Great service. English speaking, family section. Excellent coffee (I'm very picky!!!) They lose a star because the raspberry cheesecake; one of five choices, was whole, therefore, looked new and fresh. However, it's dryed fondant, soggy crust and rubbery consistency betrayed it's ancient truth.😢😢 Additionally, at 19 SAR a slice it was expensive as well as beyond disappointing. At least it was quiet on a Wednesday afternoon, and I was able to finish my book.

The location is great with a very relaxing ambiance. The shop adheres good covid protocols on social distancing and precautions. Their coffee tastes good and I love the aroma. They have array of pastries and also merchandises. Also all kinds of coffee beans from different regions are available too. The team members are also very nice, accommodating and friendly especially Kiko, he assisted well.

I gave the 2 stars for the interior design only I ordered americano and it was awful I couldn’t finish it I ordered vegetable pretzel, he cut it into 3 pieces and threw it inside the bag in a random way! If I have ordered the food from a cafeteria they would serve it in a better way.

I've been loyal customer of kivahan since they started in Riyadh and im so happy to see branches here in Tabuk. The ambience here in Tabuk brach with the outdoor water feature and drive thru means Kivahan is so serious of not only giving good quality coffee but all services they can reach their customer walk in or drive thru. The staff here in Tabuk are so welcoming and happy to see lady staff.
