高山でラーメンを何軒か頂きましたがこちらは別格でした。出汁のきいた上品なスープは醤油くどくなく、最後までいただけます。カウンターと小さなテーブルだけのお店ですが、観光客向けだからと気を抜いた感じは一切なく、気合いの入った一杯でした。カード可。

麺は縮れ麺。 スープはあっさりで美味しかったです。 チャーシューはレア感嫌な人はダメかも。 普通のチャーシューも入っていて私はこっちの方がすき。 店員さんの対応が丁寧で感じよかったです。 飛騨牛の串焼きも美味しかったです。

The staff was really nice and they have an English menu. The menu itself was very simple and straightforward. The ramen was great and the skewer was good as well. They had a couple of seasonings to choose from, and there was a key to what they did. The atmosphere was nice and it felt very cozy.

入店時間によりスープの味？風味？が変わるという高山ラーメン。開店間もない時間に入店。スープはアッサリ。最後の一滴まで残さず完食。2種類のチャーシューと、タケノコのメンマも旨い。

あっさりスープですが、ちゃんとコクがおいしかったです。 レアチャーシューと若竹のあっさり煮付けみたいなメンマでした。 私は好きでしたが、普通のチャーシューとメンマがいい人には向いてないかもしれません。 席はカウンターのみなので、小さなお子さん連れは座りにくいかな。

ベーシックな高山ラーメンという感じで、最後まで美味しくスープも飲み干しました。 チャーシューも柔らかく美味しかったです！

オススメしてくれたチャーシュー麺を食べました。こだわりを持って作ってくれているようで、美味しかったです。 気さくな店長さんで接客も良く、心地よく食事することが出来ました。

高山ラーメンを初めて食べました。 チリチリ麺なんですね。 美味しかったです。 特にチャーシューが絶品でトッピングのしがい有ります。 ありがとうございました。

Nice cosy shop, a quick stop to enjoy Takayama ramen. The soup was flavourful and noodles were cooked to the right texture accompanied by tender pieces of pork. The beef skewer with Japanese salt and pepper tasted good too.

Delicious ramen...

Affordable and simple ramen restaurant in Takayama. We waited for about 15~20min before we were seated. They have an English menu so you can ask for that if you can't read Japanese. We ordered the regular size ramen with additional pork and egg toppings, and a hida beef skewer. I wish there were a bit more toppings. The ramen noodles were good. The beef skewer has an interesting seasoning to it that reminds me of shampoo. Probably some kind of flower spice.
