While the initial impression was very good: the staff is friendly, the breakfast was very tasty and the bungalows are comfortable and very clean; the stay however at the end left a very bad taste. One of our group members was bitten by a street dog at the pool and had to go to the hospital for rabies shots. Due to these shots she was sick as well and she needs follow up shots at home as well. No actions were taken by the staff to remove the dog from the premises, due to which she didn't feel safe anymore. No action was taken by the staff for any compensation or even some complimentary drinks. Additionally the wifi reception at our bungalow was horrible to non-existent. We expected much better from a 4-star resort. So in conclusion: good first impressions but I would not recommend this resort to family or friends at all.

I had booked to go for 9 days and was very excited on arrival to see the hotel's great facilities and location. However, there was very loud music (with heavy base) being played by the pool. The baseline could be heard from my bungalo as well as from the beach, so there was no escaping it. I was informed the music is played everyday from roughly 11am to 11pm. Because of this music, I decided to cancel my booking and leave. The staff were really helpful and thankfully I have received a refund. If you like peace and quiet then this hotel is not suitable.

Nice hotel, although not very well maintained, which is a shame. Location is great. There is a pool with a shallow kids area (70cm deep), showers outside and a private beach with loungers and umbrellas. It is a pity that the private beach is not cleaned - we found parts of metal wires, cigarettes, bottle caps and various rubbish in the sand - can the hotel not clean the beach regularly??? The wooden path that leads from the pool area to the beach area is also in need of attention as on several occasions we had to ask hotel staff to drive nails into the wooden deck as they were sticking out. There is a surf school on the premises which offers courses and rental of material. The buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner are good. If it is not part of your package then you can pay 25 Euros per person for the buffet dinner (drinks are not included).

Good food, friendly staff, but unfortunately there are wild dogs running around on the terrain. One of our group got bitten and we had to go to the hospital. The staff didn't do anything about the dogs so the rest of the stay was unpleasant as the dogs kept approaching and we didn't feel safe. Also for a 4 star hotel you would expect good wifi coverage in all of the rooms; this is not the case.

Perfectly located for our needs. Best location,as is the last of the hotels and nearest to the village. Easy stroll. We had room 304, possibly the best view.. especially from my hammock at sunset! A very chilled holiday. Friendly and welcoming

Big fan! I have loved every bit of our stay there. We came together with my husband and our three children. The staff is smiling, welcoming, helpfull, and above all, kind and full of attentions for their guests. We could feel they seeked to make our stay the best possible for us. I was pleasantly surprised to see Sol House has a lot of facilities, and is well equipped in all things, which make the whole concept very confortable despite the "surf/laid-back" brand image. I could go on and on about all the positive things I have to say about them but it would be very long. As a downpoint, I do want to mention, and maybe bring to their attention one small disappointment. In the Master Kabana bungalow there is a space that seems to be a kitchenette. But it is a mini-bar cooler rather than an actual fridge or mini-fridge. And there is nothing to enable the guests to cook or heat apart from a kettle. I believe that in large accommodations such as this one, a proper fridge and a microwave oven at the bare minimum (maybe even a toaster and two stove-tops) would make sense, and bring a lot of added value, practicality and comfort, especially for longer stays and/or families. But apart from this, it is a 10/10 from us! ♡

The resort is located next to a beautiful beach. The rooms are very clean and comfortable and are cleaned daily. The breakfast and dinner buffet was delicious. There are many activities available and can be booked via the resort. However the reception staff did cause some trouble as they could not do their job properly. Upon arrival they insisted that we had not paid whereas upon showing the booking confirmation it clearly said that we had paid online. Then when we were leaving another staff member was at the reception and once again they claimed that we hadn't paid. Their receptionists are incompetent and do not know how to deal with customers.

Warning: I’m being serious in that after going here, you will not want to go anywhere else. The eco-friendly village with modern bungalows concept is one of a kind, food is fantastic and the service is outstanding. Very friendly and professional staff. I would highly recommend this resort to anyone headed to Taghazout!

Recommend the hotel 10/10. The hotel was clean, new and relaxing. A real Moroccan resort oasis. Exactly what the doctor ordered. The food was amazing. Very pure and authentic food. The vibes were chill but also fun. The staff is pleasant and very helpful. The pool bar area was a great place to get a cocktail and watch the sunset which was so dreamy. We surfed with a large group. Which is hard to do but they easily managed us all. Ahmed and the other instructors were positive and wanted us all to stand on the board. We were in the water for quite a bit of time. The experience was so fun for our group. They became friends at the end and an unforgettable memory. I look forward to going back.

One of several nice looking hotels in Taghazout. We took 3 kids - 3rd bed is a sofa bed downstairs - not that convenient. Master bed is 2 singles together- not great! This is closest hotel to Taghazout town - a 15min walk along the coast, so very convenient for meals. Nice breakfast. They don't really have a separate area on the beach for residents- as the area is not patrolled, nor is it cleaned from litter.

The beautiful clean hotel must be a delightful place to stay. We had a problem with the bungalow we rented. The TV provided was already broken when we tried to use it for the first time. We decided not to complain since we didn't plan on using it anyway. To our surprise, when we were ready to check out two days later, the hotel staff accused us of breaking the TV and insisted that we were responsible for the damage. We tried to explain our side and even got the local authorities involved, but our efforts fell on deaf ears. They refused to let us leave without paying for the broken TV. In the end, we were forced to pay 5000DH (500$), even though we knew we weren't responsible. This whole ordeal left a bad impression on us, and now we have a strong aversion towards attending any Radisson Blu hotels.

We used the gym of Radisson hotel for about one week. Such a luxury working out with an iconic view to the Atlantic ocean. The location of the gym was great and the service was amazing. Ahmed, the manager of the gym was so helpful and the communication with him perfect.

We had a Lovely time learning to surf with the Surf academy (part of Radisson blu resort). Ahmed was very friendly and knowledgable. All other coaches were super fun too and we have been taken to some beautiful locations. Great experience overall and We will be returning.

Radisson Blue Resort was a wonderful experience. The bungalow I stayed in was very quiet, separated from other visitors. I was able to relax by the pool with traditional Moroccan food, as well as get some more experience in surfing. The Surf Academy that Is located on the property of the Resort, offers a full range of surfing classes with the equipment. After the surfing session I got beautiful pictures of me in the water trying to catch the waves in the blue ocean, a perfect souvenir. Whole surfing team was very friendly, I was able to get some recommendations about the restaurants, events or other attractions in the area. The Resort will definitely be a place I’d like to come back to.

So great! I really like the hotel, its the perfect place to have surf lessons. All the staff members are really nice, especially Ahmed he is the best like for real, he was very helpful and showed us the basics we needed to get surfing since this was our first time my friends&i. At the Radisson my experience had its ups and downs. The hotel looks really nice and stylish which I liked. But the unfortunate discovery of scratches on my car this aspect of my experience significantly impacted my overall impression of the hotel. Additionally the frequent requests for my room number made me feel somewhat unwelcome. In a nutshell the Radisson is undoubtedly a stylish and charming hotel and I thoroughly enjoyed my time there. However the value for the price paid could be better.

We had a beautiful stay at this lovely place, the food was amazing all the time, the chef is very talented for sure! The weather was perfect for us to have a lovely holiday and catch some sun rays, but the best of it all is the staff’s kindness and care, Ikram and the chef and the managers are always there making sure the clients are happy, I would like to thank everyone from the reception to the house keeping to the management everyone is there and smiling to you!

Amazing experience at Radisson Blu, the location was amazing, 2 min walk from Taghazout, there is a lighted brand-new path to get there. The food was amazing, the chef was always at the restaurant kindly explaining what everything was and checking you were ok, it was absolutely tasty and the breakfast buffet and dinner were just from another world! The staff were super friendly, we actually made loads of friends there, Mohamed, Ahmed, Khalid, Brahim, you made our stay a lot more fun and pleasant. Also Jean, the general manager, was always around and was very friendly helping if you needed a hand. Can't wait to go back!

Internet can be very difficult to find in Taghazout. I came to the Radisson Blu looking for a place to take an important meeting at the staff were incredibly kind and accommodating. The hotel has high speed internet and a co-working / meeting space with views that are second to none.

Best place to recharge your batteries and forget about the world. Nice service and very helpful staff. Coming back for sure.

Beautiful property, exciting cabins. Terrible Parking— it is a mess. For such a ritzy place, I expected more. I slept terribly— extremely loud music about 11pm. No sheets, just a 3 inch thick comforter that makes it impossible to regulate comfort level. 450MAD per person for dinner? Unreasonable.

I reelly past à good time in the sea and they have a masing bungalow and every thing is perfect. Food as will is soo delicious and good breakfast. I want to say thank you to chef ahmed and all the staff. Ure thé best. If y want to paste a good days with sun and romantic time i advice everyone to visite radisson Blu Taghazout. 💕

Great location and design makes this hotel. Restaurant needs a bit of fine tuning with the food (especially the brekkie in the morning)preparation with hair in the food. But we did get the FnB manager coming out to apologise and gave us a complimentary dessert tray.

The level of service offered by ALL of the staff is incredible. Before I even arrived I was impressed with their communication. As soon as I arrived I was greeted by ikram and the reception team, very friendly and professional, and the check in process was relaxed and seamless. Rooms spacious and the food was on another level. I have been to many all inclusive resorts but the food presentation was great. Pool and towel attendants really friendly and bar staff always happy to help. Overall an amazing trip for me.

I come for the beach. It’s beautiful and calm. Best days is Monday or Tuesday as it’s very busy on the weekends as expected. In regards to some of the reviews left about the street dogs…. This is Morocco. They are part of the ecosystem it seems here. For the most part they leave you alone. Don’t try to pet them. I have lived here three years. They grow on you. The staff is always excellent here. Never had a customer service issue. I will continue to come here.

The venue is beautiful, food is delicious and service is perfect! One other thing that deserves an additional highlight is the surf academy-guys are the best, especially Ahmed, you couldn't ask for a better surf instructor - thanks to him I caught the best waves in my life and had the best time! Without a doubt | give him the highest rating possible and highly recommend going surfing with this guy!

Disastrous! It is the worst hotel I have ever been to. We were this week. Total disorganization of all its employees. Nobody answers emails. In addition, the worst thing is that they stole money from us in the room, €200 from my colleagues and me. The hotel has not yet contacted us to try to resolve the issue. We hope that it can be resolved soon and not take legal action.

We had a relaxing family trip at this beautiful place. Mum and Dad liked the warm weather and the beach front restaurants. The staff were very kind to us and would answer all our requests. The cuisine was delicious especially the la carte food. We would leave everyday to grab a coffee in the village which is very close and within few steps away. I would love to mention a member of the staff, her name is ikram she was very kind to us. I 100% recommend this place

Peaceful hotel, away from all other noises in the area. Great food and staff service. The cabins were exceptionally clean, with fresh towels and chilled water delivered without being requested.

We had a bungalow with a very nice view. Property is well kept and right at the beach. Further, Taghazout is within walking distance along the beach (10 minutes). Khalid does some great yoga, pilates, stretching classes in the morning (11AM).

I’m not sure how a feel about this place. Location is good, pool was great and the beach part aswell. But by the time we stayed there (begin of oct), only one of the three promoted restaurants was available and there half of the menu was unavailable. I was very disappointed about this matter. The food they served was excellent (and pricey for Taghazout), but like I said only few dishes were available. Buffet was also very good. Facilities need a little bit of maintenance. Gym was ok. I don’t recommend taking the surfing lessons with the hotel. They are 2-3 times moren expensive as in other places and the coaches aren’t as dedicated as they should and italics a group class. If you want surf lessons, just go to Taghazout and get and private coach. Like I said is way more cheap than the surf academie in the hotel. Don’t know if I’m coming back.

Nice room. Restaurant is ok. Not renting out beginner surfboards to guests because they'll run out for the surf school so guests have to walk to town. Just buy more.

Came for for a holiday with some friends to celebrate a 40th birthday. The site was well maintained and staff were very welcoming. At first they gave us the wrong room, then we were changed to another. Once checked in, we walked around the site. It was secluded from any bars and clubs. We had 4 rooms in total, and had 2 CLEAR THEFTS from 2 rooms of cash. Either from house keeping or staff . The service was poor for amenities, hand soap wasn't replaced, toilet roll was left empty, shampoo and body wash was left empty and not replaced either. We was supposed to have a water bottle everyday and that wasn't given. Our glasses weren't replaced for 3 days. It took over 1.5 hrs when we asked for ice. There is a local village 10mins walk and was decent for local food and coffees. A place called tiamusa had amazing food. A taxi ride to or near Agadir costs 150DHS This will be bought up with raddison blu hotel directly.

Great location right on the beach and only 10min walk from the town. Individual lodges with comfortable beds and air conditioning. Excellent gym and watersports hire on site.

My husband and I, booked a package with this hotel through #secretescapes and when we arrived for the checkin, all the way from Germany, we got the nice surprise that there was no booking!!!! Until now, we do not know who was responsible and who was lying to us. At the end we did not get the “Luxurious bungalow” or any kind of solution, neither from the Hotel or #secretescapes Total scam and lack of service from both parties involved. Never ever again. Please stay away from this people. And for the hotel, it is not what you see on the pictures, so it is not worth the money. The pool is in bad shape and the bungalows are due to some renovation.

Very nice and quite hotel along the beach. Staff is very friendly. Rooms are modern & clean. Breakfast is really wonderful and delicious. On walking distance from Taghazout center with nice little restaurants and bars for the afternoon or evening. One minus point: our reservation via the Radisson Blu site was not registered at the reception. Lucky for us it was not high season and they still had a bungalow available.

The property is exceptional in that they used desert landscaping and plants instead of green grass. The accommodation is cabin style with wrap round terraces and outdoor seating. Staff were very nice and helpful. Unfortunately, my husband fell through one of the chairs as the cloth just broke. Going into bed, the sheets smelt of old humidity. Lunch and Dinner were good!

Hotel location was fantastic, beach was amazing and loved Morocco taghazout is full of rustic charm! Hotel rooms were a little battered and basic for 4 star staff service was mixed, some staff were amazing and were always focused on the guests others were focussed on process and getting home for the day overall good but not great considering the price

We had an amazing surfing vacation in Taghazout! We picked up the Radisson hotel based on the positive rating of the surfing school. And indeed the surfing school run by Ahmed turned to be amazing!! We spent 5 days surfing in the morning and had the opportunity to meet all coaches. They are super fun, making sure that every day you learn and you get better, and they have amazing approach to kids. My advice is to book the surfing lessons directly with the school. Booking through the hotel did not work in the first day but Ahmed was super flexible and still made the impossible to take us on that same day. I have the same advice for booking pick up from the airport. The pick-up never came at the airport and we had to take a taxi on the spot. Location of the hotel is super nice - closest to the village, so you can go for diner just walking on board walk
