The name drew me in. The Husband and I met my sister for drinks and a quick bit of lunch. Absolutely love the atmosphere. Enjoyed everything about the place. Makes me wish I still lived there. But definitely will be back on the next visit.

1st time visit. Great pizza, friendly staff, and priced decent. Nice to see that the old Soo Line depot used so the public can see the interior. Hope their around for years to come.

Building is an old train depot, so the architecture is gorgeous. The drinks are delicious whether you can a cocktail, beer, or mead. Food is phenomenal, though we only got appetizers. And there was live music while we were there, so that's a plus.

A great dining option in Superior. We have eaten here a couple times and have tried several different appetizers and entrees. Delicious pizza and the Reuben Roll is a must have. What really has put the Thirsty Pagan over the top has been the service. Emily and her colleagues are good at their craft - you will not be disappointed.

Stopped in for a weekday lunch. Food and beverages were excellent. We tried the Reuben roll ups and the TPB Special pizza. Service was good and the history of the building is cool. Overall really nice experience!

They changed their crust since I was there last (many years ago as I now live in NYC) which is sad because that was half of the best part. The pizza Diane was still delicious though. However, the service was extremely slow. After I was able to flag down our server, I ordered a beer flight and she left them under the taps for about 10 minutes and disappeared. It wasn't even busy. We could see them just sitting there and finally the other server saw the whole table staring at them & he brought them over. Also, our server recommended the cheesecake saying it was really good. I would beg to differ. I love cheesecake and I wasn't really a fan of it. We got the cheesecake flight and the only one any of us remotely liked was the salted caramel. Stick with the pizza and beer. I will say the new place has a nice ambiance and the live music was great.

The building is cool and love how the old depot details were kept. Good selection of beers, especially seasonal options. The reuben appetizer was delicious and the side salad came with fresh, crispy green lettuce. We ordered the cauliflower crust with sausage, ham, and peppers. The crust was great, especially if you're not into deep dish pizza but we didn't very much care for the sausage. The marinara that came with it was also a tad too sweet. We tried the seasonal pizza with asparagus, jalapenos, spinach, and chicken which was a deep dish and were not a fan of the doughy crust. Maybe baking the pizza a little bit longer would help. They had live music that was good but we found a bit loud since we were seated front and center. Service was decent. Overall not a bad experience but not great either.

We’re ordered a pizza and beer. The pizza was very good. Plenty of topping and cheese. We really like the crust. They had many beer choices. Very neat building. Loved all the different seating areas. Great place to eat and meat is with friend or family. They even have live music. Looking forward to going back.

Stopped here on Easter shortly after they opened. Our server was amazingly helpful and did his job very well. The beer was excellent and the Stout packed heck of a punch. Pizza is super good and is worth a stop as well! I also noticed they ha e live music at night pretty consistently and look forward to visiting again in the future.

Great pizza and beer. The seasonal orange beer is my favorite beer. Also the baked cheesy mushroom appetizer is delicious. We had the Pizza Diane - yummy! So good we ended up getting another for takeout a few days later!

First time stopping in Superior and went to The Thirsty Pagan on the recommendation of a local. Atmosphere was comfortable and relaxed. A gentleman was playing soft piano music. Ordered a Pizza, which tasted great and was properly cooked. Service was attentive and friendly. Restaurant is housed in a former train depot and a great deal of the original character of the building remains. If you enjoy history you will appreciate it. Highly recommend if your looking for a great pizza and beer.

The best deep dish pizza I have ever had. Their bohemian salad is also a must! Always live music when we are there, and they are always very talented. Good solid craft beer.

Not the greatest pizza in the twin ports but quite good. Their beers are excellent, they had an orange creamsicle flavor one that was so good I had to buy some crowlers to take home. The service was good. A band consisting of a singer guitarist and drummer were playing. They were ok. I'll definitely be back

My family was camping at Pattison State park and my wife found The Thirsty Pagen Brewing and wanted to try it. So after a long day exploring various locations on Minnesota's east coast we stopped there to eat. It was amazing! The we got loaded pretzel bites and hummus with fresh veggies to start off. Both were delicious. My biggest problem with going to pizza places is everyone wants something different most of the time. My daughter likes just cheese, my son loves pineapple and bacon, and my wife prefers a pizza with a lot of veggies and mushrooms. No problem. The kids got personal 6' pizzas, my wife got one of their 10" asparagus and feta pizzas, and I got a 10" chicken cordon Bleu. All reasonably priced. The atmosphere is fun and interesting inside and out. They allow pets that are leashed and well behaved in their outside dining area which was wonderful since we had our dog camping with us and often somebody (usually my wife) would stay in the car and would get their food in a take out container. Now we all got to eat together. The staff was friendly and courteous. We would love to go here again.

This place is incredible. The beer is really good and the pizza is incredible. If they have the Pickle Pizza on rotation it’s worth driving from Minneapolis for it. UNBELIEVABLY good.

Surprisingly good pan style pizza in a low key mellow environment. The beer is drinkable if nothing spectacular, but the live music every night is a nice addition. Plus if you like trains or history in general the hiatoric Soo Line depot with the giant lit original neon sign atop and live railroad tracks still beside the building make foe a unique and cool experience.

My favorite place for food, live music, and beer in Superior. Always friendly and helpful staff. The pizza is incredible and my hubby and I are pizza snobs. Don't pass up this spot!

It's not often that a brewery is housed inside an an incredibly old bar/saloon. The beer was great, and the pizza was phenomenal. If you're going to be in Superior, you have to check out Thirsty Pagan.

Cool place. The pizza was great, and so was the pretzel. The atmosphere was nice, especially when the train went by about 5 feet from the back of the place. It was kid friendly as well. The brews were good, and my wife enjoyed the flight she got.
