Staff is wonderful. Great customer service went to this hotel on September 25,2021 just to use the pool and the feedback I received from the staff was tremendous. They treated as I was a guest to this hotel, which I wasn’t but that’s how they treated me even though I just used the pool. It was a great time spent with the family. Very kids & women friendly as well if anyone wants to take their wife, sisters or mothers as well. Rooftop pool was amazing, the view is amazing. Watching the city from the top is tremendously amazing.

Overall, I had a great experience with the Hotel Star Pacific-Sylhet. The staff was incredibly helpful. The room was clean and also the bed was so comfortable. The lobby was amazing and are worth just hanging out to read, work or meet with friends and to have some great photo of yours. I highly recommended this hotel for you guys.

Good place to stay in Sylhet. It's near majar gate . Location is really good. Breakfast is complementary. Quite a lot of items available in the buffet breakfast. Beds are good. Wash rooms are big enough. Hot water is available but takes a little bit of time to come.

The female receptionist customer service is shocking… definitely needs more training! Wanted to stay one night at this hotel they showed me the Deluxe room and premium room. The deluxe room for 4 star hotel is small and the bathroom not up the 4 star standards you would get. The room was small but ok. The Premium room slightly bigger, with more lighting but bathroom/bath tub needed cleaning. Not much difference between the two rooms apart from lighting a few picture frames, not 20,000 Tk difference! When we queried this with the reception staff the guy was friendly but the female receptionist had an an unnecessary rude attitude and said to her male colleague if they don’t like it they can leave!!!!! What kind of customer service is this? Really? If reception service of this hotel is bad, I’d hate to think how the rest of the service would have been. The Grand Palace is 10 mins away , much nicer and reasonable room rates than this place. This place seriously needs staff training in CUSTOMER service!

I attended a departmental workshop there after a long time. Their conference venue was not up to the mark. The carpet on the stage was so dirty that it looked very odd, as they claimed they were a 3-star hotel and restaurant. The sound system and projector were good. The restrooms in the venue were very disappointing. One is out of order with a broken door, the next one has no lock at the door out of five toilets. Their coffee shop opens at 11:00 am, which I think is a little bit late. On the other hand, their restaurant was nicely decorated and their served dishes were palatable. Overall, the surroundings are very good. It's situated just at the entrypoint of the Hazrat Shahjalal (Rh)'s shrine at Dargahgate, Sylhet. They have underground parking, but the entrance point is narrow.

The rooms are nice, and the staff are adequately polite and helpful. The only minor issue I had was at the pool, there were no towels so I asked the staff there for one and they reacted as if that's the toughest job they have ever had to do. The coffee shop below is awesome, but the coffee and drinks at the breakfast buffet sucks.

A nice comfortable hotel in the main city of Sylhet. The rooms are nice and cozy to live in. They provide the main necessary things in a hotel room. The infrastructure of the hotel is not exceptional. The food quality of the hotel is good. In the breakfast buffet they provide various types of food too. However, their customer service was not that good as I stayed there 3 days and all 3 days there was only one lift available. It used to take so long to go to the 7th floor where my room was. And the lift was not even big. So, for a 10 floor hotel only 1 lift is really bad. And they should've fixed the other lift problem fast. They should improve on their customer service.

Didn't stay here but used the coffee shop a few times. Great barista, and lovely tasting coffee. Best place to get a coffee similar to Costa etc back in the UK.

Good Customer Service: Had to checkout from Hotel Noorjahan Grand one day earlier due to some issues we had. Hotel Star Pacific was very welcoming in greeting us and accommodated all our needs (late check out, laundry Service). Great Selection of Buffet: Buffet had great selection of food starting from croissants to Bengali breakfast items. Rare tea bags like Arjun Tea and Amloki tea were available as well. Had a 10/10 buffet experience Clean Rooms: Stayed in Crystal Couple rooms. These were the only rooms they had available as we booked just the night before after a mishap in previous hotel. The rooms had Prayer mat, Sandals, Toiletries and Hair dryer along with other amenities. Casa Blanca Restaurant: The Signature Restaurant is called Casa Blanca restaurant where we had the option to choose from Continental, Thai and many other cuisines (Pictures attached)

Room is very fancy with needed facilities. They have spacious washroom with all the needed amenities. They have a rooftop swimming pool too. Overall very nice.

Like all of Star Pacific, I've been here many times before. Today I am coming to the food window of a program. I have been given some quality snacks. I am very happy with their professionalism. Nahyan's brother and his father are also very fond of Ami.

Not upto the mark at all. There were cockroaches in the room and the rooms were super conjusted, washroom was not great either. The AC in our roo. stopped working in the middle of the night but the hotel management was kind enough to shift us to another room. Fiod wasn't that great either and room service was not helpful at all, called them several times at a point and they did not receive. Overall, wouldn't recomend this hotel to anyone if its not an absolutely necessary stay.

It’s situated at the heart of Sylhet and all types of transport facilities are available. Rooftop views are amazing, plus swimming pool is the best place to relax. Staffs are professional, rooms are clean but the only thing I bothered that is the toilet materials. This should be updated and need to clean in a better way, because it’s a five star hotel not 2 star.

Good for a short stay. Rooms are small. All other facilities are there including restaurants, swimming pool, basement parking, coffee shop and banquet hall. Situated near the Dargah gate, so during orush, it will be difficult to access by car.

Hotel is located near the dargah masjid. Outside Hotel area is clean and secure. Hotel inside is modern and clean. Great cafe in the ground floor. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Room service can be slow at times. Hotel surrounding can be quite noisy. But it is located in a very busy area. Hotel should invest in better soundproof windows. Otherwise a fantastic hotel!

i've been here before, well furnished and well decorated rooms. All 4Star quality facilities and services. Staffs are very well mannered and friendly. food quality is good. complimentary buffet breakfast is probably one of the highlights of the hotels, which is quite good. I would definitely recommend star pecific.

Friendly staff very clean hotel. Bed linen wear clean bed was comfortable. However hotel rooms in need of modernisation. The restaurant was a let down as they done have a proper menu gave me sheets of A4 paper. Breakfast at time wear not on display as they there wasn’t enough customers. Overall food and breakfast was a let down.

This hotel is ideally located in the heart of Sylhet town. So getting to places is quite easy. Unfortunately the rooms were not great, the room was very outdated and needs renovation, the bathroom was not great either. The staff were very good and friendly, the food was good as well. This hotel needs some work done on it to make it more up to date, WiFi was not good.

The place is nice with a good environment. Service is good but price is little bit high. They have a roof top pool.

The finishing in the rooms makes you think how rushed the rooms were made. No safes in any room, the hot water takes 5 mins to run through the tap before you can take a shower. The beds are very comfortable and the staff are very friendly. Overall it was okay nothing more.

Professional behaviour from the stuffs. Room was neat and clean. Room service was very good. Wasn’t really happy with the internet speed. Internet service needs to be improved. And also the hot water at the bathroom doesn’t come quickly. You need to keep the tap open for at least 5-10 minutes. Was in an official tour, just stayed their during the nights. So didn’t have opportunity to experience other facilities like swimming pool etc. Didn’t even have chance to know whether they have gym or bar. But I really liked the breakfast. Other than the quality of brown bread, the breakfast was really very standard. In the breakfast, they just need to replace the normal quality Ispahani Mirzapur tea bag and can also add some fruit items.

Hotel Star Pacific is one of the best hotels in Sylhet. The lobby area is very contemporary. Room amenities are satisfactory. Food choices are limited and surprisingly they don't provide a restaurant menu in rooms. So the guests need to ask over the the phone and order. Tips: they do use central gizer in bathrooms. So guests need to open the tap and wait for 4 minutes for hot water. Misuse of water.

The hotel is overall good and has a great ambience. The rooms are good along with the room service. Foods are just amazing. The only thing that bugged me is that the rooms doesn't have any balcony or veranda. Which makes it really tough for wet dresses to try. Other than this everything was really perfect and amazing. I would recommend HSP for a good night stay to everyone.

We went there for swimming and their pool was nice and decorated enough to enjoy swim and the location is perfect. The water pool was quite enough to swim but there staff is not friendly and the service wasn’t appropriate, Special there is no enough people to Guide you and take to swimming pool as it’s confusing to get pool over the rooftop and the staff were there wasn’t friendly or welcoming. They behave like your nothing to them, we were group of people but didn’t get proper service compare to amount of money we payed.

Went to cousin wedding at celebrity hall. No doubt hall is excellent. Air conditioning. Parking spaces. Staff were professional. Max 220 guests can sit in one go. They have hotels, mini swimming pool and mini rooftop garden.

Very nice room. We selected the Presidential suite. The most expensive. It is comfortable and air conditioning. Food is good too. Would book an extra day as it's next to darga gate and all shopping malls and restaurants are close by.

Very spacious and neat and clean presidential suite. I stayed with my Mrs. The room had a jacuzzi and a living room very big spacious room. Breakfast was included, I didn't have a chance to go see the gym or swim in the swimming pool on the rooftop.

Hotel facilities: Exceptional deserves 5* the rooftop pool and views are the best in the city. Rooms were spacious and serviced everyday. The food was amazing! Restaurant and food: Wide selection of world cuisine that is delicious to the point we ate half our meals at the hotel at super low cost. The breakfast is pretty good too standard stuff but the dining menu is delicious. They also have a cafe that has all the hot and cold drinks you would order at Star Bucks! Staff and service: The best service I have ever had the pleasure of having. Excellent. They constantly went above and beyond for us like getting scales then weighing our luggage for us. Location: Centrally located 5-10 mins to anywhere in the city bang in the middle and on the road that takes you straight to the airport. All the staff were amazing: Special shout out to... Hotel is good with well maintained room and decent furnitirues. Hotel is bit old, but most of the furniture and amenities are renovated which makes it look good. Free WiFi is there. AC works well, hot water is available, but takes time to get it after wasting lots of water to get it from the central heater at rooftop. Lenins and towels are clean and well made up room. Basic toiletries with comb, shampoo, shower get, brush and paste. 2 free bottle water in room everyday. Breakfast has many varieties with quality food. Breakfast time is 7am to 10am. Staffs are not that conversant and used to with customer care much. But they are gentle and helping. Location is bit crowdy as near to Dargah of Hazrat Shah jalal.
