This had been the worse experience with Dr Jay. She has no competency and no empathy for her patient. I booked my appointment with her few times and each time i had to wait over an hour but it was extremely shocking when i came for today’s appointment she wasn’t even in the clinic. When after waiting for an hour I was told by receptionist that she just left her home and she will be here shortly. She is in this profession for money only. She will squeeze you in the appointments just to make her qouta for the day but she will not examine you or listen to your problem. Dont waste your time and avoid her at all cost

very unprofessional! long wait even with appointment and a doctor who does not care!! my daughter was also with me, she did not examine any of us but wrote a prescription! closed my file while i was still telling her my symptoms and was like we will see that next time, shocking!! doctors at the walk in near me are 100 times better than her!! they listen to you and reassure you, it was like talking to the wall!! she should not be practicing!! would not recommend her to my worst enemy! total waste of time.

Always the worst experience ever with the most ridiculous wait times. I have been bringing my mother to this doctor for the past 5 years as she has moved offices and her wait times have only gotten worse. I even try to arrange for the doctors first appointment of the day (2pm) and have been left in a patient room for over an hour on two occasions now. How can your family doctor arrive to her daily practice over an hour late on what seems to be a regular occurence. Please chose a family doctor who values your time as it should be.

Clinic opens till 8 pm. It is 6 pm and I have been trying ti call them but they are continuously disconecting my call. It is very unprofessional behaviour. If they dont want to accept patient just be professional, attend the phone and then simply refuse. This is my second review: Today on June 5, 2018, I had same bad experience. I called them at 7:00 pm to see the doctor and I was told that they cannot see any more patients. Although they still had 1 hour to go as they close at 8:00 pm. I am not sure about Doctor as I never see him/her. But the attendant is for sure very rude and unprofessional.

2 hours of waiting even after appointment. She prescribed my 1 month old son azithromycin which he was already allergic. Thank god I am a nurse and read the medication..... Fully ignorant lady

This doctor only cares about checking blood pressure, not by her but the automatic machine, always late, once almost 2 hours. I never had a doctor who cares so little about the patients. I was her client for 3 years.

Worst wait time ever seen. Good thing I was not sick. I had to wait for 1.5 hrs and still didn't see the doctor. Frustrated I just left the premise. I will not recommend at all. I don't want to be checked by an unprofessional doctor.

Really unfortunate that this doctor has zero compassion and sympathy. I’ve been pleading to get help for my concussion and asking her to help me through this as it’s causing me so much pain and brain fog along with memory issues and speech impairment. She said she will “try” to help when she “has the time” really sad that I keep telling her I am too young to be feeling like this and have been feeling depressed from it. She gives me horrible responses when I answer the phone after a long time. I’ve been trying to get her to contact me for a while to see if she has any update on my concussion papers etc and have not heard back. I’m finally removing myself from this doctors files. Hopefully I will get the help I truly need from a doctor who cares about their patients. Leaving this review in hopes that it helps someone like me.

I have had nothing but the worst experience with this woman. Her main priority is pumping out as many patients as possible with little or no feedback. Her response to many of my medical issues are “google it.” I went in for a referral and instead she ignored everything I said and sent me for some blood work that I never needed or asked for you. If I can give her 0 stars I would.

This clinic doesn't deserve even 1 star. The doctor is incredibly uncaring and waiting time is forever. Now, after a year that i find a new family doctor they keep calling their patient...how miserable!!!

Dr Jay was my family doctor for many years before I moved out of town. Great lady, great doctor !

Too long of a wait time.. office is pleasant

She is nice but won't recommend her as a physician to anyone. - long waiting - all she cares about to see as many patients as she can per day. (The more patients the more $$$) - because of her wrong prescription my Mom got twice to emergency - I can write a long essay on her but I'll stop here. I hope she improves and get serious with her career. (Focus on patients not money)

DR. JAY Is an awesome doctor always, making sure that I get to see the specialist that I need too , because of her I'm a healthier person and I would recommend anyone to go see her and yes she's busy but she cares about her patients and there well being !
