Jarir Store (Park Mall, TABUK) - Extremely Bad After-Sales Service I am extremely disappointed with Jarir Park Mall Tabuk’s after-sales service and feel obligated to escalate my complaint to the highest authority possible in an attempt to achieve resolution. I purchased a Dell Inspiron 14 5410 2-in-1 Laptop – Convertible Folder, Intel Core i7 11th Generation from Jarir Book Store Tabuk in November 2021 for 4899 SAR with a 2-year guarantee. Upon receiving the lap top, I noted a bent vent bar on its underside. On closer inspection, I inadvertently dislodged it and it fell out. The laptop, however was in perfect operating order and I thought no more about it. Two months later, I noticed that certain keys on the keyboard were not working properly and required extra pressure to work. This progressively worsened resulting in a number of keys not working at all. Safe in my warped expectations of Jarir’s renowned ‘after-sales service’ (this was one of the biggest reasons that I chose to purchase my laptop at Jarir) as well as my 2 year guarantee, I approached the after-sales service department at the store I bought the laptop from. From the outset, the gentleman assisting me was immensely resistant and confrontational – he made me feel as if it was his personal mission to disprove the store’s responsibility to uphold the guarantee and to repair the laptop. He even went so far as to say that I should report the matter to a national ombudsman/authority. After much back-and-forth, supposedly with Jarir Head Office, the same man told me that I have to pay 240 SAR courier fees to send the laptop to be repaired, 1 130 SAR for a replacement part and who knows how much for labour to repair my laptop and courier fees to return the laptop to me – estimated well above 2000 SAR which is the cost of a new laptop! The entire episode has been very distressful to me – I am a director and a business person and I have lost a lot of time dealing with this issue, not to mention time and revenue wasted by not being able to utilize my laptop. I urgently require your attention to find a suitable resolution to my complaint.

Friendly and helpful staff! Another store didn't have the exact TV in stock that I wanted, but Jarir did. Checking out was smooth. The gentleman that found the TV in the back was also kind enough to take it to my vehicle. I've always had a good experience at any Jarir store, no matter the location, every time.

Am advice to all that no body buy any mobile from jarir I buy iphone 12 pro max from my one year saving in 50 days 2 times he go to riyadh for repair but can not work good am not a rich i know how i buy the mobile but jarir ibthinl for me not good 😥

I am receiving this msg everyday "literally everyday" after I requested after sales services. I send the driver and jarir says "come tomorrow". This has been happening for the last three days. عزيزي العميل، جهازكم متوفر للاستلام، يرجى زيارة معرض مكتبة جرير. Jarir really thinks the rest of the world has nothing better to do? I don't want this stupid after sales service and I want my money back, but I can't, because what a customer can do against a giant like jarir. Waiting for the day in my life when "after sales" will meet the service levels of "sales"

Really bad customer care. I returned a faulty product and was told to call customer care. I called them and there is nothing. Nobody answers the phone. 920000089. Why have customer customer care who don't care

I am a permanent customer for Jareer,it is not just a book store. There services are very good but also they have high prices. Their loyalty program is very poor and useless

Good staff and best products. When I first heard about Jarir I thought it as a book shop. But amazed to find Smartphones, Electronic Items etc. It is the place from where I got my Calligraphic Pen and sewing thread and needles for my wife.... Really a superb shop.

Good service especially on the second floor, but they close up during prayer times and tell you to leave. Their English Young Adult section has been the same for years too, there are barely any new books.

Terrible service terrible after sale services everything is 50sr+ over priced you can’t buy a phone or other product with spending a good 30 min begging their lazy employees to get you the device you want . I genuinely hate this terrible store

Go for any original electronics gadgets with plenty of selections Good supporting staff with great welcoming, treating politely maybe it's the result of standards and training they follow. I reduce 1 star, Bcs. of the price while compared to neighbour market options. may be that they can manage a little better. I hope they provide good warranty support across GCC.

Very nice place with a variety of books (literary books, religious books, scientific books, cooking books, and so and so) with multi languages. It is the cheapest place in tabuk for electronics, mobiles, and school supplies. You will find almost every thing that you need, even if you didn't buy you will really enjoy in the place, also the staff is very served. Also for painters this place is very useful as it has the most of tools that you need. Jarir Bookstore also didn't forget the kids as it has a very good staff for kids like toys, stories, and educational books. It really deserve the visit.

It's an amazing place for every book lover and even book worms... Because they even have chairs and tables where one can sit quietly and get lost in a different world. The prices are reasonable. And the ambiance is awesome.
