged, she left in the kitchen with a bad attitude telling it was what I ordered. I can't recommend this place to anyone, except if you are Taiwanese, Chinese or speak fluently mandarin.

My go to bubble tea in Pinelands. Staff do speak english and are friendly. The menu is very easy to navigate, and the saved ice is delicious. I've been here a lot so there will be a few photos lol. Also, make sure you get rewardle to get points to get a VIP Card! You get monthly specials and some bonuses. You can also use it at Mum's Wok and Fry Chicken Master for a percentage off and a free side.

Got the brown sugar milk. It was the most disappointing milk tea I've ever tasted and definitely not worth it at the price of $7.5. It looked good but you could barely taste the brown sugar outside of the pearls and the milk tasted watered down even though we consumed it after shaking thoroughly.

One of my favourite tea/dessert places. I really like their bubble tea and desserts. The place is quite small so going with a big group can mean some people gotta stand around waiting for chairs. I really don’t like the little chairs outside, they’re too small!! It’s alright though, will still come back lol

Small cozy café doing shaved ice and milk tea desserts. Seating was tight and the tables were bulky wooden shelves with uncomfortable leg room. They ran out of pearls and had to switch to grass jelly, which we didn't mind but they should've told us this at the time of ordering. The music was on the loud side. The piles of used Japanese comics were probably meant to give it an anime touch but just looked like a pile of old books and not very presentable. This place is a nice stop for a sweet dessert but not much more than that.

I love visiting here for the bubble teas. The flavours are always good, and not overwhelmingly sweet. The service has always been good as well. This time we tried the soybean pudding. They didn't have the sweet potato balls on the day, so they substituted in the taro. This was confirmed with us prior to processing the order. I genuinely enjoyed the range of textures and flavours in the combination soybean pudding. This was a good change from flour, chocolate or milk based desserts. I'll definitely continue to visit for the tea and the pudding.

i’m not even kidding this is one of the best places to get bubble tea. the pearls are perfect and match my preference perfectly they’re soft, chewy and smooth and never hard. i always get it with a jasmine green milk tea which tastes so good. they also have a really cute interior as well <33

First time here and surprising it's pretty good. The pearls were a little too squishy/soft, otherwise the Milk Tea had a well blended flavor.

Previous post from a week ago: Not sure what is happening with bubble tea shops around Brisbane southside and the bubble tea industry in general. Am a big fan of bubble tea despite being charge extra 1% or 1.5% for payment transaction via credit card/eftpos machine each time?!??!?!😭😭😭😭😭 Now it appears they are no longer giving as much pearls as before i.e. the standard amount being 3cm of pearls (i.e. the amount of pearls would be 3cm high). It is one thing to be charging extra on bank cards for use to process their eftpos/payments and another to now be giving even less pearls to customers on standard drinks????They used to have a lot more same goes for every other bubble tea shops now they're all cutting back pearls to 1cm high........

Good speakers for the songs played and decent quality TV to watch Asian shows off. Also has manga with Chinese translations to read.
