Excellent return of money. Has got buffet breakfast, TV, water heater, bath tub, closets etc. Woth twin room. Friendly staff - usually gives some hours of early check-in. Strongly recommended.

The rooms are big with nice amenities and toiletries. Hot water was on and off. Free breakfast on level 1. Free newspaper in the room every morning. Low cost compared to facilities. Good restaurants available opposite the hotel.

Very hospitable attitude, they allowed us check in at 7 am and checkout at 11 pm taking the tariff for single day (gesture of sympathy as our bus time was delayed). Not to forget, their restaurant food was very fresh, took 1 hr to cook but very tasty.

The food items especially the fish is good but meat items require some zeal! As a meeting venue its okay type and they need to ensure uninterrupted electricity supply for ongoing meetings sake.

Situated by the Surma River it's a nice place to stay. They have big rooms with great food and excellent service crews. However they do not have a swimming pool.

Good and comfortable place to stay. Their service is very good. But the fittings of the rooms need to improve as this is a old hotel. Breakfast is fine. I recommend to stay here considering competitive costing.
