Dr. Sumeet Dhillon is very rude and unprofessional. She never listens what patient has to say and if you ask a question she responds in a very rude manner. First of all, she needs to learn how to talk to her patients. She never follow-up with me after any blood work or test and when you visit the clinic she yells at you and says I was suppose to follow up instead. When you call the clinic, phone is always busy and you are put on hold for long time. The receptionist does not bother to call back or follow up for anything. Worst experience ever with Dr. Sumeet. Please see a different doctor if you are booking an appointment at this clinic. I would never recommend her

I needed urgent appointment for my son and luckily I got it just within half an hour staff is so friendly and softly spoken so far best walk in experience

Dr. Sumeet Dhillon is literally the WORST doctor I have ever seen. She has zero clinical knowledge, poor communication, and even worse listening skills. She is not fit to practice as a doctor in Canada. She is only interested in seeing you as quickly as she can and making a quick buck. Absolutely the most terrible doctor I have ever come across in my lifetime. She has no business seeing patients ever, she will get someone killed with her terrible nonexistent medical skills.

Dr. Sumeet Dhillon is a very unprofessional doctor. Will dismiss all your concerns and prescribe medications without listening to your problems first. BUT Dr. Amir is a reaaally good doctor, everyone should book with him if thinking to come here.

Hi, This is the second time that I have been calling and there was no one to pick up the call. I have been trying from 2 days and still no answer. What is the management doing there? I have to edit review to put the new one as the same person who have given review can't again put comment in that. Canada has shortage of doctors but what they are paid for coming 2 days in a week and working rest days by phone calling or something. Please do something to improve that otherwise close the medical clinic if you can't operate. This is the second time, I am posting about the same issue.

There receptionist don’t respect patients. They don’t fax you prescription after over the phone appointment. Doesn’t matter you live far from there place. They ask you come and pick up. Just because they need to fax it and it takes little time. They have unrealistic excuses which not make sense.

Worst even i dont want to give them one star but i dont have option here. Dr dont listen their patient specially dr sumeet. She was laughing when i expalin my problem and always she is in hurry and dont listen properly. If the patient wants to talk you should listen them first and dont laugh on them.

Receptionist was using earpods and putting calls on hold as i was calling while sitting in front of her to get to know why they are always not answering my calls. :Nobody was talking to her she was using her personal phone on duty and one earpod was in ear.

I visited the clinic as a walk in around 4:30 and was helped by a kind and patient staff member. She was so polite and helpful as she answered all my questions i had regarding appointments and how telehealth works… i did notice her trying to put calls on hold and the client/patient just kept hanging up and calling back as if it was end of the world but i knw she was trying her best to catch up with all the stuff and patients in the clinic alongwith phone calls… I dont understand why everyone’s just attacking the staff for not answering the phones when people themselves are so restless that most of them dont even stay on hold when told to do so. I worked with fraserhealth for the past 4 years and our waiting time varies from 15 minutes to about an hour or even more on a rush day and everyone’s just okay with that. But clearly some people visiting or calling the clinic need to understand the fact that these clinics are trying there best in the middle of the pandemic with all these telehealth bookings and that they deal with probably more than 150-200people a day and its not easy for anyone. It’s literally just easy to prioritize yourself just for a regular bloodwork or acne issues or headaches or simple prescriptions but remember that these 1-2 staff members there deal with those 100-200 other people prioritizing themselves and just yelling at the staff because their poor brains dont work when they’re told to hold on a call for a few couple minutes. I really felt bad for her and its really upsetting how people just enjoy to throw their sh*t at others. Definitely 5/5 for the staff and the doctors.

Staff is absolutely amazing, not just the Doctors but owners, receptionists & pharmacy have been nothing but kind & professional & have been helping me for a few years now. Doctor never fails to renew my prescriptions & they always deliver my meds. They were very understanding with my mental health as well. I’ve never stuck so long with a doctors office + pharmacy.

I called 8 times and receptionist put my called on hold without saying anything. Just once she said hold please. No one got back to me. I had something urgent to ask about next days appointment but they were just ignoring. Office closes at 5 and I called 15 mins early and thats so unprofessional and Rude. Dr dhillon is nice but reception should have knows how to handle phone calls and assist clients.

This is worse clinic so rude Dr. Dhillon. I was reading reviews where people said so truth about them but I decided to call them First i called for appointment and they said Dr will call In 2hrs I waited 4 hrs called back and asked for Dr. the reception said we will paas the massage to the Dr. and dr. dhillon called she was so rude and hurry not understandable look like she has zero knowledge and she doesn’t co-operate please hard request not to go for this clinic in life.

Not a walk in clinic. Doctors only doing phone consults. It is absolutely inexcusable and unbelievable that all doctors are being allowed to only do phone consults anymore under the guise of 'COVID'. It only puts more strain on the doctors that are good enough to actually help people in person.

Worst experience so far with staff, They have phone call appointments. For my condition i cannot travel that far to pick up prescription. Ask to fax it to my pharmacy. Receptionist says we don't email, I said just fax it to my pharmacy. They cannot fax an RX. Never seen a clinic like this.

The receptionists and the doctor were all so nice and helpful. They cover all their bases and I felt very taken care of

The worst clinic…. They put you on hold and never calls you back. The doctors are always in rush to hang up. They really need bettwr staff.

They are so unprofessional. I called them to get update about my medical report if they have uploaded to my WCB file so that i get paid the girl on reception first she didn’t pick my call until 2’o clock i started calling her from morning 10 am when she picks up my call she told me that they already updated my medical report but I believed them and i wait so long to get paid from work safe bc but when I checked my claim status on the same day writing this review i saw they updated my report after 4 weeks. Just because of their laziness i am still waiting to get paid from work safe even after getting paid from my company two times after returning to work.

Dr Dhillon is working in this clinic Maybe because Clinic can’t offord an actual doctor fee because she’s that bad that clinic should kick her out in a second. If you have bad experience in your life talk to dr sumeet Dhillon you will definitely say that you previous experiences are way better than talking to this doctor. NO MANNERS NO KNOWLEDGE NO LISTENING

Very unprofessional clinic. They lie on your face. Dr. Sumeet Dhillon is not even deserve to be a doctor, very rude. I had a very bad experience with her during my pregnancy and after that too. She never listen to the problem of patient, she prescribe medication without listening to the patients problem, she don’t even look into patients medical documents and ask for repeated information that are basic in patient’s record. Unfortunately, I had no choice as I was new in town and didn’t able to find family doctors near my place. Please take some actions on Dr. Sumeet, she need some human behaviour classes. I don’t know how she become a doctor in Canada and from where she got her education. SUPER RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL DOCTOR. Please, do not go to DR. SUMEET DHILLON, you will not get good care, even you will get the worst experience.

So Called Dr. Dhillon herself needs a Doctor and she needs to go to kindergarten where basics are taught like how to talk to people and how to behave normally. She should not be practicing at all. Every word comes out of her mouth is
