I stayed here for 3 nights and the experience was good. This hotel’s close proximity to major places in the city is its best feature. It’s a little old but it lives up to the expectation of a 4 star hotel.

We had an executive suite on the eighth floor with breathtaking views. The room is large and clean, in soothing colors with stunning lighting of your choice. Large bathroom with jacuzzi, large sink, good water pressure in the shower. Great 4 star hotel, beautiful wooden decor and statues. Variety of tasty breakfasts, good coffee. The pool and gym are open from 6 am to 9 pm. 30 minutes walk to the old town. Definitely recommend this hotel.

The Presidential suite is very much recommended for the value. Other than that the location is near Maya and the University, but not much else that we wanted to do.

Would not recommend this hotel unless you are coming for a conference. Unfortunately, the location wasn’t fantastic to navigate to close by places to eat/explore. Also, the breakfast was expensive and not worth the money. At least the room was clean at least. The worst part of our stay was the staff overbooked us (we asked for one night, he charged us for 2) and would not give us a refund. That was quite frustrating and the entire situation was not ethical. I would save your money and book elsewhere.

You should definitely not go to this hotel! We got scammed! When we arrived in our room, our 3 year old daughter (11 kg) leaned on the coffee table which broke directly. the table was fragile, it's not an 11 kg child who can break a table like that by leaning on it. following this the hotel charged us 2000 baht to glue a piece of wood that was already broken. Inadmissible. In addition, the rooms are very outdated and are not worth their price for Chiang Mai.

Big spacious rooms. Decor is quite old and it feels old and musty. Staff are friendly. Location is just ok, a bit far cause you have to walk around everything to gain access.

Really nice hotel. The hotel itself is a little old, however the rooms and common areas have been renovated to a very high standard. Shout-out to all the staff who were great but especially Don who was awesome with my 1 year old son.

The front desk/receptionist is a hit or miss. Some speak English and most don't, which is really hard for asking simple questions because they don't know any English at all. Rooms are really old with broken remote for the air conditioning. Like 80s/90s hotel. Sofa was stained and dirty. The hallways were always hot, no air vent or air conditioning. The pool is dirty, medium size. Close to the city but not close enough to restaurants or other necessities.

Really enjoyed our stay here. Hotel is quiet and clean. The staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast was vast, plentiful and above all delicious. The location is a distance away from the old town though

Excellent !! Executive Suite - 60 sqm room - Mountain View - for less than 2.5K per night. Excellent location near Maya Mall in Nimman. Large room with mountain view. Best value for money hotel in this location.

Great hotel! Staff was very friendly, the rooms are very clean! For 100-200 Baht you are in the middle of the central plaza. Quiet surroundings. Ps: we had the deluxe room.

Over expectation, executive deluxe room is perfect! Large, clean, looks so good with big bed! It is not far from Center of Chiangmai and located on main road as well.

A tourist resort at the top of beauty, in terms of its services, workers, good words, and dealing with the customer, thank you very much ❤️.

Its bad for foreigners nobody was there when i was there. Food is bland and nothing for vegetarians. Breakfast is awful and nothing good. Room is decent tbh clean and all that. Shower is a bit odd gets everywhere. Swimming pool is rubish its as deep as your knees. The whole place as a whole was creepy as no one was to be seen apart from staff here and there.

I wanted to stay outside the busy traffic of the old city and nimman. I found this place on accident just driving by. My room was facing Doi Suthep so the view was awesome. The bed was comfortable and the house service excellent. Breakfast had mostly Thai food but with some western food. Staff at the lobby was very helpful. Great find!

Currently staying here. Staff are friendly and rooms are spacious and very clean. However there is an eerie vibe to the hotel. Been here 2 nights and have seen about 5 other guests- very strange since the hotel is quite big. Breakfast is extremely disappointing. There is a huge breakfast room where there is a ‘buffet’ and a counter where ‘American’ breakfast is served. There are around 5 buffet stands with only 2 in use. The only food available is bread, salad and a very poor selection of fruit. The fruit all looks stale. There is a nice drinks machine. We got the American breakfast on the first day and to our surprise we were served 3 different types of eggs and all were undercooked. The most unbelievable part was that I had been asked whether I wanted hard or soft boiled eggs and I opted for hard and they gave me 2 eggs which were almost raw they definitely hadn’t been boiled any longer than 30 seconds. The rest of the American breakfast is very poor quality ingredients such as mini hotdog sausages and overly processed ham. We tried to cancel breakfast as it is £4.50 each day and the local mall offers much better food and a much better price but we couldn’t cancel. So on the second day we only ate from the bread selection. Definitely not worth £4.50 for a few pieces of bread.

Very excellent service from staffs. Organizing seminar here quite value for your money. They serve you 100 baht for a coffee break but you can get like 500 baht.

Good value for the money, older hotel that has been renovated. Big breakfast buffet.
