Thanks Meg and Zippy for a relaxing comfortable place to stay for a few days. Super friendly and welcoming staff at reception. The furnishings are all new and comfortable in what appears to be a brand new build. A nice choice of soaps in the bathroom. Conveniently located to Essendon Fields with a really good choice of eateries along Keilor Road. Staff were happy for me to carefully take my bicycle into my room. Many thanks!

Great modern clean and extremely well appointed rooms, full sized fridge, well appointed kitchenette and washer & dryer. Quality appliances. Very close to where I was working. Great food choices, supermarket, snap fitness and chemist within a short walk. There’s a fair bit of free parking out front and in Keilor Rd or pay a bit extra and park underneath. Staff are very friendly, helpful. Overall extremely happy with my stay. This is my go to for work trips for this area.

Amazing surprise with the quality of this apartment! High end appliances and accessories and reasonable prices. Staff were excellent accomodating my out of hours check in/out hour hours. Walk out the door to tram stop. Shops and convenience stores nearby. Very comfortable. Photos don’t do it justice. Highly recommend ++

Wow!!! I can not recommend this hotel enough, the rooms were spacious and clean. The staff were fantastic, Lucas at the front desk was really accommodating and patient with us. We will definitely be staying here again. This hotel is close to the airport, DFO and some fantastic restaurants.

This apartment deserves more positive reviews !!! We enjoyed our stay in a 25 meter square studio room. The room resembles a normal hotel room with kitchen and laundry facilities. The space in the room are limited due to the layout to accommodate all the facilities. Dining table is not available so we had to eat on the work desk. The apartment location is well located away from bustling city so it was quiet during our stay. Tram and bus stop are within 3 mins walking distance for ease of traveling. Tullamarine Airport about 20-30mins driving distance depending on traffic. Plenty of eateries and supermarket within 5-10 mins walking distance (subject to their opening hours).

I'm staying while having renovations at home and wanted somewhere I could cook and the rooms have a fridge, oven, cooktop, dishwasher and washing machine and dryer, so a little home away from home. Close to restaurants, cafes, supermarket etc and the tram goes past the door. Quiet, comfortable rooms and friendly, helpful staff.

Great apt with all facilities. Clean, tidy, fresh and new. No need to use secure parking, other options available.

Always LOVE staying at Punthill North Apartments, extremely clean, classy and has so many facilities. Wouldn't consider anywhere else when needing accommodation near the Airport 🙏💞✈️

In our initial impression, Punthill Apartments appeared to be an excellent lodging choice. Following a strenuous ten-hour drive, the receptionist and accommodations provided a sense of relief. Regrettably, during the same night, an untimely false alarm disrupted our rest at 1 am, resulting in an unpleasant experience. Nonetheless, such occurrences are not exclusive to this establishment and can happen anywhere, prompting us to move past it. On the subsequent day, our entry attempt through the main entrance around 10 pm was hindered by a malfunctioning key card.This situation left us stranded outside, standing on an unfamiliar road in the nocturnal hours of a new city. Seeking assistance from the after-hours customer service, we encountered a lack of politeness. However, after a considerable 40-minute delay, we got a new set of key card, finally granting us access indoors. The overall ambiance of the place and the quality of the rooms exude coziness and charm. Nevertheless, the aforementioned instances, although minor, collectively contributed to a degree of discomfort during our stay.

Very comfortable rooms, great daily cleaning service. Shower was nice, but did leak over the floor a bit (not a big issue). Location was good for the work I was doing, but a little out of the way from the rest of Melbourne. Friendly staff all round!

The rooms are well appointed. I was on level 1, in a front room. The noise of the trams makes it hard to sleep at night. Do you self a favour & demand a rear room. There is a small carpark, but very tight if you have a large car / Ute. The service was friendly & staff were attentive to request's. The rooms have cooking facilities, however there are plenty of restaurants within a 5 minute walk & supermarket is around a 3 minute walk. I have added a video of tram noise so you get a feel for the noise.

I was there for a short stay and the location was a recommendation based on a friend. The apartment was perfect. Very boutique. I reached really early in the morning after a 13 hour flight and the staff on duty, Luke, was so helpful and very nice. Paid a small amount for a one bedroom upgrade with a balcony and it was great. The room had everything you would need for a short stay. If you need supplies I believe you have a Coles within walking distance. You have a lot of restaurant options once you step out. The staff really makes it a good stay. Very friendly. Towards the end I had issues with the WiFi as it kept disconnecting and when you are on roaming, you need the WiFi for work and communicating. This was the only issue, thankfully I was not in the room much and did not need it as much, if not I would have spoken to front desk about it.

Stayed here the weekend of 16/12/23 this boutique hotel is wonderful the staff were great on arrival and departure (didn’t need them for anything else!) it’s clean & tidy. Be prepared it’s out of the city but there’s a tram stop right there that takes you directly into the heart of the city ( better than driving & parking) heaps of eateries in close proximity of the hotel. I thought the price I paid was quite reasonable compared to other hotels all I can say is give ‘em go!

I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. I had a terrible experience. The room next door to me had a massive party. After calling the hotel 4 times from 12 - 3am they failed to address the issue. Unfortunate things happen from time to time and are not always possible to avoid, but failing to rectify a simple issue is not something that should be that difficult. Next time I will spend my time at a more reputable establishment and hopefully get some sleep.

Wonderful team of thoughtful and helpful staff. Lovely rooms and very peaceful. I would definitely stay here again!
