The location of the center is bad. If the building was a government building, it would be much better in terms of parking and other things. There is a nurse in the blood drawing room, to say the least, she is classy. Her treatment and manner with patients is wonderful. May God make her happy and grant her success. I wished I knew her name so I could thank her.

The service is poor. If you are going there for covid vaccine, you will not get it. I had taken appointment using MOI website for my mom who is on a visit visa. When I reached the centre they say the MOI website is wrong and they do not give covid vaccine there.....

صراحه مبنى قديم وزحمه برا وجوا والعاملين من الاستقبال الى فوق الدور الثاني نفسيات والمبنى من جوا كنه مغاره اسياب في اسياب وضيق المكان ولا يستاهلون اي نجمه ولا يوجود مواقف تستوعب المراجعين الا اربع مواقف وواحد ل اصحاب الهمم

مدري كيف يكون هذا مستوصف بناية ضيقة ومستأجرة من دخلت المواقف زحمه والمكان مهمل من ناحية النظافة ومحد طلبني توكلنا او قياس الحرارة وموظفة الاستقبال كأنها مغصوبة على الكلام ولا قدرت حالتي المستعجلة ولا فادتني بشيء بس تعلي صوتها محد ساعدني الصراحة شيء يفشل ان هذا مركز محسوب على الدولة كان الله في عون المراجعين

فسااااد حسبي الله ونعم الوكيل عليهم واحد واحد وربي فساد احلام العصر المركز كان عندي موعد اسنان بوقت محدد ودكتور محدد الوقت ١٠:٤٠ دخلت عالموعد ١٢:٠٠ ولا نفس الدكتوره وجت متأخر وقالت دقيقه اعقم الادوات وانادي الممرضه وتصرفني اخر شي دخلت وحده بدالي سوت لي تنظيف تسوس بدون بنج اتوقع ماتعرف تضرب ابرة بنج الدكتوره متحجبه واتوقع جيزانيه سمرا والممرضات ولا وحده بمكانها والنظافه صفر والمبنى متهالك وضيق وزحمه اتمنى الدكتور يوسف الشهري يقوم عليهم يسوي مسح ويعين ناس جديده ترا انتم مسؤولين قدام ربي عن هذي الامانه

A Sudanese doctor spoke to me and told me to wait a little while????? The second thing is that she did not give me medicine until I returned to the dispensary because she did not give me medicine for the child unless I told her this is terrible negligence on their part!!!

The worst dispensary I have ever been to. There is no organization, cleanliness, or morals. Their behavior is very bad. My advice: look for another dispensary if you take a regular trip.
