Dr. Magdy and Dr. Yasser are really gentle souls who care so much about animals. I recently took my dog to the vet as she’s had a cough for awhile as well as other issues. The level of care that was provided was comforting, especially as I was nervous. Dr. Magdy was able to identify the situation and hopefully, we are in the recovery phase now. I want to add that Animal Paws helps the nearby community and also helps supply of basic emergency medicines for those of us who live further away in remote areas. A suggestion I have is around operating hours, particularly on Saturdays, to perhaps include 09:00-12:00 and 14:00-19:00. Some of us must travel 2+ hours to visit the clinic and the road is very dangerous at night. Daily operating hours are from 10-12 and 16:30-22:00 and the only weekend day is Saturday as the clinic is closed on Fridays. This means that Saturday mornings are very full and while the clinic tries to see everyone – it can make it difficult when traveling so far as it is first come, first serve.

Animal Paws is fantastic - has taken great care of our three kitties - and also offers great value. What a great resource for the Tabuk region.

Services from the Vet is very good aside from the reception. I suggest she should treat fairly with their customers. It should be first come, first serve basis. Not just because there are customers who overtake that does’nt mean that they should call them first. Please just be fair.

The doctors are great, but the reception is unfair they keep talking about protocol “first come first serve” but don’t really do it.

Paws took good care of both my cats; I just had a young female cat spaded and she recovered in no time our older cat just received her annual shots and a checkup. Professional and friendly service, prices are fair, outstanding service easy to get appointments or just walk-in, can communicate on WhatsApp, if you have any questions and right next door is a good pet store has all your needs right there in one place. The receptionist and both Doctors are very knowledgeable, and they speak very good English for us expats. Try them you will be amazed at their service.

I have so much respect to Dr Yasser and his personnel in the clinic, they helped me on so many occasions whether it was my pet or one of the rescue animals. These are truly the doctors with their kind hearts and love to the animals. Always been a pleasure to visit them and I 100% trust their expertise when it comes to my beloved pets.
