In their conference room, I went to a workshop on eye care. The sound system in the conference room is suitable, and the area is well-equipped. At Mira Tower at Mira Bazar in Sylhet, 1.3 kilometers from the city center, the 4-star Hotel Mira Garden has a prime location.

I find it completely unacceptable that a hotel would allow guests to use a bathroom with broken accessories and a hazardous shower stand. It reflects a blatant disregard for guest comfort, safety, and overall satisfaction. The lack of attention to detail and the hotel's failure to rectify these issues promptly is a clear indication of their lack of professionalism and commitment to guest experience.

This is a nice hotel to stay. Their service was very good, the environment was amazing. Safety and security are above my expectations. They have an excellent restaurant on the rooftop and the food was delicious. Each and every staff was very friendly and hunger to serve. We'll be back soon.

The floors and washroom were spotlessly clean on arrival. They cleaned the room promptly every single day, for the entire stay of our duration. Always provided new water bottles, fresh towels, and other such amenities regularly. They even provided fruits on arrival.

Room was good for the price range. Service is slow. Could be better. Overall good value for money.

It's clean but not value for money. Good things first: they are super clean; the premise is well-maintained; the view from the restaurant is great, the location was easily accessible, there were two lifts and they were more of less available. Points to improve: the price commensurate to their offerings is very high; the room furniture is very basic and of low quality; bed is okay but expected more comfy; bathroom furniture and toiletries are not up to the mark; they provided a torn toilet towel; the view from the room was not so enjoyable; there was only a small window; the breakfast options were poor.

Great hotel for foreigners as it has all the requirements you need and is in a great location 👍. Staff are very helpful. Will defo visit again

First House keeping staff where brilliant & front desk staff brilliant but the food quality not good needs improvement &bathroom don't have any safety rail coz the floor gets very slippery & toilets get jammed with even little tissue plus the hygiene needs to improve coz the use very dirty mop to clean the floor. Then the room smell of damp & very bad wifi overall the hotel needs a bit improvements round the hotel

Stayed here for 7 nights recently. The staff are amazing, always helpful and will sort out any issues or help with anything. Only issue I would say is that the internet is very slow.

Overall it was good,The rooms are well arranged and clean.The service was also good,but the food quality needs to be improved.Would give 5 star rating if the food was good

Yap I have very bad experience about their platinum suit room!! - Wall damp in both bed rooms - Missing liquid hand wash box. Even they don't bother to think what would backup instead of that!! - Dirty parking area. If you go directly to the parking area.. you may return without visit hotel. Rest all are ok so far.

Room facility can be improved. Service is great. Location is kind of far from main places of sylhet

They treat you differently based on your appearance. They kept me waiting at the reception until they had the room checked. Like I stole something or do damage to the room. This was the second and last time for me.
