The place was beautiful. It wasn’t too crowded compared to other beaches. There was a nice parking lot nearby. The washroom was really clean too. It’s a good choice to go with family and children during the summer.

Very nice beautiful beach and big green park for picnicking as well as throwing the Frisbee or foot ball if you prefer. Pay for parking daily. Lots of park officials and police looking for bad drivers and rule breakers. Enjoy the crisp water to cool off, but please don't leave behind any garbage. There are restaurants, stores and motels in Sutton 10 minutes down the road. Air BNB may provide local places for rent

It’s our first time being there. There were police officer to keep orders; water is clean and sand is easy to walk in water. We bought our own paddling boats. There is no cooking or barbecuing allowed, nor can pets go inside. There were geese flying around. It’s really nice. We definitely will go back there again.

Beautiful place, nice park, cute beach. The water was clean, the restroom and facilities were good. Very busy on the weekend.

Beautiful gem, less travelled. PROS: clean and sandy beach, calm and shallow waters, ample parking, thoughtful Covid-19 measures in place (ie limiting number of people, one way entrance/exit ways, etc.), lots of space for picnics, big playground for kids 2-12 years, friendly park staff - and most importantly, open to non-Georgina residents 🙏🏽 CONS: due to Covid-19 restrooms are not open and you must portable toilets; and parking costs $4 per hour (or $20 daily maximum)... Sure the price is reasonable but free is always better 😆 Overall, this spot is perfect for just about anyone (especially families).

Gorgeous beach spot to spend the day with friends or family. Excellent for all ages. The beach can be crowded so get there early! The field and pavilions make it easy to spend the whole day here, have a picnic, and truly enjoy the summer without travelling far. Parking can be a bit pricey for a whole day ($7 per hour) but it’s a great destination.

Very nice park - one of our all time local favorites. Beach is spacious and clean with shallow water areas that are good for kids. There are large grassy picnic areas beside the beach as well, on the other side of the road(there's even an underground crossing although there's not that much traffic). Quite a lot of parking space too and public washrooms are clean and well looked after. It's generally very busy on the weekends, but weekday afternoons are a great time to pop by there for a few hours.

Nice park to spend some time with your families and friends in summer time. The water is clean, washrooms are clean as well. The park is very big and there are some excellent views if you like to do photography.

Lovely park and beach but the day trippers ruin it by parking wherever they want and destroying the bathrooms. The town should have staff monitoring the parking and washrooms.

Was very neat & clean, picturesque sight particularly during sunset. The parking enforcement is a bit too much, given it's a bit tight to find parking during rush hour, & seems the town does not really encourage out of town tourists!!

Clean water, peaceful and clean environment. Parking is easy but if going late, the capacity may be full. We stayed from 12:30-3:30pm. And will definitely go there and other time and stay longer. Loved the experiences.

We visited on a Tuesday afternoon. Sand is good but you can’t say it’s smooth. Water was warm enough for kids to go in. Water is acceptable, at least It’s not like woodbine beach. Very kids friendly. Parking was nearby. There safe couple of beaches along the same shoreline, so you can pretty much go beach hopping.

Nice cute park w/ volleyball nets. Nice alternative to Sibbald but a lot smaller. Paid parking isn’t too expensive here. Park says they don’t allow pets but I seen a few people here bring their dogs but kept them on leash. Also says no cooking, but lots of people were cooking regardless.

There is no place for a good walk.Only a road what is absolutely not safe, especially for kids. The beach is very small. Also "No cooking" and "Parking for residents only" signs will make you sad.

I ran a marathon starting here on May 6th of this year. I came in second place, and it was my first one so obviously I loved it.

Love this park & beach, a good place to relax, enjoy the season. It was quiet on the labour day holiday. There are 2 washrooms, 1 on the park, the other one on the beach. For non Georgina residents have to pay for parking.

Very quiet fall day (but warm). Less than a dozen people here today, some even swimming! The beach area is much nicer with a decline in geese on the shore. The water was almost like glass with no wind, and there was no issue sitting at a vacant picnic table near the lake. A beautiful spot, especially for summer sunsets.

Beautiful day beach, sand and grass, public washrooms clean. Water good for swimming, shallow part for children. The beach connects across the street with a beautiful park with tables, mature trees, sand volleyball and a small playground. There is no cooking or ,BBQ allowed. Short driving distance from the beach in town there are restaurants, pizza places, sushi, Tim Horton, and grocery stores.Security enforced , there is pay parking at the back of the park. Close to the beach parking is only for the community residents with permit so don't park there is a $50 penalty.

Far too packed on the weekends from people out of the community attending. Most of them are very pleasant. All the children play well together in the park. I personally don't have any problems with dogs running around unattended. until you go into the bathroom and they're washing their children off in the sink where you're supposed to be washing your hands or in the toilet stalls please please people you don't do this in your bathroom don't do it in our bathrooms. The garbage being strewn around has to stop too you want to enjoy this place as much as anybody then take care of it as much or just as much as the locals do, unless of course you'd like to pay taxes too.

With COVID still in our lives, this park has transformed to a well managed social distance practices. Beautiful green lawns, clean sandy beach.

😐 While some other reviews offer quite a stark view of the experience, it doesn't mean they got it all wrong either. The experience is indeed short for the price, but they do recommend to take your time to enjoy the views and sounds as it does last, as said by others, 20 minutes riding slow, and 20 mi...

👍👍 Nice and clean little beach. We had a good day there. Nice for family with kids, but it is also good and deep enough for adults. Parking was $4 per hour or $20 for the day this Thursday. I don't know about the weekend. We can find shade under the trees.
