Always love a coffee shop with nice interiors and calm environment. Food is great and worth the price. Also there is a book shelf with a number of books which I really appreciate. I tried blueberry and cream cheese waffles and instantly became a fan of it. The brownie was too good. Omelette and cheese sandwich was average though. Note: If you want to try their cheesecake you must visit there on Friday. On Fridays it opens at 4pm. You can also reserve your cheesecake slice in case you run late or they run out of cheesecakes. For reservation you have to call them and pay advanced in bkash.

I visited this coffee shop whilst shopping in the local area, the interior was stylish and modern. The menu had packed a good selection of choices from coffee, brunch to desserts! Upon my visit a Oreo pancake, banoffee waffle, brownie, ice frappuccino and Caramel latte had been ordered. The pancake was different though it was really good, if a bit more chocolate sauce was applied I'd say it was perfect. The banoffee waffle was really good and the syrup soaked well into the waffle. Though it was the smallest the brownie was amazing and packed some good tastiness. I was impressed with the frappuccino as I haven't come across many other places in Bangladesh with the option. The caramel latte was good, better than the over loaded sugared coffees you'd find elsewhere. Overall I'd recommend, a perfect spot if you've got a sweet tooth or fancy having some western delight in Sylhet.

Little difficult to locate the restaurant because of being on the 1st floor. The place is really nice and cozy. Very well decorated. Staff was cooperative. You can spend friends and family time here. Sitting arrangement was impressive. I have tried blueberry pancake and nutella waffle. These tasted really good. I visited the place more than once and had the same items. They serve the waffle with ice cream/ cheese, which enhances the taste big time. I have tried one of their Mojito, probably lemon. Also tried Cappuccino and Mocha. Overall the experience was really good. Recommended.

A good place for sip of coffee, latte , cappuccino . I’m glad they have 3 different flavors for those coffees. They have few kind of waffles and pancakes sandwiches . They also have tuna sandwich. Their shakes are also good. Service is fast. Price is average. Only problem is the parking. They don’t have parking and hard to find street parking.

What a wonderful place it is. I was truly amazed. The interior is minimalistic (which is why I liked the most). plenty spacious. arranged well. Coffee is great. The cost is reasonable. Anyone can sit for however long they choose. incredibly cool. I liked it a lot. Best recommended for anyone who wants to drink the best coffee and have a much better time.

First I would like to say that the service and the interior design of this cafe are good. But the price of the items is a bit high. And you need to pay first when you are ordering anything, which is not understandable, as there was no other stall, they could take the payments after the meal. Also, you need to pay for extra tomato sauce, but the meonease are free.

Consistent, quality, great coffee with peaceful clean environment. Great service. Will highly recommend this place. Best place for coffee in Sylhet no doubt.

We ordered Waffle set, Blueberry, Grilled Sandwich with Tuna, the Hot Coffee: Mocha and Cold coffee: Ice Latte. Price was a bit high in a sense, but quality was good too. Waffle set was too sweet. So, one set of waffle maybe enough for one person. Here you have to pay first. Delivery will be in your table although. Ice Latte wasn't good to me. I will not recommend it.

5 stars no doubt. Service is top-notch. Coffee quality is the best in Sylhet. The breakfast menu is simple and nice. My personal favorite is the americano and tuna sandwich. Store decorations are beautiful. There are bookshelves with a few options nice books. With high-speed WiFi, you got everything you needed in a coffee shop. Owner shahin vai is a gentleman and his staff is probably the best and well-mannered staff I have seen in Bangladesh.

Can’t explain how enjoyable my visit to this spectacular coffee shop was but it was THE only good coffee shop I’ve been to in my time here in sylhet and it was just not good but just mind blowing as they have fresh coffee that you can rely on to always enjoy. The smell is just mind blowing like it devoured my mind even before I got to try the drink. The atmosphere is so relaxing and hats off to you guys. Also the cakes and ice creams is just magnificent. I would recommend anyone to go👌☕️

A nice cafe with a great interior. Suitable for a friendly get together or eat out. Waffles and frappes are both delicious.

Coffee and food is great. But the problem is about the chair/Sofa. People go to the coffee shop to take a sip of coffee in a relaxing mode or for relaxing. But here you put some tools for sitting. You also put on some small sofas that are not comfortable. You should keep importance on this issue. Apart from this, other things or service or food or location everything is good and recommended. Food marks 10/10 Service marks 10/10 Atmosphere 2/10

Finally a place in Sylhet on par with the places in Dhaka. Super friendly staff, very clean and the coffee was spot on, just what I was missing. The omelette and cheese grilled sandwich was very good and had a very nostalgic feeling of childhood toasties my my late father would make for us. The chocolate brownie accompanied the coffee perfectly. Keep up the great work. InshaAllah will visit again when in the area.

Love this place. Noticed the stylish decor and cleanliness as soon as I entered. Ordered the triple chocolate pancakes and coffee. Both were absolutely delicious. I'm on holiday in Bangladesh from the UK and came to this coffee shop for a little taste of home. I'll definitely come again before going home.

Was very impressed by the interior decor and coffee shop aesthetics when I visited Artisan. Based in the heart of the sylhet it is a perfect location to grab a coffee and hang out with friends. The desserts were fresh and mouthwatering. I tried the chocolate chip waffle and a nutella pancake alongside a flat white. The staff were extremely friendly. Looking forward to my next visit.
