Still a dull and lifeless compound.. Though it's full of potential.. the landscaping is the only thing that is attractive here.. too bad things are not progressing.. or improving I'd better say.. staff is cordial though.. thank you Ms. Jane!!

Outstanding compound, has everything one needs within walking distance; multiple pools, restaurant, mini-store, and fruit galore. Also top of the line security

This Compound is outstanding for security management etc. I love this place.

I felt safe and secure during my stay. Used the gym, and other amenities. The townhouse itself is a little dated, but more than worked for my needs. Two people staying in a 3 room house made for a lot of space. There are options to eat on the compound, just pay attention to the hours. If I knew I was going to miss a meal on the compound, I would plan ahead and grab something before I got home at the end of the day, or I'd plan to grab something on the way into town. But once I was on the compound I didn't plan to leave just for a meal. The pool was nice, and not crowded during my stay. The compound was clean all around. A positive stay all around.

Not allowed for Uber or food apps to get in and you have to walk over 1.5 km out to have your ride or your order

Very good place to stay in Tabuk

Great large and well furnished villas with 2 seperate bedrooms in each. Superbly kitted out gym that would suit the most avid gym junkie. Management team led by Miss Jane is very very good, she knows all the residents and is the most helpful compound manager you could wish for. Knows how to deal with enquiries and concerns, she is a credit to the compound owner. Theres plenty of space to walk around, there's a mini market and a restaurant. Tabuk only 10 minute car ride from the compound so it's in a perfect location with laundry outside and fuel stops and mini markets with small drive through coffee shops just outside the compound. Cool place.

Overall the facily is safe as there are multiple layers of security.

An extensive residential estate in Tabuk, Saudi Arabia, with all sort of facilities ranging from shopping mall, swimming pools, gym etc. It's evening comfort.

Worst food in the Restaurant inside Compound, tasteless, half cooked, and if you order outside food then you have to walk all the way to the main gate to get the delivery....no visitors allowed, pathetic....

Secure, pleasant and well-maintained compound with friendly administrative staff. Gardens are nice with areas of citrus trees interspersing the lawn areas.
