The barista who was responsible to make my frappuccino was unprofessional. She put the soy milk in the “dairy” blender jar. I told the nearest barista about her mistake and asked her to make a new one. So she poured the same mix from the “dairy” jar to the “soy” jar. I told her mate again, so she poured the mixture and washed the jars herself, and asked her to remake a new one. She put the ingredients without measure (lots of ice and a little soy milk) until the mixture became too thick, and as she poured it from the jar into the cup it spilled on her hand outside the cup and she moved it from her hand into the cup using her hand!!! ‎‏After I loudly protested about the uncleanliness of his mate, another barista “Saleh” made the coffee again without any apology from the staff about what happened! ‎‏How did this woman become a "barista" in Starbucks when she does not understand how to prepare coffee and is ignorant of the simplest standards of hygiene?! I do not know! This branch is the worst Starbucks branch I have ever visited!

Delicious coffee and good variety But the place is always not perfectly clean! I know it is always crowded, but they have to put someone in charge of the cleaning!!

11:10 pm went to order a different beverage but I can’t get because of staff attitude and they refuse to make and full fill our order. And they are giving a reason like “ ordered items are not available on this time” and my order listed French vanilla, frapicchino, lathe hot and grande shake... now I clearly know 2 things . 1. If these kind of popular drinks are not available in store ( one of the world popular brand🤭) then how we can assume/expect for other brands. 2. I ordered with a wrong person cause he don’t know how to take order / lack of experience regarding deal with customer. And finally I got 2 kind of drinks which was available on that time😀 and after I finish it then brain act like a🤮 cause drunk a wrong choice. Separately mentioning “ one of other staff sounding like a Jeddah fish market salesman😂” Any ways we are very heartily satisfied DD coffee so we want to remove Starbucks popularity and quality from my mind. To put it simpley how can an americano coffee taste just like hot water. The coffee is not good at all in a place that is famous for selling coffee.

I ordered peach iced tea with mango and mint and they gave me only peach the cashier girl didn’t seem understanding could be cus she didn’t understand English really but the bar guy I explained for him and I still got plain peach iced tea even tho I paid for the add ons

You have an employee named Alwa, who is very respectful and cheerful, and I feel that she is the soul of the place, spreading positive energy. This store is lucky to have her. She made me a drink and changed it when I told her I didn't order it cold. My drink was hot. She made it without getting bored 🙏🏻🩷

Service has always been with a smile. Place is clean and well lit. Order is served in no time when there is no crowd. However when there's long queue,the wait could be considerably longer. Best times to visit would be in the morning and afternoon.

Hot coffee was very good but desserts were not upto the mark and not much variety.

The short guy at the cashier is totally unprofessional and got so many orders mixed up, acted like he couldn’t hear us. The line of people wasn’t moving and some of the staff looked overworked while others aren’t doing anything. The whole thing was really irritating and we just want our coffee :/
