Earlier when we buy meat, there was arrangement to get it cut immediately but now the system is changed so that I had to get it billed first and again I had to go to the section to get it cut. Customers have to spend more time for billing and again to stand in the queue for cutting the meat. Being a regular customer of lulu mall, this is the first time such an inconvenience happened.
