Rude Staff, Cleaning Issue, No lock at Bath door. But Spicy Chicken twister and burger were tasty.

They are very stingy about ketchup and you cannot buy ketchup from the restaurant. Also, the food was too oily and cold, when we talked to the manager they were too rude and refused to change it!

Worst KFC branch I have had a meal in, so far. Keep it up KFC 👍 Arrogant staff, inefficient staff. Manerless staff. Every customer is literally arguing here. Due to delay in food delivery.

Impolite staff and service is very bad. The place is almost empty but we have to wait for more than 30 minutes for our meal. Definitely not going back to that branch.

The meal is slightly cold and the workers served a wrong meal i ordered spicy dinner meal they served a regular one

Very good staffs in innovated branch. But Supervisor making too much noise. We can't dine in or wait for take away peacefully. Too much sound.

This branch is the worst ever KFC have in KSA poor management, understaffed, food quality is below standard, staff trying to accommodate but they can not do more than that. Since 6 months my complaints dis not change this mean complete ignorance to customers feedback

My sandwich came plane only chicken and sause !!!! No extra cheese as I ordered and paid for.

No longer finger licking good. Tasted burnt and there was no flavour. Not going back

1) I was order by drive thrue. There is attendent not listen my order properly. Around 2:46 PM, Dated: 22/04/2023. Camry Red Color. Once i reached delivery windows i correct my order. He not agree and denie me. 2) I ordered Zinger sandwich and Rizi shrimp 5 pieces with Fanta. So he just give me Rizo shrimp 3 pieces with pepsi. I put horn many times. He not come on window. 3) KFC management contact me anytime for confirmation and also check cctv recording. 4) I request to KFC management. Appreciate trained ur staff to serve all nationalities are equal because we paid equal. Thank you, Yassir
