I was suffering from a health problem on a daily basis, and I attended the tourism courses offered by the pioneers of tourism for a period of two weeks. Daily Suffering I saw a food and beverage employee collect plastic water bottles and put the remaining water from the cans into the water heater for coffee and tea. And this is what I watched and I don't know what happened behind the scenes of preparing food يوجد دليل على ذلك .

Great spacious rooms, comfortable beds.. Reception guys are good. Only thing to be improved is TV channels. Definitely will come again.

It's a good choice to stay at hotel in TABUK, clean and well service, the only issue is that smoking smell was leaked to the non smoking floor, brakfast is rich and wide variety and the juice is fresh but only american coffee machine is there, providing of multi purpose coffee machine will be more useful. overall it was good experience and recommended.

We could not sleep till 4am because they were running a wedding and the sound of the music was all over my bedroom. At the same time the quality of their breakfast including bread & cakes & sweet is mediocre

Attended an enlightening presentation by a top pharmaceutical company. Hotel staff were very courteous, friendly, polite and professional. I highly recommend this venue for corporate events, would love to try other services offered here for my family in the future.

Not too far from airport, close to the parks and food. The room was exceptionally comfortable, and everything worked well. Breakfast choices were great with a cook to order Omelet chef. 😋 For the spa/pool area (with the steam room, dry suana, and jacuzzi), ask the front desk for assistance in using each. Large towels provided, too!

Professional and well mannered front desk staff as well as housekeeping staff are trained and skilled in their own work to serve the customer. The restaurant service need further improvement in order to serve the guest as per Swiss chain standard. Overall comparatively better than other three stars hotels in Tabuk.

Extremely beautiful and well maintained 4 star hotel in Tabuk city. Lovely and cooperative staff specially they guy on the reception Mohammed and girl on the reception Huda are really good people and helpful and excellent in hospitality. Rooms are neat and clean and up to the mark. Have free parking. Good size of swimming pool. Rooms are specious and have all necessary supplies in room and in toilet. Overall my experience is fantastic

We had a training program in this nice hotel. Open buffet is very good and has a good variety. Staff are friendly. The only thing is that their Wi Fi signal was not strong enough in the training room.

The room was clean and comfy. The bathroom also was clean and have its services. The staff were friendly and cooperate. The room service were good. Breakfast was good. The location is good and have quite good services around the hotel. I wish the price was lower, but since its a four star hotel and I stayed during weekend, its obviously the price was high.

Resturant services is very poor. I called the hotel if restaurant requires reservation, the response was no. Two days in a raw the restaurant refused to let me in.

The hotel is sparkling clean and the service was upstanding. There only problem was the servants. They don’t work from 4-8 so you have to wait until there shift starts. Rather than that everything was perfect. Highly recommended.

The place is remarkable.fancy entrance .and really gentile workers and polite . Actually I try the restaurant so I can not comment on the rooms .the restaurant is clean and really nice service with good prices this is my second visit .I recommend it is restaurant

Nice hotel. Good things. 1. Supportive staff. 2. Breakfast is very good . American, continetal and Arabic. 3. Nice lobby to sit and relax. 4. Nice and warm swimming pool, sauna and massage. 5. Good restaurants and cafe adjacent to hotel. Cons 1. No grocery near by....almost 10 mins walk 2. I personally felt Rooms are small. 3. Bathroom showers are standard ...with no much options . 4. Windows are not accessable. Overall good stay.... thanks to hotel management and staff.
